Abstract

This research is to describe the Implementation of Multiple Intelligences Approach in Early Childhood Learning, which consists of: learning planning, learning implementation, and evaluation of classroom learning in Playgroup and Kindergarten Ananda Mentari Condongcatur, Yogyakarta. This research uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 1 principal, 2 kindergarten teachers, 1 education staff, 1 toddler teachers. The object of research is the application of Multiple Intelligences in Early Childhood learning. Data collection techniques were carried out using structured interviews, observations, documentation and field notes. The research instrument uses an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the research data was tested using triangulation techniques and source triangulation. The results of the study show that: (1) Planning of learning programs using the Multiple Intelligences approach uses a curriculum adapted from 4 countries, (2) The implementation of learning activities through the Multiple Intelligences approach is integrated into learning materials compiled in the curriculum break down (curriculum outline) in every week, methods and materials for students use English. (3) Evaluation of learning is carried out using checklists and anecdotes according to the age of child development and the development of multiple intelligences approaches is done by playing roles, singing, telling stories, field trips, involving children directly in making projects, discussions, outbound, Student-Led Conference and so on. Learning that involves all the intelligence of students will have a positive impact on the child's future, and increase children's confidence, so he can say "I can do, I can try. (4) Supporting factors for Learning Multiple Intelligences is collaboration between teachers and parents clubs. (5) The inhibiting factor for Learning Multiple Intelligences is competition with other schools that use local curriculum, narrow playing areas, and it is difficult to find teachers who understand the Multiple Intelligences of children.

Abstract

Pemikiran pendidikan Islam adalah serangkaian proses kerja akal dan kalbu secara bersungguh-sungguh dalam melihat berbagai persoalan yang ada dalam pendidikan Islam. Muhammad Abduh adalah tokoh pembaharu yang tidak asing lagi, dunia Islam dan Barat mengakuinya. Ia adalah seorang tokoh salaf, tetapi tidak menghambakan diri pada teks-teks agama. Ia memegangi teks-teks agama tapi dalam hal ini ia juga menghargai akal. Ia terkenal sebagai bapak peletak aliran modern dalam Islam karena kemauannya yang keras untuk melaksanakan pembaruan dalam Islam dan menempatkan Islam secara harmonis dengan tuntutan zaman modern dengan cara kembali kepada kemurnian Islam.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pencegahan infeksi merupakan salah satu bagian dari pengurangan risiko infeksi akibat pelayanan kesehatan yang dimana bagian dari 6 sasaran keselatamatan pasien, perawat dituntut untuk memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi untuk menghindari kesalahan dalam pengendalian pencegahan infeksi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan pengetahuan perawat tentang penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien dengan tingkat kepatuhan dalam pencegahan infeksi di Rumah Sakit Prikasih. Metode: Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian analitik dengan desain korelasional yaitu cross-sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu pengetahuan perawat tentang penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien dan variabel dependen yaitu tingkat kepatuhan dalam pencegahan infeksi. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan peneliti sebanyak 62 responden dengan menggukan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data diakukan dengan observasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji normalitas data kolmogorov-smirnov dan uji rank spearman. Hasil: Dari penelitian usia sebagian besar kategori 20 tahun – 40 tahun (93,5%), jenis kelamin perempuan (74,2%), pendidikan D3 (58,1%), dan lama kerja > 2 tahun (90,3%), gambaran pengetahuan perawat tentang penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien baik (51,6%), gambaran tingkat kepatuhan dalam pencegahan infeksi patuh (61,3%). Dan hubungan pengetahuan perawat tentang penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien dengan tingkat kepatuhan dalam pencegahan infeksi di Rumah Sakit Prikasih tahun 2023 (p < 0,005) yaitu 0,001. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan pengetahuan seseorang yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan dalam melakukan tindakan pengendalian dan pencegahan infeksi.

Abstract

Introduction: The development of today's era has affected a person's behavior, especially the effect of peers. Peers can affect behavior, the effect is in the form of positive effect and negative effect. The effect of peers plays an important role in drug use, this is because it is a condition of convenience to be accepted by members of their peer group. Objectives: This study aims to determine the relationship between peer effect to drug use in adolescent class 12 at Taruna Bhakti Cianjur Vocational School, 2021. Method: This study used quantitative research with correlation research and a cross-sectional design where the population in this study was 12th-grade students at SMK Taruna Bhakti Cianjur with a total sample of 82 students. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The instrument consisted of 2 questionnaires, namely the peer influence questionnaire and the drug use questionnaire which the researcher made himself. Data analysis used in this study was univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. Result: The results of the analysis relationship between peers' effect on drug use found that there are as many as 38 (46,3%) respondents to peers effect positive effect on drug use make use of. while the respondents to peers had a negative effect on drug use make use of there is 26 (53,7%). The results of the statistical test obtained the value of pvalue= 0,002 smaller than 0,05. Conclusion: there is a relationship between peers' effect on drug use in adolescents. The advice is that it is wiser to use drugs according to the doctor's advice.

Abstract

Introduction: Seizure fever wrong a disturbance neurologic that very often in see you on time children, especially on aged 0-5 years. Seizure fever is an attack seizure that occurs because of an increased temperature body (temperature rectal on 380C). Objectives: Study this aim to know the connection between the education and health behavior of mothers in the prevention of seizure fever in children aged 0-5 years. Method: This research uses quantitative research with correlation research and uses a cross-sectional design where the population in this study is children aged 0-5 in Karyabakti Cidaun village with a sample size of 60 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The instrument consists of 2 questionnaires, namely a maternal behavior questionnaire and a questionnaire for the prevention of febrile seizures in children 0-5 years which was created by the researcher himself. The data analysis used in this research was univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test.   Result: Results study found that based on the analysis connection between the education and health behavior of mothers in the prevention of seizure fever in children aged 0-5 years in earn that there are as many as 15 (39,5 %) respondents with education health good and behavior mother positive. Whereas respondents with education health not good and behavior mother negative there is as much 23 (60,5 %). The relationship between health education and maternal behavior in preventing febrile seizures in children aged 0-5 years was obtained with a p-value = 0.000, less than 0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between health education and maternal behavior in preventing febrile seizures in children aged 0-5 years in Karyabakti Cidaun village.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tingkat ketergantungan pasien  saat melakukan aktivitas dasar sehari-hari (Activity Daily Living/ADL) berbeda-beda, dan dapat mempengaruhi beban kerja perawat. Untuk mengukur tingkat ketergantungan pasien dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari dapat dilakukan dengan indeks Barthel. Tingkat ketergantungan akan mempengaruhi waktu pelayanan yang diberikan perawat kepada pasien. Beban kerja akan meningkat apabila waktu yang diperlukan perawat saat mendampingi pasien melakukan pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari melebihi dari rata-rata waktu perawatan langsung yang diperlukan perawat ke pasien yaitu 4 jam/pasien/hari. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat ketergantungan pasien dengan beban kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap rumah sakit BSH. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan jenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat rawat inap di rumah sakit BSH dengan sampel berjumlah 31 perawat yang diambil dengan tehnik total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan dianalisa menggunakan Uji korelasi Chi-Square. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hasil uji statistic  p- Value = 0,019. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan tingkat ketergantungan pasien dengan beban kerja perawat.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pemasangan infus merupakan tindakan invasive yang menimbulkan nyeri pada anak. Salah satu teknik nonfarmakologi yang dapat dilakukan perawat adalah teknik distraksi menonton kartun animasi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik distraksi menonton kartun animasi terhadap skala nyeri anak usia prasekolah yang dilakukan tindakan pemasangan infus.   Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan quasy experimental dengan pendekatan post-test only with control grup design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 30 anak usia prasekolah (3-6 tahun) terbagi menjadi 15 anak kelompok eksperimen dan 15 anak kelompok kontrol dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti lakukan yaitu dengan cara observasi. Peneliti melakukan analisis data menggunakan uji statistik mann-whitney . Hasil: Berdasarkan penelitian mengenai pengaruh teknik distraksi menonton kartun animasi terhadap nyeri anak usia prasekolah yang dilakukan pemasangan infus hasil uji statistik mann-whitney diperoleh p-value 0.001 (p-value <0.05). Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh terapi menonton kartun animasi terhadap penurunan skala nyeri anak saat dilakukan tindakan pemasangan infus.

Abstract

Individuals who consume coffee may result in decreased sleep quality. Poor sleep quality can also cause negative psychological impacts on humans such as stress, depression, anxiety, lack of concentration and ineffective coping and also sleep quality. This study is to determine the relationship between coffee consumption behavior and sleep quality in adolescents at Kopi Janji Jiwa Depok Dua Timur. This research design uses quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The sample used was adolescents who consumed coffee totaling 60 respondents. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. Using the PSQI questionnaire and modified questionnaire with googel form. Statistical tests using the Chi - Square Test. Based on the results of the chi-square test, the Pvalue result is 0.12 (P <0.05). There is a relationship between coffee consumption behavior and sleep quality in adolescents at Kopi Janji Jiwa.
