Abstract

BPJS Health is a legal entity that was established in order to organize a health insurance program. The problem with the BPJS program to ensure public health is that people complain that the health services they receive at both the hospital and the puskesmas are not in accordance with program procedures, such as being treated with potluck and queues. Because there are still problems felt by the community, the health services provided are ineffective. As a result, the purpose of this research is to determine and describe the efficacy of the BPJS Health program in health services at the Kartini Health Center in Pematangsiantar City. The research method used in this study is a literature review. Data collection techniques include observing and documenting documents related to the BPJS health program's implementation. According to the study's findings, there are factors impeding the effectiveness of the BPJS Health Program in Health Services that have not been effective because there are still complaints from the community and the community is also not fully aware of the existence of the BPJS Health program to help the community, particularly the underprivileged. The interactions between the three components of program implementation (programs, beneficiaries, and organization) have not gone well, and the output has not met expectations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of price and Instagram social media on consumer interest in purchasing Oppo mobile phones at Plaza Millennium. The impact between price and Instagram social media is partially and simultaneously analyzed with respect to purchase intent. The research method used is quantitative research. The data collection technique used questionnaires distributed directly to his Oppo shop in the Plaza Millennium using a targeted sampling technique. The sample for this survey was her Oppo mobile customer at the Millennium Plaza. The analytical methods used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical acceptance testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted show that price variables have a significant impact on consumer purchasing intentions. This is shown by the results of a partially run test (t-test) on the SPSS program, where tcount (3.165) is greater than ttable (1.661). The value of tcount (3,709) is higher than ttable (1,661) because the Instagram social media variables have a greater impact on consumer purchase interest, and the price variable and Instagram social media have a greater impact on consumer purchase interest. fcount affects price. Instagram social media outperforms ftable (55,561 > 3.09).

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the important steps in handling HIV Epidemic Cases. Three (3) stages must be carried out in controlling HIV, including (1) Improving health services, (2) Health education, and (3) Affordable financing. The location of this research was carried out in North Sumatra Province, especially in Medan City. The time this research was conducted was from August to December 2019. The samples in this study were taken as the selected information providers, namely leaders of community health centers, hospitals, health services, clinics, and heads of AIDS treatment and control. Based on the results of this research, it shows that if these three things are fulfilled, the cases of the HIV epidemic will decrease. Success or failure depends on satisfaction with the services provided, optimization, and support from professional health workers in their field. What is no less important is affordable financing from the government or private sector so that efforts to handle and control the HIV epidemic can be more effective, efficient, and targeted.
