Abstract

Achieving the objectives of Early Childhood Education is needed by an institution that deserves good quality and educational services. Then a quality assessment is needed in the feasibility of conducting education in an education unit called accreditation. The aim of the study was to describe PAUD management based on the National Accreditation Agency Standards in Kutai Kartanegara (Standard Levels of Achievement of Development, Content Standards and Process Standards). The methodology of this research uses qualitative research methods based on postpositivism philosophy or interpretive, naturalistic qualitative research methods whose processes are inductive, the data obtained are qualitative data, which will later be interpreted so that the meaning is understood. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten was considered very Complete for Standard-based administration of the National Accreditation Agency, from 3 (three) standards, namely Standards for Achieving Child Development, Content and Process Standards, almost all documents owned. From the results of this study Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten has run its management management based on PAUD and PNF National Accreditation Standards as it should, from the 3 (three) standards it can be proved the administrative completeness of Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten so that it deserves A level of accreditation given by PAUD and PNF National Accreditation Agency in 2016. It is appropriate for the administration of documents from planning, implementation to evaluation to be carried out continuously not only at any time so that all management of the institution can be carried out professionally with the achievement of the level of development of students who are very good.

Abstract

The research background is to find out the implementation of moral learning developed in the curriculum of Taman Kanak-kanak Al Ihsan Bontang on moral development of children and school competitiveness. The research objective is to describe the effort in the implementation of moral learning of the children at Taman Kanak-kanak Al Ihsan Bontang. The research methodology is using qualitative research method based on post positivism or interpretive philosophy, the naturalistic qualitative research methods that are inductive, the data obtained is qualitative data, which later will be interpreted so that the meaning is understood. The data collection techniques are interview, observation, and documentation. The research result shows that the implementation of moral learning at TK Al Ihsan Bontang has been planned to run properly, curriculum that is compiled until the birth of habituation activities is implemented to the students in daily implementation; such as pray for each other, Friday sharing, queued up in various things, care for each other, etc. make the atmosphere of learning and playing there becomes so good, the children seem to know their respective responsibilities and there is no rough treatment of friends his age, under him or to those who are more mature than his age. The teacher easily organizes the students and almost no students are unruly. Thus the desired achievement will not be difficult to be achieved and guided curriculum on Permendikbud no. 137 and no. 146 Year 2014 with 6 (six) aspects of development, will be easily achieved when the aspects of development to be achieved have been established for the activities that support the habituation so that children are unconsciously easily and with self-awareness applying and carrying out praiseworthy qualities.

Abstract

The research is intended to find out (1) the concept of learning innovation, (2) the implementation of learning innovation management functions, (3) the implication of learning innovation management, and (4) obstacles and solutions of the implementation of learning innovation management at effective classes at Integrated Islamic Secondary School (SMPIT) Cordova Samarinda. This research used a qualitative approach with case study and the data was collected through deep interview, observation and documentation. The informans of the research are the head and his vice of the foundation, coordinator of the effective classes, teachers and students. The data was analysed by using descriptive technique. For the research findings, it was  found that (1) the concept of learning innovation for effective classes is built through middle input with an effective learning process and produces an effective output; (2) the implementation of learning innovation management functions of effective classes was carried out through planning design by determining input sellection standard, an effective process standard, an effective output standard, learning innovation organization through enriched curriculum, time allocation, teachers’ roles and duties, learning  sources,  learning innovation  through moving class, a standardized teachers, IT-based management, full day school program, and  three evaluations of learning innovation, namely test and non-test with mastery learning standard, and high competition class assessment; (3) the implication of learning innovation management covers integrated learning management system, better teacher qualification standard, and increase school reputation; and (4) obstacles and solution disrupt the implementation of learning innovation management of effective classes at SMPIT Cordova Samarinda.

Abstract

Kegiatan mencetak adalah salah satu kegiatan karya dua dimensi yang bisa dilakukan oleh anak usia dini dengan menggunakan alat cetak membentuk gambar yang berasal dari bahan tertentu (bahan alam, daur ulang, dll) serta diberi tinta berupa cat air atau pewarna makanan. Kegiatan mencetak pada anak merupakan kesenangan dan penyaluran bakat kreatif pada anak. Kegiatan mencetak menggunakan bahan alam yaitu pelepah pisang sebagai salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan kreativitas mewarnai pada anak, karena melalui kegiatan mencetak anak dapat mengekspresikan imajinasinya dalam membuat suatu gambar, menyusun suatu bentuk gambar, anak mampu mengkombinasikan warna sesuai dengan keinginan anak, anak mampu melakukan gradasi warna pada saat kegiatan mencetak, anak juga tidak mudah bosan karena media yang digunakan jarang dilihat yaitu dengan media pelepah pisang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain eksperimen yaitu pre-test post-test one group design. Populasi sebanyak 20 siswa dan menggunakan sampel jenuh maka sampel yang digunakan adalah 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen uji data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Sedangkan, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis dengan uji-t. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan uji paired t-test diperoleh yaitu tobs 18,982 > ttabel 1,729 dan nilai signitifikansi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka arti dari H1 diterima yaitu adanya pengaruh pada kegiatan mencetak dengan pelepah pisang terhadap kreativitas mewarnai anak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies implemented by Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions, especially the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten (TKIT) Plus Al-Hidayah Tenggarong in implementing student management. This study also aims to determine the obstacles experienced in the implementation of student management. This is a field research conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study will describe the strategies used by TKIT Plus Al-Hidayah Tenggarong in the implementation of student management, and also describe the obstacles experienced in the implementation of student management. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that student management can be a forum to improve the quality of child development. TKIT Plus Al-Hidayah Tenggarong carries out a coaching strategy to improve the ability of students through small preachers (d?‘?) and ?u?? prayers in congregation before carrying out learning and memorizing daily prayers and short suras that are easy to memorize. The obstacle experienced is that student management programs, especially the little dai program, are difficult to implement because the development of each child is different, and the frequent change of teachers also makes it difficult to manage students.

Abstract

Untuk mewujudkan keberhasilan, setiap lembaga pendidikan memerlukan pengelolaan yang baik. Salah satunya adalah dengan membuat pengelolaan acuan pembelajaran (manajemen kurikulum), sehingga proses belajar dan mengajar di dalam lembaga pendidikan dapat berlangsung efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum di PAUD Al-Qur’an Ar-Raudhah. Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang melakukan pengamatan mendalam di PAUD Al-Qur’an Ar-Raudhah Kota Balikpapan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran PAUD diawali dengan perencanaan kurikulum dimulai dari pertemuan yang dihadiri oleh seluruh tenaga pendidik, pembuatan rencana kurikulum program tahunan dan semester serta rancangan kegiatan mingguan dan rancangan kegiatan sehari-hari; pelaksanaan kurikulum telah digunakan dalam kegiatan in-door dan out-door; evaluasi kurikulum dilakukan secara berkala dan telah ditetapkan waktunya, setiap sebulan sekali orang tua peserta didik diajak berdiskusi dan musyawarah mengenai pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan selama satu bulan sebelumnya. Tulisan ini memberikan wawasan baru untuk implementasi manajemen kurikulum pendidikan anak usia dini yang harus mengacu pada kurikulum nasional dengan tambahan materi keagamaan Islam dimana kita dapat turut serta dalam pembentukan karakter bagi peserta didik. To achieve success, every educational institution requires good management. One way is to make management of learning references (curriculum management), so that the learning and teaching process in educational institutions can take place effectively and efficiently. This study aims to describe the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating the implementation of curriculum management in PAUD (Early Childhood Education) Al-Qur’an Ar-Raudhah. This paper is qualitative research that conducts in-depth observations at PAUD Al-Qur'an Ar-Raudhah, Balikpapan City. The results obtained show that PAUD learning activities begin with curriculum planning starting from meetings attended by all teaching staff, making annual and semester program curriculum plans as well as designing weekly activities and designing daily activities; implementation of the curriculum has been used in in-door and out-door activities; curriculum evaluation is carried out periodically and has a set time, once a month the parents of students are invited to discuss and deliberation regarding the learning that has been carried out during the previous month.

Abstract

Pengenalan pendidikan pada anak usia dini merupakan aspek terpenting, karena dapat berfungsi untuk mengembangkan seluruh aspek perkembangan anak. Oleh karena itu, untuk dapat mencapai fungsi tersebut diperlukan manajemen perencanaan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan manajemen perencanaan, pembelajaran dan penilaian AUD berbasis nilai-nilai agama islam. pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi Pustaka, dan analisisnya menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan dari mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama islam dengan manajemen perencanaan, pembelajaran dan penilaian yaitu bertujuan untuk mengenalkan anak didik usia dini supaya mengenal dan mempercayai adanya Tuhan, serta bertujuan supaya anak didik dapat mencoba menghargai dirinya sendiri, orang lain dan lingkungan sekitarnya dan belajar membiasakan diri untuk mengungkapkan rasa syukur kepada Tuhan.
