Abstract

Minimarket merupakan salah satu sarana perdagangan modern yang pesat perkembangannya di Kecamatan Ngamprah Kabupaten Bandung Barat (KBB). Keberadaan minimarket di KBB telah diatur dalam Perda No. 21 Tahun 2011, namun perda ini tidak berjalan optimal terlihat dari 34 minimarket eksisting, hanya 4 yang memiliki IUTM, 19 terdaftar di Disperindag, dan sisanya illegal. Disinyalir keberadaan minimarket mematikan usaha kecil disekitarnya (Sindo, 12 Desember 2013). Penelitian ini ingin membuktikan statement diatas dan mengarahkan kriteria lokasi minimarket sebagaimasukan perbaikan Perda No.21 Tahun 2011.Teori pendukungnya meliputi teori lokasi umum, lokasiperdagangan retail, Perda No.21 Tahun 2011, kriteria masyarakat, serta studi terkait lainnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan: analisis pemetaan GIS,regresi majemuk, skalogram, dan analisa lokasi optimal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan keberadaan minimarket tidak mematikan usaha kecil disekitarnya namun mengurangi pendapatan dan terdapat 13 variabel yang mempengaruhi lokasi minimarket di Kecamatan Ngamprah, yaitu 6variabel penunjang;5variabel pembatas;dan 2 variabel penyisih.

Abstract

Objective of this research to determine the pattern of behavior of the community in disaster risk reductionlandslide in the Banjarmangusub district of Banjarnegara district. The main research method is survey.Data collection technique used test, questionnaire, observation, documentation, interviews and Focus GroupDiscussion (FGD). Quantitative and qualitative approaches are used in the data analysis of this research.The results showed a pattern of behavior in the research community did not show any significant correlationwith the knowledge and attitudes the community in efforts to reduce the risk of landslides. Attitudes andknowledge of the community in disaster risk reduction landslides goodenough, but not yet reflected in thepattern of behavior. The pattern of behavior of local communities in efforts to reduce the risk of landslidesstill low.

Abstract

This research discusses about various spelling errors that aimed to analyze (1) misuse of acronym or abbreviation (2) misapplication of capitalization (3) mistyping words in one of the news titles “ Isu TKA Menjelang Pilpres” on Tribun newspaper 2018 edition. To focus the research then the researcher in the newspaper. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by using data collecting technique that is looking for newspaper and read it. While the research instrument is the researcher himself and the description of errors and improvement. Data analyst techniques used are reading, marking errors, identifying, analyzing and concluding. The result of this study indicated that the erroneous use of Indonesian spelling on one of the headline in the newspaper Tribun Jabar edition 25 April 2018 as many as 6 (six) spelling mistakes consisting of : (1) errors in the use of acronyms by 1 (one) errors, (2) misapplication of capital letters of 2 (two) errors, (3) mistyping mistakes 1 (one) error, (4) the connect error is 1 (one) error, (5) mistakes writing people names as many as 1 (one) error.

Abstract

The growth of urban areas very rapidly raises significant issues that take effect in the development of rural areas. The strategic issues of rural development in Indonesia and Malaysia are poverty, unemployment, and economic vulnerability of rural communities; limited availability of public services and the minimum basic service, low empowerment of rural communities, not optimal village governance and institutional role of the village in the planning and development of the village, not optimal spatial arrangement of rural areas, natural resource management and environmental environment, the limited availability of infrastructure  in the open isolation of rural areas and encourage linkages Rural- Urban.This study is intended to determine how the rural development  planning process in Indonesia dan Malaysia. This study used qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive design format to describe the condition of the various phenomena that exist in the community that the object of research, and pull it to the surface of reality as a feature, character, nature, model or description of the condition or phenomenon particular. Data was collected through structured and in-depth interviews, and studies in the literature that focused on the exploration of related literature. Data analysis is done by using the method of triangulation  and interpretative. Triangulation method rests on the validity of the findings and the level of confidence.  Data analysis is inductive, meaning is the result of research rather than generalizations.Stages of Rural Development Planning in Indonesia and Malaysia are basically not much different, the two countries each have the characteristics and traits of its own in the formulation of rural development planning in the country. Based on the Minister Regulation Number 114 of 2014 on Guidelines for Rural Development, Indonesia defines the planning of rural development in the form of Mid Term Development  Plan Rural (Rural Development  Plan). Malaysia defines the rural development  plan according to Act 172 About Design City and Village act 1976 in the form Slowly Rural (PTD). The results of this research can be used as a model for the analysis  of policy makers  both at the central  and regional governments.
