Abstract

This study aims to determine and empirically test consumer decisions regarding halal cosmetics on the Tiktok Shop application in the Pamekasan community. The global Muslim population reached 1.9 billion in 2019 and is expected to double to 3 billion by 2060. This development is predicted to increase 70% from the 2015 population and will represent 31.1% of the global population. The rapid development of the population is in line with the increasing demand for halal-based products. The development of technology and the all-digital era has an impact on people's lifestyles. One of them is having an application that is easy to manage and use. Applications can provide a hub to support users. One example of an application that is currently popular among the public is the Tiktok application. This study uses quantitative methods using the concept of Extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) theory with halal literacy variables as moderation processed through "Structural Equation Modeling" (SEM). Data collection in the field was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the public, especially vulnerable people aged 18 years and over and a total of 194 valid questionnaires were obtained. The findings of the research results show that attitude factors, perceived behavioral control are significant to the purchase intention of halal cosmetics. Meanwhile, the moderating variable halal literacy does not moderate the relationship between attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control on purchase intention of halal cosmetics. Abstract

This study aims to answer the question about Is There an Effect of Reward on the Performance of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java Employees, Is There an Effect of Punishment on the Performance of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java Employees, Is There a Simultaneous Effect of Reward and Punishment on the performance of BMT employees Al-Iktisab New East Java Gardens. The research method used is quantitative research method and the type of research is correlational, with the research object namely, BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java. ‎Data collection techniques used Questionnaire and Observation. The research results show that there is a significant effect of reward on the performance of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java employees, this can be seen from the coefficient value of the reward variable which has a significant value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05, the value of th 3.306 > tt 1.671. The influence of the punishment variable on the performance of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java employees, can be seen from the coefficient value of the punishment variable which is 0.149. There is an effect of reward and punishment simultaneously or jointly on the performance variables of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java employees, this can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine or analyze the Factors Influencing Interest in Investing in Islamic Capital Markets for Millennials in Madura. The variables used are Risk, Income and Knowledge level. The Millennial Generation living in Madura who are interested in investing in Islamic Capital Markets is the population of this study. While the sample was chosen using the purposive sampling technique. In selecting this sample, there were 100 respondents from all 4 districts in Madura. The main information used in this investigation came from structured interviews with the help of a questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis is the data analysis used in this study. Whereas the Knowledge Variable is the result of the conclusion that it has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Investing in Shares in the Islamic Capital Market for Millennial Generation in Madura while the Risk and Income Level Variables have a positive but not significant effect on Interest in Investing in Shares in the Islamic Capital Market for Millennial Generation in Madura. Abstract

The development of a business is very necessary for a skilled, highly motivated, innovative and experienced workforce or human resources, but based on field conditions, it shows that the development of human resources in the Pondok Pasantren Miftahul Ulum Palengaan Cooperative, Pamekasan is still less consistent. This can be seen from employees who lack the ability to manage their human resources so that problems arise, namely the lack of effectiveness of development, especially in terms of economics. The research in this article uses the type of field research that describes the phenomena that occur according to the conditions in the field conducted by searching for data directly in the field. The research method used is a qualitative approach through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) there are several roles of the MSDI function that we can do in advancing the development of this pasantren cottage cooperative, especially in Human Resource Management such as the functions of planning, organizing, directing, controlling, procurement, development, integrating, compensation, maintenance and discipline (2) there are inhibiting factors, namely SDI that is less qualified and many cooperatives or shops engaged in the same sector. and there are supporting factors in the form of a high sense of enthusiasm between administrators and members and there is a development of santri ideas and innovations through the Santripreneur program that can develop Pasantren cooperatives in empowering economic independence at Pasantren Miftahul Ulum Pamekasan.Keywords: Management, Insani Resources, Economic Independence

Abstract

Amina Wadud as a feminist activist is considered to widen the context of gender equality for women on the one hand. But on the other hand, she is labelled as having made a "new interpretation" of the Qur'anic texts relating to women. Her thinking and understanding eventually had an impact on the position of women in the context of family law. Where a woman has equality that is not much different from a husband. The study in this paper wants to know the extent of Amina Wadud's thoughts on the rights and position of women as wives. The study method used is descriptive qualitative with documentation data collection. Based on the results of the discussion and data findings, it can be concluded that every woman regardless of status has equal rights and position in family law. A woman as a wife is given the same opportunities such as filing for divorce, working, prohibiting her husband from polygamy, inheritance rights, testimony and so on. The gender equality offered by him lies in the position of men and women who are in the same condition or situation in order to fulfil their needs. Abstract

One of the human resource problems in the Company is the employee strike. The strike that resulted in the layoff employees which occurred in 2017 until now in 2022 is still a polemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of strikes carried out by workers / workers and the process of layoffs by companies with the provisions regulated in the Manpower Law and for knowing the causes of strikes from the aspects of the quality of human resources and transformational leadership. This type of research is qualitative research using a literature approach. The technique for collecting study materials is to use library research techniques, case studies and prescriptive techniques of analytical methods. The results showed that strikes carried out by workers/laborers were illegal according to laws and regulations. The act of dismissal is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
