Abstract

Aqidah, sharia and morals are the fundamental aspects in Islamic teachings that need to be totally instilled in oneself. However, the cultivation of those main values, in fact, has not been maximized. This problem also becomes a concern of SMKIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong Bengkulu in which the cultivation of aqidah, sharia and morals faces the challenges and obstacles. At the same time, such problems indicate that the totality of students in applying Islamic values has not been thoroughly embedded. This facts then require the school to implement Total Quality Management in its religious education activities. Therefore, this article aims to describe the implementation of Total Quality Management as an effort to form the quality and religious totality of students. This type of research is qualitative-descriptive.  Data were collected by conducting interviews and observations. The data were then analyzed by reducing, displaying and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested by using triangulation technique. The result of this study shows that the efforts to form religious totality are carried out through routine religious activities at school, giving reprimands, directions, punishments, exemplary, environmental conditioning, school culture and the application of noble values through learning and training. Through these activities, the school applies the principles of Total Quality Management which include evaluation and improvement, optimizing the role of the school headmaster, cooperation, prioritizing customer satisfaction, conducting planned training, and improving quality of learning.

Abstract

Implementation of Total Quality Management at SMKIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong is carried out as an effort to ensure quality that is carried out continuously. One of them is in the religious or religious aspects of students. discussion of the results of this study focused on the SWOT analysis of the implementation of TQM in improving the religious quality of students at SMKIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong. The research activity was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected by interview, observation and documentation, data were analyzed by data reduction techniques, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that there are things that are strengths, including leadership, school management, the environment and strong cooperation. The weaknessesincludethe teacher's ability in religious aspects and the teacher's firmness in giving warnings, directions, or punishments. Things that become opportunities include a well-known school name, the trust of the school's external customers, and cooperation from parents. Threats include the transfer of principals, the impact of technological developments and student interest in learning religion. Keywords: Analysis SWOT, Total Quality Management

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui budaya religius dan bagaimana implikasinya terhadap kebiasaan beribadah siswa MAN Rejang Lebong. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan case study. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi pelaksanaan shalat Dhuha, shalat zuhur, shalat Jum’at, zikir, doa, keputrian, berpakaian syar’i dan sopan, 5S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa, Sopan, Santun), dan membaca Al-Qur’an. Adapun implikasi penerapan budaya religius yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang akan membentuk kebiasaan siswa baik dari segi shalat, seperti shalat Dhuha secara rutin, menjadikan siswa lebih sopan dalam berbicara, berpakaian syar’i dengan penerapan budaya religius diharapkan dapat membentuk siswa yang agamis, berakhlak mulia. Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa terdapat beberapa budaya religius terhadap kebiasaan beribadah siswa diantaranya implikasi shalat Dhuha terhadap kebiasaan beribadah siswa pagi hari, implikasi Shalat Zuhur terhadap kebiasaan beribadah siswa, implikasi 5S serta implikasi zikir terhadap kebiasaan beribadah siswa dengan merupakan budaya zikir religius. Kata Kunci: Budaya Religius, Implikasi, Kebiasaan Beribadah Siswa
