Abstract

Yayasan Tawakkal merupakan salah satu sekolah yang berada dibawah kepengawasan ketua yayasan, dimana terdapat beberapa tingkatan sekolah yang harus di pantau. Dalam hal ini yayasan tawakkal masih melakukan segala sesuatunya secara manual. Walaupun pengelolahan data secara manual dirasakan cukup baik, akan tetapi proses tersebut masih lamban dan terkadang tidak akurat. Yayasan Tawakkal memerlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengelola data dan laporan secara terkomputerisasi dan menghasilkan laporan yang akurat. Maka dari itu dibuatlah sistem informasi eksekutif pada yayasan tawakkal untuk eksekutif agar dapat mengetahui masalah apa yang terjadi di yayasan dan dapat dengan cepat mengambil keputusan untuk memperbaiki kekurangan dalam bentuk web dan grafik. Sistem informasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL dan pengujian dilakukan dengan metode pengujian blackbox dengan  mengamati output tampilan yang muncul dari hasil eksekusi yang dilakukan. Dari hasil pengujian dengan metode ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh proses telah berjalan dengan berhasil. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Eksekutif,  Yayasan Tawakkal.

Abstract

Puberty in our lives usually begins at the age of 8 to 10 years and ending approximately at the age of 15 to 16 years, the onset of puberty in women is characterized by rapid physical growth, menarche, psychological changes and the emergence of secondary sex characteristics. Many factors internal and external factors related to the occurrence of menarche. Internal factors such as the status of maternal menarche (genetic), and external factors such as social, economic, nutrition, exposure to mass media and lifestyle. Thus the purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with age at menarche VIII grade student MTsN type 1 Bukitinggi 2016. This study used descriptive qualitative approach is too in-depth interviews with 5 participants (students of class VIII). This research was conducted on 2 September 2016. The results of interviews conducted in participants gained five themes in this study are 1) Knowledge of menarche symptoms, 2) Genetic Influence, 3) Nutritional Status, 4) Habits Everyday, 5). Watching Tv activity. Suggestions For the results of this study can be used as reference materials and reference for other researchers associated with the research and increase knowledge and information to the participants about menarche.

Abstract

AbstractCorona Virus Disease 2019 is a dangerous virus that threatens human health. The greater spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 has a negative impact on the economy. The cessation of the production of a company is an example of the adverse effects caused by the spread, therefore prevention and control of the spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in the workplace is needed to ensure the sustainability of a company's business. PT. Weir Minerals Indonesia is one of the pump manufacturing companies that implements prevention and control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in the workplace which is integrated with the company's occupational safety and health system. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of prevention and control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 at PT. Weir Minerals Indonesia uses a qualitative descriptive method. The stages of the research started from the file inspection, field observations, interviews with informants to the determination of prevention and control criteria. The sources of this research were collected from informants, locations and documents. Based on the results of the study obtained the effectiveness level of prevention and treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019 at PT. Terhentinya produksi sebuah perusahaan merupakan salah satu contoh dampak buruk akibat penyebaran tersebut, oleh sebab itu pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019 di tempat kerja sangat diperlukan guna menjamin keberlangsungan usaha suatu perusahaan. PT. Weir Minerals Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan produsen pompa yang menerapkan pencegahan dan pengendalian Corona Virus Disease 2019 di tempat kerja yang terintegrasi dengan sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas pencegahan dan pengendalian Corona Virus Disease2019 di PT. Weir Minerals Indonesia menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif.Tahapan penelitian dimulai dari pemeriksaan berkas, observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan informan hingga penentuan kriteria pencegahan dan pengendalian.Sumber pengumpulan penelitian ini berasal dari informan, lokasi dan dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka didapatkan tingkat efektivitas pencegahan dan penanganan Corona Virus Disease2019 di PT. Weir Minerals Indonesia sangat efektif dengan capaian sebesar 95%. Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Pencegahan, Pengendalian, Corona, Weir
