Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of skills and motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Industry Center Keripik Tempe Sanan Malang. This type of research used is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. This data collection technique used questionnaires with sampling technique used saturation sampling with 100 respondents. This data analysis technique used SEM-PLS. Based on the result of the analysis, employee performance, skills, and motivation are in the high category, while job satisfaction is in the satisfied category. Skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Skills have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Skills have an effect positive and significant on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on the performance of outsourced employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency partially and simultaneously. The research conducted is research using quantitative methods. The research population was 75 employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency. Sample determination using the saturated sample method so that the entire population was used as a research sample of 75 respondents. The data collection technique used by researchers is questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study proved that workload has a significant effect on outsourced employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on outsourced employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously (together) proved that workload and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of outsourced employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors considered by students in choosing a career after graduating from college. The research population is students of the 4 largest universities in Malang, they are Brawijaya University, State University of Malang, University of Muhammadiyah Malang and State Islamic University of Malang. The sample of the study was 200 respondents with details of each university 50 respondents, respondents who filled out the complete questionnaire were 134. The analysis tool was factor analysis with 24 variables originating from the voice of respondents. From the data analysis process, 16 variables were worthy of analysis and grouped into 6 factors. The results showed that there were 6 factors for student career choice are: financial, job information, opportunity, social environment, challenge and interest, with financial being the dominant factor.

Abstract

The growing development of the F&B industry, especially coffee shop SMEs, is of course proportional to the large number of absorbed Indonesian workers. This is inseparable from the problem of high employee turnover. A high turnover rate in a company is closely related to a bad employee experience. Employee experience is basically an employee's perception of their work experience in a company. This study aims to see how employee experience can affect the turnover rate in a business. This research technique uses a qualitative study with purposive sampling technique. In this research interviews were conducted with employees and ex-employees in 3 different coffee shops. The results of this study indicate that high turnover rates are caused by poor employee experience. Where in this case employees do not have a sense of belonging to the compan
