Abstract

Digital information media allows the disclosure of public information and supports development. Website as a digital information media is an important way to be developed especially in the field of Government. Content Management System (CMS) is an alternative website creation without using programming. To facilitate village operators in creating and managing village information digitally, training of village website management as an information media is an important thing to do. Fafinesu C village at Insana Fafinesu District, North Central Timor Regency is the target in this program. The problems in Fafinesu C village are information system of village has not been managed properly, the absence of villace information system and the village officials still not understand about management information. The program is collaboration with Insana Fafinesu Subdistrict and Fafinesu C village. With this program, village operators can create a village website using a CMS. Website of Fafinesu C villages can publish the information about the village. The operator of village can manage the website independently. In addition, through the village website, village potentials can be published so that the village are able to develop the potential that exist.

Abstract

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is a series of wireless networks consisting of several nodes in a limited area. Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) and Grid-Based Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (G-LEACH) methods are clustering methods used to collet data by clustering nodes in the WSN area. The clustering process for both methods is the same, namely by select node as the Cluster head (CH) whose job is to collet data from other nodes to the sink. The selection of CH is carried out in each round by taking into account the probability formula used and the largest the remaining energy at that node. This study aims to determine the quality comparison of CH selection techniques in clustering-based routing protocol on WSN. The result of the study show that the G-LEACH routing protocol has good quality CH selection techniques and a long network lifetime compared to LEACH but requires a long time to reach the CH selection process

Abstract

The segmentation process is the separation of parts of the object area from the background in an image, so that segmented objects can be processed for other purposes such as pattern recognition. The results of segmentation must be accurate, if it is not accurate in separating objects in the image it will affect the results of further processing. The segmentation process is carried out using the Otsu Thresholding method on sandalwood leaf images by first applying the Median filter to reduce noise. After obtaining the segmented image, then performing performance measurements. The segmentation results from each test are evaluated using the RAE (relative foreground area error) and ME (misclassification error). The segmentation results of 8 sandalwood leaf images from 2 existing conditions show that, sandalwood leaf image segmentation with good leaf conditions obtains the best segmentation results with smaller errors of 5 image data. While the images of sandalwood leaves affected by the disease as many as 3 image data have more diverse areas so that the segmentation results are not good without any morphological process

Abstract

Stegonography is the art of hiding messages in other media. Stegonography is widely used to send secret messages without being known by other people by using digital media in the form of image files so that besides the sender and recipient no one knows or is aware that there is a secret message in it. Several researchers have developed these methods such as Difference Expansion, Reduced Difference Expansion, Quad Difference Expansion and Controlling Expansion. These methods have been able to recover and improve data embedding but during the running process there are several problems that often occur, namely overflow and underflow of pixel values. To overcome the above problems, we modify the Controlling Expansion algorithm by minimizing the condition of the pixel difference value and reducing the final pixel difference value after inserting the data bit and using the Location Map on the new pixel value and during secret data extraction. The experimental results show that the proposed method can increase the data storage capacity and the PSNR of stego images is higher than the previous method.

Abstract

Perkembangan game online yang pesat seolah menjadi candu bagi sebagian besar kalangan mulai dari anak-anak hingga dewasa. Game online dapat diakses secara mudah melalui gadget. Pengaruh kecanduan terhadap game online menjadi masalah yang penting untuk diperhatikan khususnya jika terjadi pada anak-anak usia sekolah. Peran orangtua menjadi penting dalam menangani kecanduan game online. Pemahaman orang tua mengenai permainan game online dapat menjadi salah satu landasan utama dalam pengawasan anak agar dapat mengurangi efek negatif dari masalah yang tidak diharapkan. Akses game online yang berlebihan oleh anak tanpa adanya pendampingan orang tua, dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif seperti dampak sosial, dampak psikis, dan dampak fisik. Adapun peran orang tua dalam meminimalisir kecanduan game online pada anak, yaitu (a)mengawasi anak dengan memberikan batasan waktu bermain, (b)menghindari game dengan tingkat adiksi yang tinggi serta (c)memilihkan game yang dapat dimainkan bersama keluarga. Orang tua yang anaknya sudah terlanjur kecanduan bermain game online agar kiranya menerapkan hal-hal yang positif kepada anak-anaknya dalam beraktivitas setiap harinya. Sosialisasi ini telah dilakukan di RT 007 RW 036, Kelurahan Kefa Selatan, Kecamatan Kota Kefamenanu, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem deteksi tingkat kematangan buah pinang dengan memanfaatkan pengolahan citra digital yang melibatkan fitur-fitur tekstur dan warna. Tahapan awal dalam penelitian adalah melakukan Pre-processing data citra agar dapat disiapkan untuk proses selanjutnya, yaitu ekstraksi fitur. Proses ekstraksi fitur tekstur dilakukan dengan menggunakan Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) untuk mengambil nilai Correlation, sementara ekstraksi fitur warna dilakukan dengan metode Color Moments dengan fokus pada nilai Mean. Klasifikasi dengan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dilakukan berdasarkan fitur yang telah diekstraksi sebelumnya, adapun parameter yang diujicobakan adalah jenis kernel yaitu Linear, Gaussian, Polynomial pada algoritma SVM. Dari hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan semua matrik performa dari kernel Polynomial mengungguli kernel yang lain dengan hasil Accuracy yang diperoleh sebesar 90,90%, Precision 90,90%, Recall 92,30% dan F1-Score mecapai 91,60% pada proses deteksi tingkat kematangan buah pinang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi sebaran curah hujan tahunan dan kondisi hidrogeologi Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Kajian tentang parameter penentu kekeringan seperti curah hujan dan kondisi hidrogeologi diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan sebagai kerangka acuan dalam mitigasi kekeringan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu tahap pengumpulan data sekunder berupa data curah hujan dan data hidrogeologi, tahapan pengolahan data dan deskripsi pata hasil. Pembuatan peta curah hujan tahunan menggunakan data CHIRPS berupa data hujan bulanan selama periode 2018-2023. Data tersebut diolah dengan Arcgis melalui local cell staticstics tools untuk mendapatkan data raster rata-rata hujan tahunan. Selanjutnya data raster diubah menjadi data point, interpolasi point dan kemudian reklasifikasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata curah hujan tahunan di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara adalah 1155-1893 mm/tahun. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara didominasi oleh curah hujan rendah. Kajian tentang kondisi hidrogeologi menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara memiliki litologi akuifer berupa batuan gamping, endapan lepas, batuan malihan dan beku, batuan padu dan batuan volkanik, dan produktivitas akuifer didominasi oleh akuifer (bercelah atau sarang) produktif kecil dengan air tanah langka. Kedua peta dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kekeringan.
