Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa LKPD berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning di MAN 1 Palembang yang valid dan praktis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan yang terdiri atas tahap Preliminary (tahap analisis dan pendesaian) dan tahap Prototyping menggunakan alur Formative Evaluation (self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one, small group, dan field test). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar Walkthrough, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPA 1 di MAN 1 Palembang yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan: (1) mengahsilkan LKPD yang valid dengan melihat komentar/saran dari validator yang disesuaikan dengan indikator kevalidan serta pertanyaan validator yang menyatakan bahwa LKPD “layak digunakan dengan revisi”, dan (2) menghasilkan LKPD yang praktis dilihat dari komentar/saran siswa pada lembar angket siswa yang disesuaikan dengan indikator kepraktisan. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar modul elektronik matematika menggunakan aplikasi Flip PDF Corporate Edition 2.4.9.31 pada materi fungsi komposisi dan fungsi invers menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual dengan kategori valid, praktis, serta efek potensial pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah design research pada bagian development study dengan prosedur Tessmer yang terdiri dari tahap preliminary dan tahap prototyping dengan alur formative evaluation (tahap self evaluation, one-to-one, small group, dan field test). Konten matrei disusun berdasarkan pendekatan kontekstual dengan konteks kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi, angket, dan tes. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MAN 1 Pangkalpinang. Hasil menunjukkan modul elektronik yang dikembangkan valid berdasarkan hasil lembar validasi ahli, praktis berdasarkan angket peserta didik, serta memiliki efek potensial terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Abstract

This study is based on the background and also aims to determine the existence of zakat and infaq accounting reports based on PSAK 109. This study uses qualitative methods, the approach used in this study is descriptive. The method used is samples of accounting data from 2020 and 2021. The subject of this study is LAZNAS BSM Umat and the object of this study is the application and implementation of ZIS accounting based on PSAK 109 at amil zakat institution (case study at LAZNAS BSM Umat). From the result of this study, the appropriate zakat and infaq/shodaqoh accounting report based on PSAK 109, therefore can be a communication medium between amil institution and other parties, because ZIS financial report is a form of operation responsibility from the activity of collection and distribution of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS). To be a transparent and accountable financial report, therefore there should be an accounting standard to organize this. For the application of ZIS accounting in the presentation of financial reports at LAZNAS BSM Umat has implemented ZIS accounting regulations issued by the Indonesian Accounting Association (IAI) 2010.

Abstract

One function of human resource management that deals with all types of employee rewards in exchange for performing tasks is known as compensation. Cafe ABC is engaged in the culinary field which is located in the center of Bogor City. The purpose of this study is to analyze the compensation system for employees so that organizational productivity achieves goals effectively and efficiently. The research method used includes salary mapping with adhered and overlapping methods. The results obtained from this research are the adhered method is preferred over the overlapping method at Cafe ABC.

Abstract

This study aims to produce valid PISA type questions in the context of Covid-19. The method in this research is design research research method with the type of development studies or development research. This research data collection technique by means of documentation, video recordings, and interviews. This study involved 4 validators including 3 PISA expert validators and students researching PISA. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 21 Batam who were carried out online and using the Zoom application. This study resulted in six valid PISA type questions in the context of Covid-19 at levels 1 to 6. One of the questions developed was the increase in Covid-19 cases by calculating the increase in Covid-19 cases in Jakarta Province. Based on the results of the expert review stage, the questions submitted are valid, seen from the results of comments by the validator based on content, construct and language. In the one-to-one stage, two of the three subjects were able to understand the questions well, when analyzing and understanding the PISA type question questions.
