Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas mengenai model Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) yang dikembangkan berdasarkan kekurangan yang ada, karena mengasumsikan bahwa sistem produksi berjalan sempurna sehingga seluruh pesanan item selalu diterima menjadi persediaan. Pada kenyataannya sistem produksi tidak berjalan sempurna karena beberapa faktor seperti deteriorasi dan kesalahan pemeriksaan. Berdasarkan kekurangan tersebut, maka dilakukan pengembangan model optimisasi penentuan lot produksi akibat deteriorasi dan mempertimbangkan kesalahan inspeksi sampling dengan kriteria minimisasi total ongkos yang terdiri dari ongkos setup, ongkos produksi, biaya kegagalan internal dan ongkos penalti.   Kata kunci: deteriorasi, kesalahan inspeksi sampling, lot produksi   ABSTRACT This research discusses the Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) models were developed based on existing deficiencies, because it assumes that the production system running perfectly so that all orders are always welcome items into inventory. In fact, the production system does not work perfectly because of several factors such as deterioration and errors of inspection. Based on these concerns, then the determination of the optimization model development lot production due to deterioration and the errors of inspection sampling with total costs minimization consisting of the setup costs, production costs, internal failure costs and penalty costs.
