Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya fungsi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Bahasa Inggris Sekolah Menengah Atas Al-Ikhlas Kota Lubuklinggausecara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Bahasa Inggris Sekolah Menengah Atas Al-Ikhlas Kota Lubuklinggau yang berjumlah 12 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil analisis ditemukan: (1) terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru (Freg =22,644, p < 0,05), (2) terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru (Freg = 20,662, p < 0,05), (3) terdapat kontribusi yang positif terhadap kinerja guru (Freg = 65,552, p < 0,05), motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru (Freg = 28,487, p < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Bahasa Inggris Sekolah Menengah Atas Al-Ikhlas Kota Lubuklinggau secara terpisah maupun simultan. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, kinerja guru.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Tazaka merupakan salah satu pesantren yang tertinggal dalam penggunaan teknologi salah satunya penggunaan sistem manajemen yang masi manual, Sistem informasi akademik sendiri adalah sebuah kebutuhan utama bagi sekolah baik SD, SMP, SMA, SMK, Pesantren dan perguruan tinggi. Selain dapat mempermudah pekerjaan dalam pengelolaan nilai, sistem informasi akademik juga dapat membantu dalam keamanan penyimpanan nilai siswa (Nanda, 2017 Melihat kondisi ini tim pengusul Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat mempunyai program yang berupa pendampingan sistem pengolahan data manajemen akademik pondok pesantren tazakka berbasis web mobile. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi pada mitra tim pengusul pengabdian memberikan pendampingan berupa materi mengenai manajemen administrasi berbasis web mobile dan cara penggunaan aplikasi web mobile yang terintergrasi secara online yang akan memudahkan pekerjaan yang ada dipesantren tazaka.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to Produce Beginner English material based on Web Mobile. The method of research was Research and Development with the model of ADDIE. The result shows that based on the judgment from the experts got a score of 3.48, which means the e-model validation was valid. The results of the assessment of student responses to the e-module in the completed questionnaire obtained an average overall assessment score of 3,34 with a very good product category. The outcomes from the research are articles published in national journal indexes by Sinta and an English module based on Web Mobile.

Abstract

English is an international language which uses as language communication by people in the world with different language backgrounds, by English people have easy-to-do relationships with other people oversea. Looking at the larger of English users in the world, Indonesian must try to follow by learning English to make interaction with other people in the global area. English be one of the scrim lessons in the school because it contrasts with   Indonesia Language in vocabulary, pronunciation and vocabulary. Such as in the physic study program at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau as 1. Difficult to master English vocabulary, 2. Confuse how to utter words, 3. Do not understand grammatical in writing and speaking. In another hand, they also need some books that able to cover all skills easy to be master such as 1. They need a guidebook which has a lot of vocabulary with meaning, 2. There are guides on how to utter vocabulary, 3. A lot of samples and practice in fours English skills. 4. Book must be practised and interactive.
