Abstract

Community service is an activity that aims to help the community in the form of activities in any form. Community Service Activities are a part of Pamulang University. The author carried out this PKM activity with the title "Socialization Regarding Healthy Internet Use for Children at the Domyadhu Foundation". This activity is carried out to provide knowledge and enthusiasm to children at the Foundation to be able to understand more and not be wrong in using the internet. The methods used in an effort to achieve the targets or goals that have been planned are introduction, practice and question and answer. The activities that have been carried out are evaluated. Based on the service activities that have been carried out, the socialization training that has been carried out at the Foundation has run smoothly as expected. In fact, this activity received a positive response, both from the Foundation and from participants who have participated. The conclusion that the author can take is that the use of a gadget is good or bad, it all depends on a person's awareness in using it.

Abstract

Kecerdasan buatan telah meningkatkan sejumlah industri secara signifikan, termasuk industri di bidang kesehatan. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan sistem pakar diagnostik gigi berbasis forward chaining. Dengan bantuan teknik ini, sistem pakar mampu menarik kesimpulan baik dari informasi yang telah diberikan maupun data yang terkumpul. Meskipun metode forward chaining telah diterapkan di sejumlah aplikasi sistem pakar diagnostik gigi, penelitian lebih lanjut masih diperlukan untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangannya. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit gigi menggunakan metode forward chaining yang datanya dikumpulkan dari jurnal terkait pada tahun 2019–2023. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). systematic literature review (SLR) adalah Salah satu teknik penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menilai, dan mensintesis data secara sistematis dari berbagai artikel atau publikasi ilmiah terkait. Untuk menghasilkan hasil yang lebih objektif dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, Metode ini mencari dan memilih materi yang relevan dengan menggunakan prosedur yang ditetapkan. melakukan pencarian artikel-artikel terkait menggunakan database yang terkait dengan kecerdasan buatan dan sistem pakar diagnosa gigi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode forward chaining pada sistem pakar diagnosa gigi memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan, penelitian ini juga memberikan hasil faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam penerapan metode forward chaining pada sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit gigi. dan dapat melihat manfaat yang diberikan sistem pakar yang menggunakan metode forward chaining. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Buatan, Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Penyakit Gigi, Metode Forward Chaining

Abstract

Medika Prima Clinic is a public clinic established by the Medika Prima Utama Foundation and has an operational license since 2015. The clinic is located at Jl. Raya Ciomas No.290, Ciomas Rahayu, Ciomas sub-district, Bogor Regency, West Java. Based on interviews, information was obtained that there are obstacles, namely that it takes longer to complete the process of searching for drug data, irregular storage of drug inventory data causes frequent loss and damage of documents, and the preparation of drug data reports is still done manually, making it difficult for the data analysis process and producing less accurate data. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to develop a web-based drug supply information system that will facilitate drug searches, store drug supply data, and report drug supply data that can be well organized and accurate. The information system created using the web-based waterfall method with the PHP programming language and using the MySql database. the waterfall method is the traditional life cycle includes a software development methodology. which emphasizes a logical and systematic process system testing is carried out to ensure good performance and functionality. trials were carried out involving users and utilizing original drug data. The test results show that the Medika Prima Clinic web-based drug inventory information system can effectively manage drug inventory and improve the efficiency of drug stock management.
