Abstract

Permasalahan yang peneliti temukan di lapangan yaitu hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa penilaian yang dilakukan guru di kelas kurang mampu memperlihatkan tuntutan hasil belajar siswa, oleh sebab itu tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan peran serta kepala SMK Negeri 1 Sutera dalam memfasilitasi para guru yang dihadapkan dengan kesulitan teknis pengelolaan pembelajaran, yang akan memberi dampak kurang baik terhadap proses dan hasil belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas di SMK Negeri 1 Sutera yang terdiri dari 6 orang guru kelas X s.d guru kelas XII. Sedangkan yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam melakukan kegiatan penilaian hasil belajar siswa Data yang dikumpulkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan penelitian tindakan kelas ini melalui beberapa teknik, yaitu teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi kunjungan kelas terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan penilaian hasil belajar. Guru menunjukkan keseriusan dalam memahami dan melaksanakan kegiatan penilaian hasil belajar. Hal itu dapat dibuktikan dari hasil observasi/pengamatan yang memperlihatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan guru melaksanakan kegiatan penilaian hasil belajar dari siklus ke siklus . Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata capaian secara klasikal dari 42,82 dengan kategori kurang, meningkat menjadi 67,82 dengan kategori cukup serta pada siklus terakhir menjadi 86,11 dengan kategori baik, dan secara individual per guru dari 2 orang atau 33,33% pada siklus pertama meningkat menjadi 100% atau 6 orang guru pada siklus terakhir

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of advertising on purchase decisions at CV Vista Estate Medan. The method used in this study is the survey approach, and the research type is descriptive quantitative. Method of data collection uses a list of questions (questionnaire). Data analysis method used is simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination test and t-test. The samples are customer of CV Vista Estate, is about 53 people. Based on the results of the study showed that the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.428, which means that the independent variable (advertising) has an influence about 42.8% on  the dependent variable (purchase decisions) and 57.2% more influenced by other variables not be included in this study. While the hypothesis testing with a t-test shows that tcount > ttable(6.178> 2.01) at α = 2.5%. It can be concluded that the advertising variable positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. The relation between advertising and purchase decision is shown by formula Y = 7,066 + 0,814 X

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, product, and promotion on buying interest in the Lazada Online Store. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method which is carried out through data collection using questionnaires and statistical test data analysis. The sample taken is the entire population in this study, amounting to 79 respondents. The instruments used are validity and reliability tests. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test used is a partial t-test, simultaneous F-test, and determination test.The results of the multiple linear regression test are Y = 3,713+0,157X1+0,202X2 +0,512X3+e. The results showed that partially Price, Product, and Promotion had a significant and significant effect on Buying Interest at the Lazada Online Store. And the results of the study simultaneously show that Price, Product, and Promotion have a significant and significant effect on Buying Interest at the Lazada Online Store. The coefficient of determination obtained for the effect of Price, Product, and Promotion has a significant and significant effect on Purchase Interest obtained by 70.90%, while the remaining 29.10% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

The application of Decision Support System (DSS) is basically motivated by the challenges and needs of an organization to provide a system that can assist them in making the right decisions. The selection of the Governor of the Student Executive Board (BEM) can also be done with the help of the SPK. The purpose of implementing this DSS is to help select from many existing candidates into a number of candidates that will be chosen by students. If done without the help of DSS then this will require a lot of resources. The Technique for Order Performance of Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is very appropriate for this purpose. TOPSIS has the principle that the chosen alternative must have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The criteria that will be used in this research are GPA, number of seminar and workshop certificates, assessment of vision and mission, and initial support. The results showed that the TOPSIS method could be used to assist the selection process for the Governor of BEM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, price, product quality, and distribution on decisions in purchasing products from Fiesta Chicken Nugget (Smarco Superstore, Medan City). The results of the multiple linear regression test Y= 1.409 + 0.102X1 - (-0.045) X2 + 0.711X3 + 0.127X4+e. The results showed that partially Brand Image, Price, Product Quality, and Distribution, on the Purchase Decision of Fiesta Chicken nuggets. And the results of the study simultaneously showed that Brand Image, Price, Product Quality, and Distribution, had a significant and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. The coefficient of determination obtained for the partial effect of Brand Image, Price, Product Quality, and Distribution, on Purchase Decisions is obtained by 70%, while the remaining 30% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the influence of Price (X1), Location (X2) and Product Innovation (X3) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at Waroeng Steak and Shake Jalan T. Amir Hamzah Medan. The data is taken directly from the object of research, namely Waroeng Steak and Shake Jalan T. Amir Hamzah Medan. The data used is data on consumer visits in 2021. The research was conducted from February to May 2021. The population in this study was 4200 people with a sample of 98 respondents. This study uses quantitative data that is processed with the SPSS v Application. 17, with multiple linear regression method. The test results show that simultaneously the variables Price (X1), Location (X2) and Product Innovation (X3) have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). While partially the Price variable (X1) has a negative but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), the Location variable (X2) has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), and the Product Innovation variable (X3) has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The contribution of the influence given by the whole variable is 72.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price, promotion on purchasing decisions at Fa Banang Jaya (study on Ikad Ceramics). The method used in this study is a quantitative method. In the research conducted, the authors use two types of data to help solve the problem, namely primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are consumers who make purchases at the Fa Banang Jaya were 113 consumers for two months since February to March 2022. Due to the total population of 113 consumers, the number will be reduced by usng the slovin sample technique. The number of samples used in this study were 54 respondents.The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F). ), Multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that partially the product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Fa Banang Jaya. Price has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Fa Banang Jaya. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Fa Banang Jaya. The test results showed that simultaneously product quality, price and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Fa Banang Jaya.The coefficient of determnation test shows that the independent variables can explain the purchasing decisions at 51,4 percent

Abstract

Setiap perguruan tinggi tentu berupaya untuk mencapai tujuan dan visi perguruan tinggi, maka untuk mencapai hal ini diperlukan upaya untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dari program studi. Salah satu metode untuk mengevaluasi kinerja ini adalah menggunakan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). DEA menggunakan pendekatan frontier non parametik, yaitu pendekatan yang tidak menetapkan syarat tertentu pada parameter populasi sampel penelitian. DEA adalah teknik berbasis pemrograman linear untuk mengevaluasi efisiensi relatif dari unit pengambilan keputusan, dengan cara membandingkan antara Decision Making Unit (DMU) satu dengan DMU lain yang memanfaatkan sumber daya yang sama untuk menghasilkan output yang sama. Di dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi DMU adalah program studi. Adapun input untuk masing-masing DMU adalah jumlah dosen tetap dan jumlah mahasiswa aktif. Output untuk masing-masing DMU adalah IPK rata-rata dan jumlah penelitian dosen. Adapun melalui analisis dengan DEA ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui program studi yang efisien dan tidak efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DEA dapat melakukan benchmarking dan sekaligus memberikan rekomendasi nilai input yang perlu diturunkan dan nilai output yang perlu ditambah bagi DMU yang tidak efisien.

This study aims to examine the effect of Distribution Channel and Price on Sales Volume Improvement. This study uses explanatory quantitative research on 20 star hotelin Jakarta with 80 respondents processed using the SEM-PLS approach. The results of the study indicate that Distribution Channel directly influences Sales Volume ImprovementStar Hotel in Jakarta and Price directly influence Sales Volume ImprovementStar Hotel in Jakarta.
