Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of implementing PAI learning innovations carried out by PAI teachers so that these innovations make it easier for teachers to convey learning and make it easier for students to accept learning, the problems raised in this study are 1. How do teachers implement method innovations and PAI learning strategies in class IX at SMPN 1 Ngoro. 2. How is the innovation of developing PAI learning evaluation for class IX students at SMPN 1 Ngoro. This study aims to 1. Identify the implementation of innovative PAI learning methods and strategies in class IX at SMPN 1 Ngoro. 2. Identify innovations in the development of PAI learning evaluations for class IX students at SMPN 1 Ngoro. The results of this study are expected to be one of the reference results to make it easier to understand the importance of making PAI learning innovations and be used as reference material for relevant future studies. This research is afield research with a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is a series of activities or processes of disclosing something that is not yet known by using interviews, observation, documentation method, data analysis, and data validity. Research results in 1. Learning innovation is a continuous change in both methods and learning strategies, as well as taking a special approach to students so that the teaching and learning process and learning objectives can be carried out properly. 2. Innovations in the development of PAI learning evaluations carried out are looking for obstacles and solutions if there are problems so that they do not recur, besides that evaluation must also be carried out from the lesson plan to follow-up. Research conclusions, among others. 1. Implementation of PAI Learning Innovation in Class IX At SMPN 1 Ngoro seen from the different characteristics of students. 2. Learning evaluation must be carried out from the lesson plan to follow-up and carried out in the fairest way possible

Abstract

This study purpose was seen what there were effect of using context-based learning videos on global warming material on the problem solving students abilities of class XI at MAN 2 Pesisir Selatan. This research is a quasi-experimental research, posttest-only control design. The study population was all class XI IPA MAN 2 Pesisir Selatan who are registered in 2021/2022 school year. Sampling was conducted using cluster random sampling technique, selected class XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 3 as sampling. The data of this research is score of students' ability of problem solving. The research instrument was a written test in consist of 7 essay questions. Data analysis was carried out using the Normality Test, Homogeneity Test and U-test. The normality test, it was found that the experimental class was normally distributed while the control class was not normally distributed. The homogeneity test of the two sample classes shows that the two sample classes do not have a homogeneous variance.  The results showed that the average problem-solving ability of the group for experimental was greater than the group for control. Using the U test (Man Withney) with a level of significance was 5%, the score of ZcountZtable is obtained. The results of the various problem solving abilities of each student could be identified. The average score of problem solving abilities in the experimental class was 90.48 while for the experimental class it was 76.06. This shows that the students' problem-solving abilities for the experimental class are higher than those for the control class. It can be concluded that there is an effect of using context-based learning videos on global warming material on the abilitiy of problem-solving in class XI students of MAN 2 Pesisir Selatan.

Abstract

Prostitution through social media is now under the scrutiny of society, the law apparatus is widespread and serious. The impacts that occur on social media prostitution are not only related to one or two aspects, but are related to social problems in society between one another. This research discusses issues regarding judicial analysis in the application of law to perpetrators of criminal acts through social media in case 177/Pid.B/2020/PN.Cbn whether the application and enforcement of the law are appropriate. The normative writing method uses research methods on secondary data. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of law in imposing criminal sanctions on perpetrators of prostitution through social media is inappropriate because judges do not apply the principle of lex specialist derogate lex generalis.
