Abstract

The Village Apparatus is one of the important parts in the framework of running the Village government as referred to in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6 of 2004. The appointment of Village apparatus is carried out by the Village Head as stated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2014. The problem is that the selection of village apparatus is still done manually or has not been systemized and has the opportunity to cause errors in the selection of village apparatus. For this reason, it is necessary to have a system that can make it easier for village heads to find references for systematically selecting village officials. Decision Support System (DSS) is an interactive computer-based system, which helps decision makers utilize data and models to solve unstructured and semi-structured problems (Turban, Liang and Aronson, 2005). On this basis, researchers are interested in conducting research with the title "Decision Support System for Village Apparatus Selection in Pinang Raya District, North Bengkulu Regency" with the calculation method that will be used is Simple Additive Weight (SAW). It is hoped that this system can help facilitate the Village Head in determining the best candidate for his Village Apparatus.

Abstract

The title of this research is a specialization decision support system at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The main problem is how to make an information system in decision making at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This decision support system uses the SAW method. The SAW method was chosen because it determines the weight for each art or criterion, then proceeds with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of existing alternatives. Based on the SAW discussion carried out with data on the value of a student named Andi Prasetio NPM 19552051, the ranking results for Robotics specialization with a value of 56.1 Multimedia specialization with a value of 45.2 Network Specialization with a value of 45.2 and the largest value is Programming specialization with a value of 56 ,6. thus the chosen alternative is Programming specialization. It is hoped that the existence of this specialization decision support system can help provide recommendations for students of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu in determining the specialization to be taken.

Abstract

A product provider must make the right decisions in predicting the amount of new stock that will be distributed to stalls. Sales of lifebuoy soap in Neighbourhood OF 5 and 6 experienced a difference in the number of sales each month. This of course will make it difficult for the supplier of goods to know the exact number of products that must be stocked. To be able to overcome this and increase the realization of sales from each stall, it is necessary to have a fast and appropriate prediction process that can overcome problems in determining the amount of distribution of new stock. The method used is the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method and is written in the PHP programming language. Where this method is chosen because it is a method of counting with variable words, instead of counting with numbers, human expert systems can be implemented into machine language easily and efficiently. Identification of user needs is needed in the design to determine what features can be used in the system and use story boards to get an overview of the system. System testing using black box by testing all buttons on the application. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that this system helps simplify and shorten the time in determining the amount of fulfillment of new stock requests

Abstract

Law number 15 of 2011 concerning General Election Organizers states that the election organizer is an institution that organizes elections consisting of the General Election Commission and the Election Supervisory Body as one unit. Elections that are stored in Regency/City are called Regency/City KPUs as described in Law No. 15 of 2011. In sending the KPU, the KPU is assisted by the Election Committee (PPK), Voting Committee (PPS), and Voting Organizers (KPPS). ) as described in Article 3 of the General Election Commission Regulation Number 3 of 2018. These PPK, PPS, and KPPS were established directly by the Regency/City KPU as stated in Article 10 paragraphs 1 to 3 of Law No. 15 of 2011. Currently the formation and the selection process for some of these institutions is still manual. Currently there is an instrument that will assist in supporting decisions based on mathematical calculations called the Decision Support System (DSS). DSS is a system that functions to provide information, predict, and direct options to information users in order to make decisions.

Abstract

Academic activities are daily operational activities that occur in an educational institution, especially in universities. Academic activities must be carried out by students and lecturers. Within the scope of academic activities at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, the media used to convey information on the current academic schedule no longer uses bulletin boards but uses social media, namely whatsapp. Although academic activities are routine, it is still common for students and lecturers to forget the schedule of academic activities. To overcome this, the Faculty of Engineering requires a personal digital assistant application (virtual assistant) as an accurate, efficient and portable reminder. The virtual assistant application that is built consists of two platforms. First, the mobile platform used by lecturers and students to view some academic agenda information and receive real-time information/announcements and notifications/alarms related to academic activities. Second, the web platform used by the Administration to broadcast announcements or invitations to mobile application users. Based on the test results, the virtual assistant application can run on two platforms.

Abstract

Proses seleksi dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa LazisMu di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu selama ini masih berpedoman pada kriteria penilaian serta persyaratan-persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan observasi langsung di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu sistem penilaian dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa masih dilakukan secara konvensional atau manual. Maka dari itu, dengan tujuan membantu pihak LazisMu di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa khususnya bagi mahasiswa yang berprestasi dan kurang mampu. sehingga dalam penyelesaiannya diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk multikriteria. Metode yang diterapkan pada sistem pendukung keputusan adalah AHP (analytical Hierarchy Process). Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan metode yang banyak digunakan dalam kasus pembobotan kriteria dan penentuan prioritas setiap kriteria berdasarkan matriks perbandingan berpasangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu membantu memberikan rekomendasi pihak lazimu dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa.

Abstract

This research presents the study of application design of Bisindo dictionary with Android-based by using Boyer Moore algorithm. In this reseach, researcher developed it by using Boyer Moore algorithm. This reseach uses the UCD method, which conducts interview toward users of reseach sites, as well as tests on applications or sign language dictionaries, it is BISINDO. From the result of reseach that has been carried out, the Bisindo dictionary (sign language dictionary) can help the learning system for students, teachers, and general people. As the needs feasibility of Indonesia sign language dictionary obtained average scored with excellent information.

Abstract

The level of student satisfaction with the services of the Administrative Services section of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu is not yet known. To determine the level of student satisfaction in receiving these services, it is necessary to create a system that can measure the level of student satisfaction with the services provided. In conducting this research, the development method of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a gradual approach to analyze and build a system design using a specific cycle for user activities and the approach method used in measuring the level of satisfaction using a licker scale. This system is built with the XAMPP tool that can test applications without requiring an internet connection, PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the system made can help and make it easier to find out the level of student satisfaction with the services provided and the faculty in particular can quickly improve and improve the performance of services that get bad ratings. From the overall assessment, the value of service satisfaction level is 89.26 with a very good predicate. It is hoped that this application is always up to date so that it follows the development of Android-based technology.

Abstract

Dana Desa as described in Article 1 paragraph 8 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 190/PMK.7/2021 is a fund sourced from the state revenue and expenditure budget intended for Villages which is transferred through the district/city regional revenue and expenditure budget and is used to finance government administration, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment. Village BLT itself is budgeted for at least 40% of the ceiling value of the Village Fund received by each Village as regulated in Presidential Regulation No. 104 of 2021. For BLT Village recipients, it is regulated in Article 33 paragraph (1) of the Minister of Finance Number 190/PMK.07/ 2021. However, there are not a few mistakes and injustices in receiving BLT Desa. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can provide a reference in making decisions based on mathematical calculations of the values ​​of the determining criteria. Therefore, it is necessary to create a "Decision Support System in the Distribution of Direct Cash Assistance (BLTDD) in Bunga Mas Village, Seluma Regency Using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) Algorithm" through the calculation of the criteria values ​​that have been regulated in the Minister of Finance Regulation no. 190/PMK.7/2021 and this system will contain Techniques from the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) algorithm for the calculation method..
