Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah  Kabupaten Demak. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai dikantor Sekretariat Daerah  Kabupaten Demak. Penggalian data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampling menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja. 2) terdapat pengaruh positif  signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, 4) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, 5) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, 6) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. 7) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, 8) Motivasi Kerja mampu memberikan kontribusi kecil pengaruh langsung antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai 9)  Motivasi Kerja mampu memberikan kontribusi pengaruh langsung antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kinerja 10) Motivasi Kerja mampu memberikan kontribusi pengaruh langsung antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah  Kabupaten Demak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work role fit, compensation and quality of work life on job satisfaction of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Jepara Regency with job involvement as an intervening variable. The research population was all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Jepara Regency, amounting to 239 people. Sampling taken in this study using stratified random sampling as many as 150 employees. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) application program AMOS. The results showed that the work role fit, compensation, and quality of work life had a positive and significant effect on job involvement. Suitability of work roles, compensation, quality of work life and job involvement affect employee job satisfaction. Work role fit, compensation, and quality of work life affect employee job satisfaction through work involvement as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the conclusions in this research are as follows: (1) E-Recovery Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Tokopedia Marketplace; (2) E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Tokopedia Marketplace (3) E-Recovery Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at the Tokopedia Marketplace; (4) E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty to the Tokopedia Marketplace: (5) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty to the Tokopedia Marketplace.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of e trust and e recovery on loyalty through consumer satisfaction of shopee users in Pati Regency. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The results of the research conclude that (1) E trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction of Shopee users in Pati Regency (2) E recovery has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction of Shopee users in Pati Regency (3) E trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty in Shopee users in Pati Regency (4) e recovery has a positive and significant effect on loyalty of Shopee users in Pati Regency (5) Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty of Shopee users in Pati Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze employee performance problems at the Pati District Health Service; analyze the causes that arise and the consequences in each perspective, namely the competency perspective, non-physical work environment, job satisfaction, and employee work motivation; analyzing supporting factors and inhibiting factors for improving employee performance; develop strategies to improve employee performance. This type of research is a descriptive approach, collecting in-depth interviews with 15 informants. Analysis method using the Fishbone approach. The results of the research concluded that performance problems were job placements that did not match their competencies. The Competency Perspective is due to lack of training, limited access to knowledge and developments in the health sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the empowerment of human resources in terms of the perspective of education, experience, skills, safety for grocery traders in Pati Regency. This type of research is qualitative by using fishbone analysis. The research sample was 5 informants (informants) who were selected based on holding positions for more than 2 years, having sufficient time to be interviewed and willing to become informants. Data were collected by interviews and analyzed qualitatively using the fishbone method (cause and effect). The results obtained from the Empowerment of Human Resources from an educational perspective include education levels, knowledge of information technology, written communication, and knowledge of human resource development.
