The questionnaire uses a Likert scale with five choices. The research instrument was adapted from previous studies. The number of questionnaires that can be processed is ninety-six. The data analysis technique uses exploratory factor analysis. Before factor analysis was carried out, the primary data collected was filtered first using KMO and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity. Varimax is used to determine new factors. From the test, six factors shape work-life balance. The names of the new factors include a meaningful career, family obligations, diligent work, a comfortable home, fun at work, and how to be successful. Abstract

This long-standing lack of attention to and knowledge of virtuous character may explain why many leaders attempt to get ahead by making mistakes and why virtuous character traits often do not play a significant role in the training and evaluation of leaders. A possible reason for the lack of studies on the virtuous character of a leader is the lack of clarity of definition; Moreover, some scholars consider Virtue as well as good character to be too abstract and general to measure. This research aims to overcome the lack of research on the role of a leader's virtuous leadership on employee welfare. This research also adds the moderating variable trust in virtuous leaders. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data collection techniques were carried out using surveys. The research population consisted of 200 employees spread across Indonesia. And the analysis technique uses Smart PLS. The results of this research have found that virtuous leadership influences employee welfare, and trust as moderation is able to moderate virtuous leadership on employee welfare.

Abstract

This research investigates the complex interactions between consumer trust, social norms, and economic factors in shaping purchase decisions of sustainable products in Bandung City. Using quantitative analysis, a sample of 250 participants was surveyed, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The Measurement Model confirmed the reliability and validity of the latent constructs, and the Discriminant Validity analysis highlighted the distinctiveness of the variables. Hypothesis testing showed significant relationships between Agricultural Policy, Infrastructure, Market Quality, and Crop Farm Sustainability. The Coefficient Model showed strong explanatory power (R Square = 58.8%), and the Model Fit Test confirmed the adequacy of the model. Our findings contribute nuanced insights for policy makers, businesses, and researchers interested in promoting sustainable consumer behavior in urban areas.

Abstract

This study looks at the dynamics of technical innovation adoption and how it affects the productivity of small-scale craft businesses in West Java, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used to collect data from 110 small craft businesses, including statistical analysis and quantitative surveys. The workforce had high skill levels, moderate levels of technology adoption, and perceived problems such as resistance to change and financial restrictions. These findings were supported by descriptive statistics. Technology use, worker skills, and production efficiency were found to be significantly positively correlated, as evidenced by multiple regression analysis. Differences in adoption patterns between rural and urban industries were revealed through cross tabulation. The results of this study highlight the need for a customized approach, resource distribution and information exchange to enhance technical innovation in the heterogeneous craft industry in West Java.

Abstract

This research conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to explore the effect of arts education on creativity, innovation, and community development. Drawing upon key citations, thematic clusters, and the frequency of terms within the literature, the study provides a nuanced understanding of the theoretical foundations and practical implications within this dynamic field. Thematic clusters reveal diverse dimensions, ranging from the economic aspects of tourism to the educational dimensions of university-community relationships. Key citations, including seminal works by Dewey, Knowles, and Greene, contribute to the theoretical framework, emphasizing experiential learning, andragogy, and the transformative potential of arts education in driving social change. The frequency of terms underscores the centrality of learning and participation while also recognizing the relational, ethical, and conceptual dimensions within the discourse. Practical implications for educators, practitioners, and policymakers are discussed, highlighting the importance of active community engagement, sustainable development, and the transformative role of arts education. The synthesis of findings offers a roadmap for future research, guiding scholars and practitioners in exploring innovative pedagogies, longitudinal impacts, demographic considerations, and global perspectives within the evolving landscape of arts education and community development.
