Abstract

5 in recent years, employees of company earnings in foodhall in Jakarta fluctuations have relatively high. This condition is caused by problems about the intention of earnings, The organization, and the company. The purpose of study is to examine the effect of employee organizations and culture in earnings intention, both directly and indirectly through the organization to an enterprise in foodhall in Jakarta. This method uses a method descriptive and explanations at least 200 samples from the survey respondents from 25 outlets in Jakarta that foodhall. Structural Equation Model data verified by lisrel 8.80 modeling methods of using. The results show that cultures of organization a lively and have high impact significant directly to organizations commitment but has a negative and significant effect directly in circulation intention, commitment organization negative and had an impact a significant impact on earnings intention, the culture of organization negative and had an impact a significant impact on earnings intention through commitment organization. Organization culture and organization commitment simultaneously affect earnings intention. The commitment the organization has more the role of dominant in reducing the level of dropping in and out of employees intention and other based on the survey results was the partial organization mediation about the effects of an organization’s culture in circulation intention.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi, Kepribadian, dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Universitas “MJ”. Berdasarkan model teoritis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif, yaitu proses analisis data yang dilakukan dengan cara menelaah keseluruhan data dari berbagai sumber yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk angka-angka. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan pengujian yang akan berhubungan dengan apakah ada hubungan positif antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Untuk menguji hipotesis ini, metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. variabel-variabel ini berhubungan positif/negatif. Data yang disebarkan sebanyak 655 kuisioner kepada pegawai Universitas “MJ” dan ada 248 kuisioner yang akan diolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, Kompetensi, Kepribadian, dan Disiplin secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Universitas “MJ”, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel yaitu 8,247 > 2,41. Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Motivation, Competence, Personality, and Discipline on Employee Performance at the University of “MJ”. Based on the theoretical model proposed in this study using quantitative data analysis techniques, namely the data analysis process carried out by examining the overall data from various sources expressed in the form of numbers. In this study, the author conducted a test that will relate to whether there is a positive relationship between the X variable and the Y variable. For testing this hypothesis, the statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis which can be used to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. these variables are positively/negatively related. Data distributed as many as 655 questionnaires to employees of the University of “MJ” and there are 248 questionnaires to be processed. The results of this study indicate that Motivation, Competence, Personality, and Discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on Employee Performance at the University of “MJ”, this is evidenced by the value of F arithmetic > F table which is 8.247 > 2.41.

Abstract

This research can be classified as explanatory research, which explains the causal relationship and the interrelationship of research variables that include wage earners and human resource audits of employee performance through employee work motivation. The population used in this study was 189 employees with a sample of 128 respondents. The data collection method in this study is through questionnaires through data contained in research objects both in primary. The analysis tool used in this study is path analysis, used to know the direct and indirect influence of free variables with variables bound through intervening variables. The free variables in this study are wages and human resource audits, variables tied to this study are employee performance, and the intervening variable is motivation. The results showed wages had a significant influence on the motivation. Human resources audit have significant effect on the motivation. In this study, there are analysis results that show insignificant results between wages and performance. Human resource audits has significant influence on performance.

Abstract

This research is an associative quantitative study using primary data, with a population of 140 and a sample of 103 people, the determination of the sample using the Slovin formula. The data analysis model used is path analysis using SPSS The results showed the following results: Leadership style has a direct effect on job satisfaction, Human resource development has a direct effect on job satisfaction, Leadership style has a direct effect on employee performance,Human resource development has a direct and indirect effect. Job satisfaction has adirect effect on employee performance (6) Leadership style has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, Human resource development has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. It can be concluded that there is an indirect effect of leadership style and human resource development on employee performance through job satisfaction, but the direct influence of human resource development on job satisfaction has the greatest influence, while for the direct effect of human resource development on performance is the smallest influence.

Abstract

Kedai Moji Grill was initiated by three young people who have creative minds in finding current business opportunities. This business is motivated by their desire to increase their income (the Covid 19 condition) has decreased, this happens because most of them work the WFH way. Starting with chatting with the three of them and finally they have an idea, how they can open a culinary (food) business that has contemporary values with the aim of attracting young consumers, the business was founded with limited capital with shared capital. Finally, the three of them created their business by renting a place (parking a shophouse) in the Kampung utan Ciputat area, South Tangerang. They open their business from 17.30 - 10.00 WIB by using a tent. The problems that exist are; does not yet have the right way to distribute profits or losses to investors; Still using tents in running their business; There is still 1 variant of food offered to consumers. The solutions offered to moji grill shop entrepreneurs are: Helping provide training in making cooperation in business investment. The results of the implementation of abdimas to partners is to conduct training to the initiators of the business, namely Aulia Hazmi Ramadhan, Bimo Aulia Utomo, Abduel Surahman, and one employee, namely Dede Maulana. The training provided is training in making cooperation in investment in the Moji Grill business. Currently the business is preparing to open a new branch with the entry of new investors who are interested in the busines.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze how Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction impact Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Using a quantitative research approach, the study analyzed data from 70 respondents across 20 manufacturing companies in West Java and processed it through the SEM-PLS methodology. The study findings suggest that Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction both have a direct influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in manufacturing companies located in West Java.

Abstract

The performance of employees in the telecommunications industry is a direct result of the tasks assigned to them by the company or organization. Compensation, organizational culture and job satisfaction are considered to play a vital role in influencing employee performance and achievement of stated goals. Although the impact of organizational culture on its members may not be significant, higher pay and job satisfaction are positively associated with higher performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the significant effects of compensation, work culture, and job satisfaction on employee performance. To achieve this, we took a sample of 420 respondents and collected data using a statement questionnaire. Regression analysis was performed on the collected data using SPSS 20.0 for Windows program. Regression analysis results show that salary, job satisfaction, and organizational culture have significant positive and direct effects on employee performance in the telecom industry.
