Abstract

One Islamic boarding school in Surakarta concerned with the elderly is the Izzah Zam-zam Islamic Boarding School in Surakarta. Elderly people handled by this Islamic boarding school are santri (elderly) muqim and santri (elderly) ghoiru muqim. The problems of the elderly are very complete, both from declining health factors, psychological factors, and weak religious understanding, these are internal factors, not to mention external factors also approaching, from the places and facilities of Islamic boarding schools that are not adequate. This spiritual tarbiyah mentoring for elderly students uses the PAR (Participatory action research) method, it can be identified and found problems, including contributing factors, causes, leading problems, and core problems. Problem). The results of this assistance show that there is positive progress in carrying out the way of worshiping elderly students, also positive progress in reading & memorizing the Qur'an is increasing and there are always options and solutions to the psychological problems they face.

Abstract

Masa darurat Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) berdampak di bidang pendidikan dan sosial. LKSA Yayasan Amal Bakti Sudjono & Taruno adalah sebuah lembaga sosial yang berupaya memberikan bantuan dan pendidikan bagi anak yatim, dhuafa atau anak-anak yang kurang mampu. Kegiatan yang bertajuk “Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter Masa Pandemi di LKSA Amal Bakti Sudjono & Taruno ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan (1) Merumuskan program Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di LKSA, melalui program pendampingan, (2) Membina dan mengembangkan karakter anak LKSA yang taqwa, cerdas dan mandiri. Sasaran pelayanan adalah 28 anak yang tinggal di LKSA Sudjono & Taruno. Metode yang digunakan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan pencapaian indikator pelaksanaan ibadah dan tata krama (76%), kebiasaan, kedisiplinan, dan hasil belajar (82%).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Adi Hidayat's al-Qur'ān interpretation on an official YouTube channel. It ensures that the public is not exposed to inferior information as the use of new media to interpret the al-Qur'ān in the digital age increases and regulation becomes more complex. Therefore, new problems in the al-Qur'ān interpretation are inevitable. Becoming a mufassīr necessitates expertise, and the al-Qur'ān interpretation should adhere to the same rules. A qualitative and virtual ethnographic approach was used to analyze the data. Primary data was obtained from Adi Hidayat's video interpretation of sūrah an-Nūr, sūrah Yusūf, and tafsīr on the Jewish genealogy history, as well as studies on Islamic questions and answers. Similarly, books and journals were used as secondary data and analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that Adi Hidayat's interpretation style was lugāwī and tended to use the mauḍū'i than the tahlīlī method with the bil ma'sūr and bil ra'yi approaches. Additionally, the tafsīr book was not the only source of interpretation and tends to rely on personal ijtihād through language analysis, as well as reviewing the wisdom of a verse rather than explaining the global meaning. This study contributes to the discovery of the al-Qur'ān interpretation aspects by Adi Hidayat. It shows the importance of social media as an essential tool for mufassīr because of its easy accessibility for the public.

Abstract

The concept of Islamic Universal is a concept that makes Islam a multi-dimensional religion, so that it negates discrimination of religion, The research methodology in this paper uses short qualitative powerwith typelibrary  research. The data source is text-scientific textanalyzed usingcontent analisys. research results explain that All understanding of Islamic teachings values can only be achieved if the Islamic teachings concepts and characteristics are developed through a humanistic understanding that refers to its universal nature. That is why, the characteristics of Islamic teachings can be analyzed using various approaches, both normatively, psychologically, historically, philosophically, sociologically, politically, economically and various other disciplines, it also includes some fields, as like religion, humanity which discusses about education, science, culture, social, economics, politics, life, social, health, work, issues, and Islam as a scientific discipline. Muslims must be able to accommodate important things of human value in several fields of knowledge based on the Islamic teachings universalism.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the methodology for understanding hadīth according to Yūsuf Qaraḍāwī. This study uses library research methods to analyze data. The primary data are Qaraḍāwī's work, while the secondary data are books and journal articles relevant to the topic of this study. The results of this study indicate that Qaraḍāwī offers eight steps to understanding hadīth, namely defining hadīth based on the Qur'ān, collecting hadīth thematically, compromising contradictory hadīths, identifying asbāb al-wurūd of the hadīth, distinguishing changing and unchanging means, differentiating between the literal and figurative language (majāz), recognizing the unseen and the real, and confirming the meaning of the words in the hadīth. Some points that must be avoided in interacting with ṣunnāh are the interpretation of the ignorant, the deviation of the extremes, and the manipulation of the heretics. Furthermore, the basic principles in interacting with ṣunnāh are examining the validity of hadīth based on the scientific principles established by hadīth experts, understanding the editorial hadīth properly according to the language instructions and the context of the hadīth, and ensuring that the matān of the hadīth does not conflict with the nāsh of the Qur'an or other hadīth with a more powerful position

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in Arabic subjects at SMPIT Al-Falaah Simo. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The source of information for this research is the head of SMPIT Al-Falaah Simo, Arabic teachers, and students. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The findings in this study include that: 1. The application of CTL in Arabic subjects at SMPIT Al-Falaah Simo goes through three stages; the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. In this application, it has contained seven components of CTL such as constructivism, questioning, inquiry, learning community, modeling, reflection, and authentic assessmen. 2. There are several obstacles in the application of CTL in Arabic subjects at SMPIT Al-Falaah Simo; Teachers have not mastered and understood contextual learning methods comprehensively, limited learning resources, limited time in the context of mentoring students, the situation of teaching and learning activities that teachers create is not always the same from day to day, and limited facilities such as the absence of a language laboratory.

Abstract

This research is motivated by observational data indicating that the Arabic writing skills of ninth-grade students at Ma'had Tahfidz Izzah Zamzam Surakarta for the 2023/2024 academic year are still lacking. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the Insya’ Muwajjah method, the driving and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Insya’ Muwajjah method, and to assess the effectiveness of the Insya’ Muwajjah method in improving writing skills in Arabic language learning. The research was conducted on ninth-grade students at Ma'had Tahfidz Izzah Zamzam Surakarta for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the techniques stated by Miles and Huberman, which include data collection, data reduction, data display, and decision-making or verification. The validity of the research data was checked using triangulation techniques. The research results show that the implementation of the Insya’ Muwajjah method to enhance writing skills in the Arabic language for ninth-grade students at Ma'had Tahfidz Izzah Zamzam Surakarta for the 2023/2024 academic year is considered good because 80% of the students scored above the minimum passing grade, and 20% of the students scored at the minimum passing grade, which is 60.

Abstract

Tiga proyek besar Hasan Hanafi untuk melakukan reaktualisasi pemikiran Islam adalah sikap kita terhadap tradisi barat, sikap kita terhadap tradisi masa lalu, sikap kita terhadap masa depan. Persoalan Reaktualisasi Pemikiran Islam Hasan Hanafi yang diasumsikan sebagai langkah untuk memahami dunia barat sebagai upaya menutupi kekurangan dunia timur dengan cara mengkritik dunia timur dan ummat Islam, ini merupakan langkah kongkrit perjuangan Hasan Hanafi. Melalui penelitian pustaka (Library Reseach) dan mengambil bentuk metode penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif-analitis yang digunakan oleh penulis untuk membaca pemikiran-pemikiran Hasan Hanafi, tentunya melalui karya-karyanya baik artikel, jurnal maupun majalah yang tersebar di berbagai penjuru dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Reaktualisasi pemikiran Islam yang pada akhirnya mampu mengantarkan manusia untuk bisa melihat dunia dengan lebih terbuka dan leluasa dan tentunya dengan sikap kearifan yang diikuti dengan karakter berpikir yang mendewasakan mencerahkan demi terwujudnya khazanah keilmuan Islam dan terciptanya tradisi dan peradaban yang menjunjung tinggi adanya nilai-nilai keislaman dan harkat serta martabat ummat manusia. Pada akhirnya, Hasan Hanafi menjadikan gagasan reaktualisasi pemikiran Islam sebagai cermin untuk kebangkitan dunia timur dengan berkaca pada dunia barat. Dunia timur harus terbuka, sehingga belajar dan berguru pada dunia barat adalah sebuah keharusan untuk mengangkat harkat dan martabat dunia timur.

Abstract

Manusia tercipta pada hakikatnya memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi, manusia selalu ingin tahu yang tampak kongret dan nyata, segala yang nampak dan diketahui akan menjadi sebuah pengetahuan. Klasifikasi atau penggolongan ilmu pengetahuan mengalami perkembangan atau perubahan sesuai dengan semangat zaman. Tujuan penulisan makalah ini untuk mengungkap perspektif Ibnu Sina tentang klasifikasi ilmu dan pandangan- pandangannya. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kajian Pustaka. Hasil yang ditemukan hampir sama dengan Aristoteles membagi ilmu secara teoritis dan praktis. Akan tetapi, Ibnu Sina banyak menambahkan ilmu-ilmu lain ke dalam kelompok. Kesimpulannya bahwa klasifikasi ilmu menurut Ibnu Sina ada empat, yakni: Ilmu Thabi’I, Ilmu Matematika, Ilmu Ketuhanan, Dan Ilmu Semantik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang definisi peran gender dalam keilmuan falak. Pendekatan ilmu Falak dari sudut feminis ternyata hanyalah sebagai upaya dan usaha kaum feminis untuk mengkaji Islam dari segi gender, yang bermula dari bentuk ketidakpuasan kaum feminis dalam kajian Islam terhadap perempuan, hal ini terjadi karena adanya salah pengertian terhadap definisi keadilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian menempuh beberapa langkah klasifikasi dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa kesempatan akses dan partisipasi secara proporsional diberikan kepada perempuan dalam bidang ilmu falak dengan tetap menjaga kodrat alamiahnya sebagai perempuan, maka kesadaran bersama itu dimungkinkan untuk mengurangi tindakan diskriminatif terhadap perempuan yang sesungguhnya. berdasarkan pendapat dan argumentasi yang telah disebutkan maka para kaum hawa kesaksiannya (syahadahnya) bisa diterima dengan syarat dan ketentuan
