Abstract

Kualitas lulusan adalah karya utama dari sebuah Perguruan Tinggi. Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu (UM Bengkulu) memastikan kualitas lulusannya dengan menyediakan Pusat Pengembangan Karir yang diberi nama Career Development Centre (CDC) yang memiliki fungsi vital dalam pengembangan lembaga yang berkelanjutan. CDC dapat memenuhi penyediaan kebutuhan internal Fakultas dan Program Studi berupa: penyediaan data lulusan (tracer study), tingkat outcome yang telah dihasilkan oleh UM Bengkulu, serta data kesiapan para alumni untuk berkompetisi dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Pengumpulkan data tracer study (TS) yang dilakukan dalam penelitian bersifat kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode kuisioner (penyebaran angket melalui email, whatsapp, dan ditelpon langsung). Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan tracer studi di UM Bengkulu dilaksanakan sekali setahun. Mekanisme pelaksanaan TS ini terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, analisis dan evaluasi, serta pelaporan. Terdapat beberapa kegiatan yang telah dilakukan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan TS yaitu: Diskusi Hasil Pengolahan Data TS, Pembekalan Kerja untuk Alumni dan Orientasi TS, diskusi capaian TS, pelaksanaan TS alumni, dan orientasi TS bagi calon alumni. Pada kesempatan lainnya di masa yang akan datang, pelaksanaan TS dapat didukung dengan menggelar career fair secara daring guna menjaring partisipasi para alumni. Output atau outcome yang didapatkan pada akhir pelaksanaan TS dapat digunakan sebagai bahan kajian UM Bengkulu dari sisi proses dan input lulusan, sebagai dasar melakukan revisi kurikulum, meningkatkan kerja sama dengan IDUKA, pemenuhan data dan informasi untuk akreditasi Program Studi dan PT, serta meningkatkan branding dan promosi UM Bengkulu. Gross Response Rate dari kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada para alumni mencapai 49,48 %. Angka response rate ini tentunya cukup baik dan akan terus ditingkatkan di Tracer Study tahun-tahun berikutnya.

Study this aims to be able know Role Stakeholders in Development Waterfall Tourism Bath Wind in Air Berau Village Subdistrict Cottage treat Regency Mukomuko. Method used in study is Method study qualitative as well as use descriptive data analysis. Technique data analysis is in the form of stages that have been passed and taken by a researcher To use could conclude meaning from the data findings that have been collected . in study this use theory role stakeholders in development and management tourist from Theory of the womb in Amaliyah Reski Etc as description in To do analysis in To do development tourist there is three role stakeholders namely 1). Abstract

Banyaknya siswa yang beranggapan bahwa matematika itu pembelajaran yang sulit, adanya faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi minat siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran matematika, Faktor internal terdiri dari aspek fisiologis dan aspek psikologis. Keadaan kondisi tubuh siswa, agar dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik. Faktor Eksternal Faktor eksterenal merupakan faktor yang berasal dari luar. Faktor ekternal terdiri dari guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan belajar. upaya yang didapat dlakukan oleh guru dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa terkait dengan faktor yang melatarbelakangi rendahnya minat belajar siswa dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru antara yaitu dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran dan metode mengajar yang lebih bervariatf. Sehingga akan membuat siswa tertarik dan memilki minat dalam pembelajaran matematika. Kata Kunci: matematika, minat, siswa

Abstract

This study reviews the implementation of the Village Assistance Program in Agriculture in Rimba Besar Village, Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Research conducted by describing a situation or event in the field based on events that have occurred. This study aims to find out what are the village assistance programs in agriculture in Rimba Besar Village, Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency. This problem can be seen from the general picture that the implementation is still not optimal, in terms of the distribution of rice seeds for food crops, usually the distribution of seeds is carried out every 1 year 2 times in 2020 the distribution of rice seeds but what happens in 2021 the distribution of rice seeds is no longer running, and also using rice milling facilities, which are free of charge for rice milling, only for machine maintenance, but the reality is that the community is still charged for the rice milling. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the village mentoring program has been going well, based on the indicators of the implementation of the village assistance program according to M.S Grindlel 1) the resources involved, 2) the benefits obtained 3) the changes achieved. Abstract

ABSTRACT:This study aims to determine the quality of public services in the Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement service at the Bengkulu City Manpower Office. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The research informants in this study were 4 employees of the Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement Section, 2 people from the community who provided services at the Bengkulu City Manpower Office. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources and methods.The results of the study show that the implementation of public service quality in Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement services at the Bengkulu City Manpower Office is seen from the aspects of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangibles. (1) The community is satisfied with the services provided at the Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement Service Section at the Bengkulu City Manpower Office in terms of reliability, reliability in the accuracy of the service process (2) employees who are ready to help people who need special services, people who minimal information, with officers who convey information by communicating well with the community. (3) Security at the Bengkulu City Manpower Service Office has provided good service quality, by providing a sense of security to people who perform public services, and ensuring secure data storage. (4) The Bengkulu City Manpower Office provides an aspect of empathy with a pleasant impression, this can be seen from the attitude of explaining as clearly as possible regarding service procedures and applicable SOPs. (5) The tangibles aspect of the service room and waiting room is sufficient, with waiting chairs and tables, but the mediation room which is not spacious plus there is a table inside sometimes makes the room cramped when there are many people in it. Abstract

This study discusses the leadership style of the village head in conflict resolution. Conflict over land use and ownership is an important point between the community and the company. The root of the conflict that occurred between the community and the company was due to the understanding between the two parties. Based on this, this study aims to find out how the Village Head's Leadership Style in Resolving Conflicts with Plantations in Air Buluh Village, Ipuh District, Mukomuko Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative types. The research location is at the Air Buluh Village Office, Ipuh District, Mukomuko Regency. The research subjects were village heads and informants were village officials, community leaders, companies and the sheltered community. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. From the analysis that the author did, it can be concluded that the leadership style of the head of Air Buluh village in resolving conflicts between the community and plantations in Air Buluh Village, Ipuh District, Mukomuko Regency applies a Democratic leadership style. joint decision.

Abstract

Human resource development is applied by every company and government agency as a form of effort from the company to measure the level of ability and expertise possessed by its resources so that its resources have a good level of quality and performance. The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of human resource development so that it will produce high-quality employees, as well as the inhibiting factors. This research uses qualitative research methods. By collecting 4 informants as sources. This research data collection technique is based on data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions collected based on observations, interviews, and documentation conducted in the field. Based on the results of the study that human resource development as measured by motivation, education and training, career needs, fair treatment in a career, promotion, motivation, and mutation has a big role in improving the quality of human resources owned by the company. The inhibiting factor is that there are still many employees who are lazy to carry out training and unwanted job placements because they are not in accordance with their abilities. While the supporting factors are that the company has provided a special institution that is used to accommodate problems that occur, both external and internal problems, such as the education and training unit (UDIKLAT), P2K3 meetings, management derivative meetings (RTM), quarterly meetings, LKS Bipartik, and tripartite.
