Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is very important theoretically, but also practically. Thus, it is interpolated into university study programmes. In this study, we will explore how the implications of entrepreneurship education as a field of study for the advancement of research and practice. To do this, we draw on entrepreneurship education practices that have been analysed by previous researchers. This reflection will enable a better understanding of the current state of entrepreneurship education theory and practice. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that entrepreneurship education into a study programme does not only teach students futuristic thinking, but real action. Students need to know how classroom learning can inspire entrepreneurial practice. This condition has theoretical and practical consequences because it can demonstrate the purpose of entrepreneurship education which is job creation. Entrepreneurship education is very important because entrepreneurs should have a great social impact. This situation is influenced as well as affecting the cognitive, affective, and behavioural studies of entrepreneurship theory.

Abstract

The purpose of this manuscript is to search the literature to support the variables of this manuscript and to provide results for consideration in future studies as a research gap or alongside other research items. This study did not use SPPS data processing and there were no study participants. Results were obtained. Most of the articles reviewed in the scientific literature had a significant impact on the independent variable of the dependent variable. New to this study is the existence of models or frameworks that previously existed or were used by previous researchers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find factors that influence talent management. The purpose of this article is to identify and summarize literature reviews related to recruitment, training, mentoring, and management, and to review the findings of the variables considered and the impact of one variable on another. am. This study uses a literature search by looking for variable references in several international articles. This study provides an overview of incoming articles describing the effects between variables. Results showed that several variables influenced the exposure index matrix. The research on talent management in this literature review article focuses specifically on the variables that can potentially improve talent management effectively recruitment, training, mentoring, and leadership.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the effectiveness of the human capital department in managing employees to achieve company goals, this study uses a literature review from various national and international journal sources, and the novelty of this study is the formation of a new framework model that previously did not exist, the results of a review of various significant articles. This study does not use respondents or data processing as analysis, this study only concludes previous research for further research. Abstract

Leadership is one of the key factors that influence organisational success. With increasing global competition and rapid changes in the business environment, effective leadership is increasingly important to maintain organisational competitiveness. The discussion in the purpose of this study will cover several important topics, such as the basic concepts of leadership, characteristics of effective leadership, leadership styles, roles and responsibilities of a leader, and best practices in leadership. The focus of this study is qualitative. Methods for gathering information include paying close attention and taking detailed notes, with subsequent analysis including data reduction, visualisation, and conclusions. The results of the study include a summary that the essential characteristics of effective leadership are having vision, integrity, empathy, communication ability, interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire subordinates.

Abstract

In the era of globalisation and increasingly fierce business competition, the success of an entrepreneur is something that is very important and desired by many people. One of the relevant philosophical views to be studied in the context of entrepreneurial thinking is existentialism. This research aims to explore the understanding of the nature of entrepreneurial thinking in the perspective of existentialism philosophy. The focus of this research is qualitative. Methods for gathering information included careful attention and detailed note-taking, with subsequent analysis including data reduction, visualisation, and inference. The results show that entrepreneurial thinking from an existentialist perspective can make a significant contribution to the development of sustainable and socially responsible business theory and practice. An existentialist view can help entrepreneurs to overcome challenges and obstacles in business by developing the ability to derive meaning and purpose from every life experience.

Abstract

This scientific article aims to provide a proof and justification and the final result is a contribution and adds treasures to existing research results, This scientific article uses a causative method with literature studies derived from scientific articles from reputable journals that have a good reputation. The results of this study then the qualitative variables in this study describe the findings in this scientific article related to digital leadership, agile organization and sustainability variables are proven, and strongly used, so that the researcher provides a perspective that in the scope of human resource management there are many variables from this scientific article, related to other variables that can be used in future research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan utama yaitu untuk mengukur keputusan investasi pedagang di pasar baru kota bekasi yang dipengaruhi olah Literasi keuangan, efikasi keuangan dan pendapatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang ditujukan pada pedagang di pasar baru kota bekasi. Penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purpose sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 112 responden. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian dengan menggunakan Structual Equation Model (SEM) - SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan penjelasan bahwa variabel efikasi keuangan dan pendapatan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan investasi pada pedagang di pasar baru kota bekasi. Namun variabel literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan bukan pertimbangan utama dalam keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan secara parsial pengaruh Current ratio, Total Asset turnover, Debt to equity ratio dan Covid-19 terhadap tingkat Return on asset pada perusahaan subsektor konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2014-2021. Dan untuk mengetahui hubungan secara simultan pengaruh Current ratio, Total Asset turnover, Debt to equity ratio dan Covid-19 terhadap tingkat Return on asset pada perusahaan subsektor konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2014-2021. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi Current ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio, Covid- 19 dan Return On Asset. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh populasi berupa laporan keuangan Perusahaan Subsektor Konstruksi Bangunan selama 8 tahun, yaitu pada tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2021. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan kepustakaan, yaitu berupa catatan laporan keuangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan alat analisis regresi data panel. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Eviews 12. Berdasarkan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial current ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap return on asset, total asset turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap return on asset, debt equity ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap return on asset, dan covid-19 berpengaruh negatif terhadap return on asset. Sedangkan secara simultan current ratio, total asset turnover, debt equity ratio, dan covid-19 berpengaruh terhadap return on asset.
