Abstract

The purpose of the research included finding out the model of decision-making in the provision of social assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic in Buti Village, Mananggu District, Boalemo Regency. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach The reason or using a descriptive type of research and qualitative approach is because this research is generated from descriptive data obtained from several writings, words, and documents derived from sources and information that are researched and trusted. The results of the study concluded that the decision-making model of social aid recipients affected by covid 19 through 3 stages, namely 1). The data collection process is carried out the formation of a verifier team to collect candidates who deserve assistance in the field (hamlets), then the verifier team consisting of Dasawisma and the head of the hamlet descends to the hamlets by name by address, as well as reporting the results of the collection of prospective recipients of assistance to the village head as preliminary data. 2). Consolidation and verification of the second stage in the decision-making process of beneficiaries for communities affected by covid 19 is the process of consolidation and verification, in this stage, the village head will sit together with the entire verifier team, BPD, and village companion to discuss thoroughly the results of the initial data collection that has been collected. All the data will be verified until you get the real amount who is most entitled to be recommended to receive assistance, the verification results will be taken to the final validation stage. 3). Validation and Determination of the final stage results in the decision-making process of beneficiaries for communities affected by covid 19 validation and determination of results, in this stage the village head will sit together with the entire verifier team, BPD, and village companions to thoroughly discuss the results of the initial data collection that has been collected. All the data will be validated until the real amount of who is most entitled to be recommended to receive assistance, the validation results will be taken to the stage of determining the results.

Abstract

As for the purpose of this research is the analysis of task management in increasing employee productivity during the Pandemic Period at PT. Mandala Finance Tilamuta Branch.This research method uses three data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of the study indicate that the management of tasks in the division of labor has not been able to give an effect on employee productivity. The workload has not been able to have an effect on employee work productivity. This is because the billing department has a workload such as billing customers who have different characters and conditions that are not possible, such as the current covid19 pandemic. Task management in work placements has not been able to have an effect on employee work productivity. Because this is due to the physical condition and age of employees, especially during a pandemic like this, of course, one must have a strong immune system in order to achieve employee work productivity

Abstract

This study aims 1) To carry out the level of responsibility of the apparatus in carrying out tasks in Pangeya Village. And 2) To increase the understanding of the apparatus in carrying out functions in Pangeya Village. The method in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. According to Miles and Huberman, the data analysis technique used is the data analysis technique, where the activities in data analysis are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show as follows: 1) Organizational responsibility in Pangeya Village is considered not to be running well because there are still several concepts that are not by the needs, especially in carrying out services to the community. 2) Political responsibility in Pangeya Village is considered to have not formed a decision to implement services due to differences in duties and others. 3) Legal responsibility is carried out in carrying out the task because the policies are adjusted to the responsibility in seeing the existing conditions with the existing policies. 4) Professional responsibility with provisions in carrying out the responsibilities of tasks carried out with existing provisions in improving the quality of existing work in carrying out Pangeya Village services.

Abstract

This study tries to explain the determinants of leadership style which consists of personal characteristics and social culture, by observing 51 samples of the Mekar Jaya Village Community, Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique through SMARTPLS version 3 software. Samples were selected and collected through purposive sampling and distributed via online questionnaire via the Google form. The results show that Personal Characteristics has no significant effect, with a T Statistical value of 1.388 and P Values of 0.166 while Social Cultural Factors has a significant effect, with a T Statistical value of 3.066 and P Values of 0.002 on Leadership Style.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the performance of botumoputi villageapparatus of Tibawa District of Gorontalo Regency, this type of research isdescriptive research with qualitative approach the type of data used isprimary data and secondary data with data sourced from observations,interviews and documentation. Informants in this study amounted to 5people who were botumoputi village apparatus.The results of this study show that the performance of the villageapparatus in community perception about the performance of the villageapparatus is quite good judging from the results of work, discipline,responsibility.In the completion of the task of the performance of the villageapparatus is quite good for the process, and also in terms of taking thedecision of the village government in establishing RAPBD, as well as theselection of the development of the village government refers to the rulesthat have been adhered to already good for the progress and development ofthe village.

Abstract

By observing 100 samples of employees at Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo, this study tries to explain the effect of discipline on employee performance at Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM technique through SMARTPLS software version 4. The samples used were employees and lecturers of Bina Mandiri Gorontalo University by distributing them in an online questionnaire through google form. The results show that Discipline significantly affects employee performance, with a TStatistic value of 9.199 and P Values of 0.000.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis delves into the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Development (HRD) research, exploring trends, collaborative networks, and influential works. Utilizing VOSviewer, we conducted a temporal analysis, co-authorship network analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, and citation analysis on a comprehensive dataset from leading databases. Temporal trends reveal an increasing scholarly interest in HRD since the early 2000s. Co-authorship networks unveil collaborative clusters, showcasing influential authors and fostering a collective research agenda. Keyword co-occurrence analysis uncovers interconnected thematic clusters, emphasizing the interdisciplinary nature of HRD. Citation analysis identifies pivotal works shaping HRD scholarship. Integrating these findings provides a holistic understanding of HRD research, offering implications for future endeavors and insights for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers.
