Abstract

Coaches and athletes must be able to know whether the exercise carried out can affect optimal performance, coaches must have the ability to know the relationship between training load and training response (lambert borresen 2010) using Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of RPE to measure athletes' efforts in the biomotor components of speed, strength and endurance training. The research method used in this study was an experimental method, with the design of The One-Shot Case Stud), 11 swimming athletes and 6 diving athletes, the study was conducted in 3 sessions. To assess RPE during a training session (SPRE), standard instructions and statutory procedures are explained during a socialization session, samples are asked to assess the exertion of energy felt after the completion of a particular exercise execution based on the RPE CR-10 scale.

Abstract

Sports coaching and development programs require policies so that competitions are held to grow sports and ultimately become winners. Sports coaching and development must be managed using good management, in the parent sports organization and associations involved in developing professional sports. The purpose of this research is to examine the system of coaching and development of the sport of handball achievement in Indonesia, and to examine the relationship between the coaching and development system and the achievement of handball in Indonesia. This research method is descriptive with a correlational research design. The population of this study was coaches and BINPRES who took part in the XX PON in Papua in 2021 in the handball sport as many as 14 participants. The sampling technique in this study uses total sampling. The conclusion of this study is that the system of coaching and developing handball in Indonesia is very good, and this research shows that the system of coaching and development has a significant relationship with the achievement of handball in Indonesia. This is indicated by the results of a significance of 0.001 and an R of 0.962 or based on the degree of relationship as a perfect correlation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dan pola asuh pelatih dengan motivasi berprestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan studi korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah atlet basket putra Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia sebanyak 15 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah angket pola asuh orang tua, angket pola asuh pelatih dan angket motivasi berprestasi yang dibuat oleh peneliti sendiri dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel pola asuh orang tua dan pola asuh pelatih dengan motivasi berprestasi olahraga. Dengan hasil untuk pengaruh X1 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,038 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 2.324 t tabel 2.179, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh X1 terhadap Y sedangkan untuk pengaruh X2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0.046 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 2.221 t tabel 2.179, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H2 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh X2 terhadap Y.

Abstract

Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2017 concerning Organizing Sports is the key to the development of sports, especially educational sports. This Regional Regulation places sport as a very important instrument for regional development. However, at this time, sports are still positioned only as the development of the sport itself. So it is not in accordance with what is stated in Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2017. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the Policy for Development and Development of Sports Education from the Perspective of Regional Regulations. The method used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach. Then by making observations, documentation studies, and interviews as a tool for collecting data and for analyzing the data. The results of this study found that the Policy for Development and Development of Sports Education from the Perspective of Regional Regulations was in accordance with Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2017 concerning Organizing Sports. However, there are still deficiencies and inequalities in several aspects such as facilities and infrastructure, the competency of sports teachers who do not yet have competency certificates from the main sports branch and the uneven distribution of schools in implementing special sports class programs.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah nomor dan seri pada perlombaan renang tingkat klub dan pelajar di Provinsi Jawa Barat-Indonesia tahun 2019. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis survei. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik studi dokumentasi data dari hasil kompetisi renang tahun 2019. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan software Microsoft Excel. Hasil: Pertama, jumlah pertandingan pada kompetisi renang level klub adalah 483; level pelajar adalah 1269; dan jumlah pertandingan pada level klub dan pelajar adalah 1752. Kedua, jumlah seri di kompetisi tingkat klub adalah 9803; kompetisi tingkat pelajar adalah 27042; dan jumlah seri di kompetisi pada level klub dan pelajar adalah 36845. Kesimpulan: Pertama, jumlah nomor lomba yang dipertandingkan pada lomba renang antar klub dan pelajar se-Jawa Barat tahun 2019 adalah 1752. Kedua, total nomor lomba renang antar klub dan pelajar se-Jawa Barat tahun 2019 sebanyak 36845.
