Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 basic immunization coverage in Indonesia decreased compared to last year. This study aims to find out a picture of the mother's experience in getting basic immunization for an infant during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Sawangan Healthcare Service Center, Depok City. Qualitative research design with phenomenological approach model, data collection with in-depth interviews of 7 participants with snowball sampling data collection method. The results found 6 themes including 1) An overview of the meaning of basic immunization, 2) a Negative maternal response to getting basic immunization in an infant during the Covid-19 pandemic, 3) a Positive maternal response to getting basic immunization for an infant during the Covid-19 pandemic, 4) Sources of maternal support in getting basic immunization for an infant during the Covid-19 pandemic, 6) Maternal barriers in getting basic immunization during the Covid-19 pandemic, 7) Mothers' expectations in basic immunization services for an infant during the Covid-19 pandemic. The enthusiasm of the mothers was extraordinary in their efforts to continue to get immunizations for the infants. However, government policies and regulations regarding immunization services during the Covid-19 pandemic have had a huge impact on the completeness of basic immunization coverage for infants during the Covid-19 pandemic, so this becomes a new threat and problem, especially the increase in diseases that can be prevented by immunization. Mothers with babies aged 0-12 months must improve their information technology skills to find out basic immunization service programs during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Pursed Lip Breathing is a breathing technique that exhales through pursed lips (cones) and breathes through the nose with the mouth closed. This technique is used to relieve shortness of breath and improve breathing. Purpose of the study: To describe the management of pursed lip breathing breathing techniques in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: This systematic review was compiled using the databases of Google scholar, Sciencee Direct and Pubmed. Article selection is carried out to identify relevant articles and then screening is carried out to adjust to the inclusion criteria. There were 16 articles that met the inclusion criteria and were reviewed using JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute Levels). Results: The results showed that the data showed that the management of the pursed lip breathing technique was influenced by the pursed lip breathing method or technique. Keywords: Methods, Pursed Lip Breathing, COPD, Techniques  GAMBARAN PENATALAKSANAAN TEKNIK PERNAFASAN PURSED LIPS BREATHING PADA PENYAKIT PARU OBSTRUKTIF KRONIK (PPOK): TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Pursed Lip Breathing merupakan teknik pernapasan yang mengeluarkan napas melalui bibir yang mengerut (kerucut) dan bernapas melalui hidung dengan mulut tertutup. Abstract

Positive cases of Covid-19 continue to increase in almost every country. Globally, there are approximately 113 million positive cases with 2.5 million deaths. The country with the highest number of positive patient cases is the United States, with 28 million cases. Indonesia is ranked 18th with a total of 1.3 million positive points and 35 thousand cases of death. Nurses are frontline health workers who care for Covid-19 patients. Nurses must use personal protective equipment (PPE) to carry out their duties. The use of this PPE can protect its users. The use of PPE at level 3 during the Covid-19 pandemic, as it is now for a long time, is one factor that can trigger burnout. Data states that  2,707 people from 60 countries say that health workers are experiencing burnout due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which has not gone away and has even increased. The impact of this burnout causes nurses to feel a loss of energy, a loss of enthusiasm at work, and a loss of confidence. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the use of PPE and burnout in nurses. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The study used a purposive sampling technique with as many as 213 people. Data were analyzed using the Spearman rank test. The results showed that most respondents used PPE in the excellent category, namely 167 people (78.4%); most of the respondents experienced low burnout, namely 204 people (95.8%) with a p-value of 0.001 and a correlation strength of -0.228 with negative correlation direction. There is a relationship between the use of PPE and burnout, where the better PPE, the lower the burnout felt by nurses. Proper PPE can reduce nurses' burnout by making them feel safe and protected. Nurses are expected to use PPE according to standards continually; the hospital is also likely to regularly evaluate the mental health of nurses to reduce the risk of burnout.
