Abstract

This activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding of financial literacy through saving, to foster an interest in saving from an early age so that children get used to saving, as well as to provide examples of how to make piggy bank creations from bamboo. This activity was carried out in the tongkonan using the method of delivering socialization material then carrying out questions and answers, quizzes, and creatively making piggy banks from bamboo. From observations made in the field it was found that there was a lack of attention from parents in guiding children to learn to save from an early age. The results of this activity show change that have occurred in children such as children becoming interested in saving and some of them have started saving

Abstract

Pangala' is one of the Villages in North Toraja South Sulawesi, Pangala' Village, Rindingallo District has 4 Neighborhoods namely, Tanga Tondok Neighborhood, Batan Pa'pararukan, Tondon Pasar, and Tandungallang Neighborhood. In the Pangala sub-district, livelihoods are the main focus of the community so that education for children is no longer given full attention. In addition, the increasingly developing science of technology is also one of the causes of society no longer prioritizing education for children. Therefore, this time the community service is holding a teaching and learning process program in Tongkonan with the method of implementation, namely by outreach to the community and students to invite each other to take part in the learning process with the concept of learning while playing which will be carried out in approximately 2 months. carry out 3 times a week in the Tondok Stairs environment. This work program had a very good impact on students and even parents in Pangala Village where the teaching and learning process ran smoothly and was enthusiastically welcomed by students in following the teaching and learning process with the concept of learning while playing by utilizing Tongkonan as one of the learning supports

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Customer Experience dan Ease Of Use secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pembelian ulang mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja. Prosedur pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu: kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil perhitungan dengan uji F diperoleh hasil fhitung 21,528 dengan ftabel 3,13. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan uji T pada variabel Customer Experience hasil thitung (1,795) < ttabel (1,995) dan pada variabel Ease Of Use hasil thitung (3,060) > ttabel (1,995). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel Customer Experience secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap pembelian ulang mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja dan variabel Ease Of Use secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pembelian ulang mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja. Serta variabel Customer Experience dan Ease Of Use secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pembelian ulang mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja.
