Abstract

Humans are social creatures who need the presence of other humans, in carrying out their roles on earth, humans will not be able to achieve what they want without the help of other humans. Role playing techniques introduce various important principles in social life, hone creativity and improve empathy and language skills. The purpose of this study was to increase cultural empathy between peers and help solve the problem of students' lack of empathy for other students of different cultures. The type of research used in this research was classroom action research which was carried out in two cycles. Every cycle consisting of planning , the act of , observation , and reflection .A subject of study consisting of student of class xii amounting to 12 students .This research result indicates that empathy students has increased significantly each siklusnya .So that it can be concluded that guidance role playing the technique can increase its cultural empathy at the different cultural. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in student assertivity by providing Role Playing Technique Group Guidance services using Role Card media. The study used 18 students from 33 students from 33 in class X of social studies. The design of this study was in the form of group guidance, which in this study became 2 groups because there were quite a lot of students. The data collection method in this study utilizes perceptions, surveys, meetings, and documentation. The data analysis method in this study uses descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, the results obtained, there was an increase in the level of student assertiveness in providing role playing technique group guidance services using role card media. The results were obtained in the provision of group guidance services as many as 4 meetings in 2 research cycles. The results of this study showed an increase in the assertiveness of MA BahrulUlum Silo class X social studies students with good categories, it was seen from the success indicators of 70% of 18 students, namely 13 students experienced an increase in assertiveness both in the implementation of role-playing procedures with services using role card media Keywords: Role playing; Assertiveness;Students

Abstract

Research on the relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic resilience of class X students of SMK Kartini Jember for the 2020/2021 Academic Year with respondents studied as many as 92 students out of 120 students was taken with the research described. The techniques used are polling and meeting strategies. Side effects of information investigation using the second item equation to break the relationship between two factors, namely academic self-efficacy with academic resilience of class X students of SMK Kartini Jember for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Based on the results of the study by utilizing the help of the SPSS application, it is known that a very large value is 0.00, so conclusions are drawn from the hypothesis, namely Ha: there is a relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic resilience of class X students of SMK Kartini Jember for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Ho: there is no relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic resilience of students of SMK Kartini Jember for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The results of the study using the SPSS application are known to be of a large value of 0.00, then the critical value of 0.00 is below 0.05, so it tends to be considered that Ha is recognized and Ho is rejected. So the answer was obtained that there is a relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic resilience of class X students of SMK Kartini Jember for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Abstract

After learning Indonesian sentences, it can be concluded that students are less focused on learning. When the researcher explained the material, some students were not interested in listening to the explanation. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Cooperative Learning learning model using video media to increase learning motivation. This Class Action Research was conducted in 2 cycles. Based on The test results obtained at the end of each cycle, shows that there is a significant increase in Indonesian learning outcomes. Starting from the pre-cycle, initially 22.22% achieved completeness or above the KKM, then in cycle, I there was an increase of 66.67%, and in cycle II there was an increase of 88.89% in fulfilling the KKM. So it can be concluded that the use of cooperative learning models with video media can increase student motivation. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Model Coopertive Learning
