Abstract

The main problem in this research is how to review Islamic law on the urgency of the pre-marital course on household harmony at KUA, Mandai District, Maros Regency. From the main problem, two sub-problems were formulated, namely: 1. What is the Urgency of the Pre-Marriage Course on Household Harmony in KUA, Mandai District, Maros Regency?. 2. What is the Urgency of the Pre-Marriage Course on Household Harmony at the KUA, Mandai Sub-district, Maros Regency in terms of Islamic Law? Descriptive Qualitative Research is the type of research used in this thesis, namely field research. The results of this study indicate that the Pre-Marriage Course is very important for every bride and groom to follow as an effort to create a harmonious family by providing knowledge, understanding, skills and raising awareness to adolescents of marriageable age. Second, pre-marital courses have urgency because they contain positive values ​​(maṣlahaḥ) and pre-marital courses strengthen and support the realization of hifẓ an-nasl. The Pre-Marriage Course is carried out so that the prospective bride and groom can get provisions to build a household and can realize household harmony and avoid divorce. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that every prospective bride and groom will take the Pre-Marriage Course seriously so that the bride and groom can get provisions before starting a family. It is hoped that KUA will continue to provide course materials that support harmony in the household of every bride and groom, as well as provide advice on divorce which may occur if husband and wife cannot control the conflict in their household. Abstract

Abstract In the lunar calendar there are three white days, namely on days where the moon looks bright at night on the 13th, 14th and 15th (full moon), however, to distinguish the 14th and 15th by means of a rukyat in a month is very difficult because in the month full moon reflected moonlight is just as bright so contemporary reckoning is needed. The type of research used is library research with an astronomical and syar'i research approach. equipped with primary data and secondary data. Processing and analysis of data through the process of editing data, transforming data and presenting data. The research results obtained by calculating the full moon with the Jean Meeus algorithm for the month of Ramadan 1444 H, first converting the UT time to JD which is then converted to JDE. Find T to find M, M', F, and Ω. The difference in the calculation results from the Meeus and ephemeris algorithms is very large, around 19h 11m 19d. Meeus uses the long formula while ephemeris uses the RI Ministry of Religion's moon-solar data. Keywords: Algorithm, Ephemeris, Lunar Calendar

Abstract

The determination of the beginning of the Hijri month has the term matlak, but what is the background for the emergence of the term matlak and the difference in the unification of matlak for determining the beginning of the Hijri month in astronomy. The type of research used is library research with an astronomical and syar'i research approach, supplemented by primary data and secondary data. Processing and analysis of data through the process of editing data, transforming data and presenting data. The results of this study found that the context of the emergence of the term matlak to determine the beginning of the Hijri month is found in the hadith of Muslim narrations about the incident between Kuraib and Ibnu. Astronomically, differences are caused by differences in latitude and longitude of an area, matlak unification is contained in the principle of matlak unity. The implication of this research is that the matlak phenomenon is widely studied because it is very influential in determining when the Hijri month begins or ends.
