Abstract

Objective: This study was conducted to analyze teacher learning strategies in improving student self-control at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Gunungsitoli. Methods: This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This case study will try to examine in detail as well as in-depth a learning strategy for Islamic religious education teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Gunungsitoli to improve student self-control. Results: Several strategies in increasing student self-control are individual approaches to students, habituation of doing positive things, good program organization, and the formation of shared responsibility in terms of increasing students' self-control which forms knowledge, attitudes, and controls their behavior towards positive, and good and true religious experiences. Supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the self-control of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Gunungsitoli. In implementing self-control that there are several supporting factors such as principals, teachers, and students providing good support and support all types of programs that are held. The inhibiting factor is that the infrastructure is inadequate for learning given the large number of students who need a conducive learning place. On the other hand, time-limited learning becomes an obstacle considering the few hours of learning that can only be used for delivering the material demanded by the curriculum (syllabus) so that improvements in implementing self-control cannot take place properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of simulation learning strategies and educational background on the learning outcomes of fiqh students at Gunung Sitoli's private madrasah tsanawiyah. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental. This method was chosen because the treatment class, both for the simulated learning class and the expository learning class, was a pre-formed class and the students being controlled had an educational background. The results of statistical analysis calculations show that there is an interaction between learning strategies and educational backgrounds, with students with a MI educational background benefiting more from simulation learning strategies than expository learning strategies, and students with an elementary education background benefiting more from expository learning strategies than simulation learning strategies.

Abstract

Researchers have observed low student learning outcomes in the field of Islamic Cultural History, which cannot be separated from the influence of various factors in learning activities. One of the factors influencing learning outcomes is the teacher's teaching method, which is less appealing, causing students to become bored and pay less attention to the teacher's lessons. A quasi-experimental design model with a 1-way analysis of variance (Anava) and a 2 x 1 design is used in this study. Then, using population and samples, the team quiz strategy and practice rehearsal pairs strategy will be compared as independent variables and student learning outcomes as the dependent variable. There were significant differences in the learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History when taught using a team quiz active learning strategy versus a practice rehearsal pairs active learning strategy. This is demonstrated by the statistical calculation of the t-test, which yields the value of tcount = 3.00 and the price of ttable = 2.0231. The average learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History taught with the team quiz strategy = 17.85 were higher than the average learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History taught with the practice rehearsal pairs strategy = 16.35.

This method was chosen because the treatment class for both cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) learning and expository learning classes is pre-formed, and the controlled student characteristics are independent learning. The population and sample in this study were used in a 2 x 2 factorial research design. According to the findings of the study, there were differences in the learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History between students who were taught using the CIRC learning strategy and those who were taught using the expository learning strategy. higher than the average learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History students taught using expository learning strategies at the Private Madrasah Aliyah in Gunungsitoli City (= 27.00).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence and student learning outcomes in Akidah Akhlak subjects. This study used a quantitative method with a correlational research approach. The purpose of this correlation study is to determine whether or not there is a relationship between two independent variables and one quantitatively dependent variable. At a score of 4, the strength of the relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence, both individually and collectively, with the Learning Outcomes variable in Akidah Akhlak subjects can be predicted. The study's findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Student Learning Outcomes in Akidah Akhlak subjects, with a significant contribution of 21.11 percent close relationship between learning outcomes. Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence have a significant relationship with student learning outcomes in Akidah Akhlak subjects of 0.598, with a close relationship contribution of 35.8 percent. Based on the findings of this study, it is possible to conclude that Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence, either individually or in combination, are two factors that are very significantly related to improving student learning outcomes in the Akidah-Akhlak subjects.
