Abstract

Abstrak: Pariwisata adalah berbagai macam kegiatan wisata yang didukung berbagai fasilitas serta layanan yang disediakan oleh masyarakat, pengusaha, dan pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk : (1) mendapatkan informasi persebaran objek wisata yang ada di Kecamatan Batauga Kabupaten Buton Selatan; (2) mengetahui kondisi objek wisata di Kecamatan Batauga Kabupaten Buton Selatan, dan (3) mengetahui strategi pengembangan pariwisata di Kecamatan Batauga Kabupaten Buton Selatan.  Metode analisis yang digunakan  pada penelitian ini adalah analisis pemetaan, analisis deskriptif, dan analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain: (1) Kecamatan Batauga memiliki 8 objek wisata yang tersebar di 7 desa/kelurahan yaitu Lawela Selatan, Busoa, Laompo, Masiri, Majapahit, Bola dan Poogalampa; (2) Kondisi dan strategi pengembagan objek wisata di Kecamatan Batauga dijelaskan melalui salah satu objek wisata yaitu wisata permandian Kabura-burana: memiliki sarana prsarana seperti gazebo, masjid, kamarganti, dan warung. (3) Strategi pengembangan permandian Kabura-burana untuk strategi S-O adalah strategi pengembangan sebagai kawasan wisata alam, strategi pengembangan sumber air bersih, strategi pengembangan atraksi budaya. Strategi pengembangan untuk strategi W-O adalah strategi pengembangan sarana dan prasarana, dan strategi S-T adalah strategi pemanfaatan sumber daya alam, serta strategi W-T adalah strategi pengembangan pelestarian vegetasi. Kata Kunci: Kata kunci:Persebaran, kondisi, strategi pengembanganobjek wisata, BataugaAbstract: Tourism is a variety of tourism activities that is supported by various facilities and services provided by the community, businessmen, and government. This research aims to: (1) obtain information on the distribution of tourist objects in Batauga District, South Buton Regency; (2) know the condition of tourism objects in Batauga District, South Buton Regency, and (3) know the tourism development strategy in Batauga District, South Buton Regency. The data in this research is analyzed by using are mapping analysis, descriptive analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Batauga district has 8 tourist objects that spread out into 7 villages, namely South Lawela, Busoa, Laompo, Masiri, Majapahit, Bola and Poogalampa; (2) The condition and tourism development strategies in Batauga District is explained trough one of tourist object, the Kabura-burana bathe destination has infrastructure, namely: gazebos, mosques, changing rooms, and stalls. Access to the Kabura-burana bathe destination can be passed using two wheels or four wheels transportation; (3) The strategy for developing Kabura-burana bathe destination for the S-O strategy is a development strategy as a natural tourism area, a strategy for developing clean water sources, and a strategy for developing cultural attractions. The development strategy for the W-O strategy is a strategy for developing facilities and infrastructure, and the ST strategy is a strategy for utilizing natural resources, and the W-T strategy is a strategy for developing vegetation conservation.Keywords: Distribution, condition, tourism development strategies, Batauga

Abstract

The problem of flooding is still a problem that occurs in urban communities. High water intensity during the rainy season results in the potential for flooding in residential areas around the river flow. This study aims to determine flood mitigation in the Wawombalata sub-district, Kendari City. The method used in this research is survey and map overlay. The results showed that: On the flood hazard map, the area that has the highest hazard class is in the RT 5 section. Meanwhile, the flood hazard in the high class covers parts of the RT 1, RT 2, RT 3, RT 4, RT 5, RT 6 and RT 7. Overall the potential for flooding in the Wawombalata sub-district is classified as a high hazard class up to the highest class around residential areas and community housing. Flood mitigation strategies that can be carried out include: Conducting learning about disaster mitigation and outreach as well as disaster emergency simulations, maintaining the functions of vital objects/public facilities. Coordinating disaster management at the District/City level and and the Central Government. Keywords: Mitigation, Hazard, Flood, Community
