Abstract

The purpose of this manuscript is to search the literature to support the variables of this manuscript and to provide results for consideration in future studies as a research gap or alongside other research items. This study did not use SPPS data processing and there were no study participants. Results were obtained. Most of the articles reviewed in the scientific literature had a significant impact on the independent variable of the dependent variable. New to this study is the existence of models or frameworks that previously existed or were used by previous researchers.

Abstract

This scientific article aims to provide a proof and justification and the final result is a contribution and adds treasures to existing research results, This scientific article uses a causative method with literature studies derived from scientific articles from reputable journals that have a good reputation. The results of this study then the qualitative variables in this study describe the findings in this scientific article related to digital leadership, agile organization and sustainability variables are proven, and strongly used, so that the researcher provides a perspective that in the scope of human resource management there are many variables from this scientific article, related to other variables that can be used in future research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure organizational sustainability with several constructs that are considered supporters, including performance appraisals, performance evaluations, employee competence, and motivation. The research method of this article uses a literature review study, Literature Study is a way to solve problems by tracing the sources of writing that have been made before.  The novelty of this article is the framework formed from the reference to previous international journal articles, findings of significance, and insignificance between variables. The gap in this study is described in a complete research result description and supported by previous articles

Abstract

The purpose in this paper is to see whether the implementation of liquidity, and Inflation with the impact of bankrupt banks in various literatures in the paper with the findings of the corresponding results. Research with qualitative methods by examining literature from papers related to the implementation of liquidity and the effects of bankrupt banks with inflation. Literature comes from existing journals from google scholar, and others. The gap in this paper as a form of contribution to research with the existence of overarching policies, as well as information for the community or customers, is expected to be used in the future by other research to develop as a result of research. In future papers by other researchers, it is hoped that there will be gaps or other variables that can be used by other researchers for other research results in the future
