Abstract

Kedai Moji Grill was initiated by three young people who have creative minds in finding current business opportunities. This business is motivated by their desire to increase their income (the Covid 19 condition) has decreased, this happens because most of them work the WFH way. Starting with chatting with the three of them and finally they have an idea, how they can open a culinary (food) business that has contemporary values with the aim of attracting young consumers, the business was founded with limited capital with shared capital. Finally, the three of them created their business by renting a place (parking a shophouse) in the Kampung utan Ciputat area, South Tangerang. They open their business from 17.30 - 10.00 WIB by using a tent. The problems that exist are; does not yet have the right way to distribute profits or losses to investors; Still using tents in running their business; There is still 1 variant of food offered to consumers. The solutions offered to moji grill shop entrepreneurs are: Helping provide training in making cooperation in business investment. The results of the implementation of abdimas to partners is to conduct training to the initiators of the business, namely Aulia Hazmi Ramadhan, Bimo Aulia Utomo, Abduel Surahman, and one employee, namely Dede Maulana. The training provided is training in making cooperation in investment in the Moji Grill business. Currently the business is preparing to open a new branch with the entry of new investors who are interested in the busines.

Abstract

This scientific work with the theme "Organizational Development in Organizational Behavior" is a paper not the result of research but the result of a literature study. In this case, the author can collect data through the media literature. According to (Wijaya, 2017), argues that organizational behavior is a scientific discipline that studies individual behavior in organizations and its impact on individual, group or organizational performance. The goals of organizational development in general are to build company capacity in solving problems, adapting to change, having high competitiveness, increasing achievement and effectiveness overall work of all groups, departments and organizations as well as creating organizational health, forming effective changes and increasing engagement with organizational goals.According to (Gibson, 1985), there are three methods used in organizational development.The results of organizational development are systems teaching and learning and information systems & technology. Organizational development has implications for organizational capability in making quality decisions by making changes to structure, culture, technology, human resources and so on through irrational processes and is carried out to make efforts to correct various failures and mistakes, as well as to meet various expectations that are desired, as well as part of how to improve the quality and quantity that was previously owned, by maintaining the basic and main values contained in the organizational culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) The influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, (2) The influence of compensation on job satisfaction, (3) The influence of organizational culture on employee performance, (4) The influence of compensation on employee performance, (5) The influence Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, (6) The Influence of Organizational Culture by Intervening Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, (7) The Effect of Compensation by Intervening Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. The data analysis model used is path analysis with associative quantitative research methods, namely a population of 100 and a sample of 80. The research results show that (1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, ( 3) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, (4) Compensation has an insignificant effect on employee performance, (5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, (6) Organizational culture with intervening job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, (7) Compensation by intervening job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.
