Abstract

Vocational aptitude and interest are the fundamental factors that education and career counselors utilize to provide suggestions to clients. These concepts are often considered as separate constructs. However, aptitude and interest are interrelated and should both be considered when making career decisions. This study involved as many as 343 university students as participants. Two measurement tools were used: Employee Aptitude Survey (EAS) to measure aptitude and Self-Directed Search (SDS) Holland to measure vocational interest. The data were analyzed using canonical and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. The findings show that there is a correlation between several types of interest and several types of aptitude. Vocational interest that has the strongest correlation with aptitude was the investigative interest, while the numerical aptitude test has the strongest correlation with interest. In the process of career decision-making, particularly for university students, both aptitude and interest must be taken into consideration, especially the investigative interest and numerical aptitude.

Abstract

AbstrakKasus kekerasan seksual yang terjadi pada anak di bawah umur saat ini sudah sangat memprihatinkan. Anak menjadi kelompok rentan terhadap pelecehan seksual karena anak diposisikan sebagai sosok yang lemah, dan tidak berdaya.  Tujuan Pelatihan ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai diri dan tubuh anak. Pelatihan dengan judul “AKU DAN TUBUHKU: Program Pengenalan Tubuh Dengan Prinsip Active Joyful Effective Learning”(Ajel). Program ini memberikan wawasan dan self awareness kepada anak tentang tubuhnya. Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada siswa kelas 4 SD Model Sleman berjumlah 84 siswa.    Pelatihan yang diberikan meliputi bagian tubuh, area sentuhan aman, tipe-tipe sentuhan, dan cara melindungi diri. Sebelum pelatihan siswa diberikan  sejumlah pertanyaan dalam bentuk isian singkat untuk mengukur wawasan anak sebelum diberi pelatihan, dan diberikan evaluasi akhir setelah pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan menunjukkan anak mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dan wawasan mengenai tubuhnya, menjaga tubuhnya, dan memahami sentuhan aman dan tidak aman. Kata Kunci: prinsip ajel, pendidikan seks, pra remaja, self awareness,

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu tempat yang menyediakan jasa pelayanan pada bidang kesehatan. Rumah sakit yang semakin berkembang, mengharuskan karyawan medis maupun non medis untuk bekerja dengan memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada pelanggan, sehingga masing-masing karyawan dituntut untuk bekerja dengan optimal berdasarkan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur potensi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan yang mengikuti evaluasi kinerja dan sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan pengembangan diri karyawan RS XX. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1 orang yang berada posisi supervisor penagihan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes psikologi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil asesmen menunjukkan bahwa subjek memenuhi standar potensi yang diharapkan pada posisi supervisor penagihan dengan rekomendasi masih dapat dipertimbangkan dan perlu dilakukan pengembangan pada aspek daya tahan stres lebih lanjut. Kesimpulan asesmen potenial review pada posisi supervisor penagihan diperlukan pengembangan melalui program counselling, agar subjek mampu mengelola stres yang dimiliki dengan baik, sehingga subjek tetap mampu bekerja dengan optimal.

Abstract

Human Resources are assets that are needed for an organization, both those engaged in services and in the field of production goods. Every organization will certainly have the potential of human resources that are different from one another. This is a challenge for the organization to find and map the potential of its human resources, so we need an alternative that can be used to find potential employees owned by an organization or known as potential review. This study aims to measure the potential capacity of employees who are following the performance evaluation process so that they can identify the hospital's needs in employee self-development. In addition, the purpose of this study is to provide recommendations and suggestions for interventions that are in accordance with the results of the assessment in order to help optimize employee performance. Subjects in this study amounted to 1 person who is in the position of Cashier Supervisor. Methods of data collection using psychological tests and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of the assessment show that the subject meets the potential standards that are expected to fill the Cashier Supervisor position with recommendations that can still be developed to occupy the Hospital Cashier Supervisor position so that later they can maximize their potential in carrying out the tasks and responsibilities given. In conclusion, a potential review assessment for the Cashier Supervisor position is needed to be carried out in the development of human resources through Coaching to develop the potential of the Subject's leadership abilities in order to carry out the functions, duties, and responsibilities as a leader in the cashier work unit

Abstract

Penelitian ini memfokuskan kajiannya pada hakim yang tengah menjalanipenugasan di daerah terpencil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif denganpendekatan fenomenologi untuk mengeksplorasi kehidupan para hakim yang tengahmenjalani penugasan di daerah terpencil. Fokus peneliti adalah tentang dinamika psikologispara hakim untuk mencapai kesejahteraan subjektif dan faktor-faktor yang memenga-ruhinya. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan tiga orang hakim yang memiliki masa kerja 5hingga 10 tahun, dengan rentang usia 30 hingga 50 tahun. Temuan penelitian ini adalahtentang dinamika psikologis para hakim selama bertugas di daerah terpencil yaitumencakup sejumlah fase – fase kehidupan yaitu, proses awal sebagai hakim, masa adaptasisebagai hakim baru, fase berdamai dengan keadaan, masa penempatan di daerah terpencil,fase adaptasi di daerah terpencil, fase berdamai dengan kondisi penempatan di daerahterpencil dan hikmah menuju bahagia. Temuan lainnya adalah sejumlah faktor yang dapatmemengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif para hakim di daerah terpencil yaitu peran keluarga,sikap terhadap pekerjaan, prinsip dan komitmen terhadap pekerjaan, kondisi dilematisantara independensi dan makhluk sosial, dan peran rekan kerja.
