Abstract

Putat Nutug Village is a village located in Ciseeng District, Bogor Regency, West Java. The economic dynamics of the community are very diverse, ranging from traders to farmers. However, their business is still limited to capital. Knowledge of financial institutions that are syar'i safe funds is still very lacking. They are more daring to deal with illegal financial institutions even with very high returns. The purpose of this community service is to improve the knowledge and skills of the general public and especially the DKM managers in the village where the service is located in managing mosque funds in a syar'i way, especially in zakat, infaq and alms funds, so that they can be used as a source of financing that can help capital. public. The service method is in the form of direct training to participants on several things related to cash flow recording, to manual ledger making. The result of community service is an increase in knowledge and skills and understanding in managing mosque funds for the better.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Employee Engagement, Quality of Work Life on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable of PT. Communication This type of research is quantitative. The source of this research data is primary data that comes from the sample, namely the employees of PT. communication. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling which was distributed to all employees as many as 97 respondents. This study uses the path analysis method (path analysis) which is obtained using the Smart PLS application. The results of this study indicate that Employee Engagement, and Quality of Work Life have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on Job Satisfaction. And Employee Engagement, Quality of Work Life, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on Organizational Commitment, and it can be concluded that the Satisfaction variable as an intervening variable can mediate Employee Engagement, and Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. at PT. communication.

Abstract

The purpose of this manuscript is to search the literature to support the variables of this manuscript and to provide results for consideration in future studies as a research gap or alongside other research items. This study did not use SPPS data processing and there were no study participants. Results were obtained. Most of the articles reviewed in the scientific literature had a significant impact on the independent variable of the dependent variable. New to this study is the existence of models or frameworks that previously existed or were used by previous researchers.
