Abstract

AbstrakBela negara adalah usaha pembelaan negara yang dilandasi oleh kecintaan terhadap tanah air (wilayah nusantara) dan kesadaran bebangsa dan bernegara Indonesia dengan keyakina pada Pancasila sebagai dasar negara serta berpijak pada UUD 1945 sebagai konstitusi negara. Metode yang digunakan adalah literasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa Berdasarkan survey yang dilakukan oleh beberapa peneliti, pembelajaran daring ini masih memiliki beberapa kendala yang terjadi selama beberapa periode belajar mengajar online misalnya dari segi keterbatasan guru dalam menguasai pembelajaran online.Kata Kunci: Bela Negara, Karakter AbstractDefending the state is an effort to defend the country based on the love of the homeland (archipelago) and the awareness of the Nation and State of Indonesia with the belief in Pancasila as the basis of the state and based on the 1945 Constitution as the state constitution. The method used is literacy. Based on surveys conducted by several researchers, online learning still has some obstacles that occur during several periods of online teaching and learning, for example, in terms of the limitations of teachers in mastering online learning.Keywords: Defend Country, Character

Abstract

The era of globalization has a positive and negative impact on human life, including fishermen. The positive impact that people can obtain consumptive goods more easily, the number of jobs, the development of skills and skills, and advanced technology. This can also be seen in the maritime sector and encourages the acceleration of the pace of the economy. The negative impact of globalization is many business competitors, low education which is the cause of low welfare, especially on the lives of coastal communities. For this reason, this research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The result of this study is that it is necessary to use asset improvement in fishermen by utilizing stakeholders from the government such as the implementation of HDI (Human Development Index) and modernization of fishing gear.
