However, due to the absence of a helpful system, the customer loan process and customer data recording are still carried out manually, namely recorded in a ledger, causing many problems, such as untidy monthly reports, calculation errors, data that is not updated and many more problems. found in connection with lending and payment activities. The "Web-Based Customer Loan Data Information System" uses the programming language PHP and MySQL as its database. A system capable of providing information on customer loan data that has been paid off and those that have not been paid off, customer data in arrears, customer data on installment payments, monthly customer data, collateral receipt data and can print reports. The purpose of developing this Web-Based Customer Loan Data Information System is to make it easier for banks to keep records of storing customer loan data and to be able to provide solutions to any existing problems
