Abstract

North Sumatra UIN canteen is a business located in a UIN North Sumatra campus area, this canteen is a gathering place for students during breaks. This study aims to determine how much influence the location has on purchasing decisions that will be made by consumers. This study uses data collection methods from questionnaires and interviews with UIN North Sumatra students who have eaten and stopped at the canteen. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the locations are very influential on purchasing decisions that will be made by consumers

Abstract

This research aims to find out the challenges of food business by using e-business in the city of Medan and some UINSU students who sell food or small snacks. This study uses qualitatively derifrift by collecting observational data, documentation, and interviews. The results showed: 1) can still sell online at this time (covid 19). 2) The common challenge felt or experienced is, consumers who want to be fast and instant, feel afraid of failing in trying new things such as selling online in times of pandemic like this, must be extra in attracting customers who are not as usual. 3) There is a way to deal with these challenges by promoting merchandise through social media even though it has to increase the cost to do the promotion

Abstract

TikTok is an application that gives each user the freedom to create short videos that can be added with music filters, music and other interesting features. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence or impact the TikTok application has on the lifestyle of teenagers, especially students at the Islamic state university of north sumatera. As for method using data collection methods such as distributing questionnaires, interviews, documentation and so on depending on which research object is being studied. From the results of the study we found that there was a very large and significant influence caused by this TikTok application. These results can be seen from the test results of the instrument which states that TikTok social media is very influential on the achievement and personality of teenagers.

Abstract

Pelaku UMKM adalah para pelaku usaha yang sangat berperan penting dalam perekonomian suatu daerah, jika pelaku UMKM dapat menggunakan media teknologi yang sedang berkembang dalam usahanya maka semakin besar peluangnya untuk memajukan usahanya. Teknologi berkembang sangat pesat dan terus mengalami perubahan dari tahun ke tahun. Oleh karenanya akan terus muncul tren digital marketing terbaru yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan situasi di tahun tersebut. Sudah banyak media yang dapat menjadi alternatif bagi banyak masyarakat Indonesia untuk memasarkan produk, salah satunya ialah Tokopedia Seller Apps. Namun tidak semua para pelaku UMKM paham tentang hal tersebut, oleh sebab itu penulis tertarik melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai digitalisasi dalam berbisnis. Dengan terlaksananya kegiatan ini, penulis dapat menyimpulkan hasil kegitan yang diperoleh yaitu: pihak UMKM yang sebelumnya masih belum menggunakan Tokopedia Seller Apps, namun sekarang sudah menggunakannya, pihak UMKM memperoleh perubahan yang signifikan dari penerapan Transformasi Digital melalui Tokopedia Seller Apps, yang mana perubahan tersebut menimbulkan respon positif bagi mereka.
