Abstract

This paper reported the factors affecting the adoption of green procurement in Indonesian educational institutions.  A quantitative method is used to understand the effects between variables on green procurement implementation. Data from respondents working on the divisions of procurement from higher degree institutions in the province of East Java Indonesia are collected in this study. The results were indicated that there are no significant effects on middle management staff, awareness, and corporate responsibility on the implementation of green procurement on educational institutions. At the same time, there is a significant impact of green supply approaches such as ISO certification and eco-design product strategy on the adoption of green procurement.

Abstract

Abstract

This study is a type of qualitative descriptive research with the aim to determine the role of internship participants in improving student career planning and development. The sample in this study consisted of 30 informants but there were only 7 informants who were selected because they could represent the answers of all informants with social situations that showed that students of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang class of 2018 had begun to feel confused in determining their future career. This study suggests that careful career preparation should be really focused on supporting desired career prospects. The data collection process in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of interview links to informants, namely, students of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang class of 2018 who have participated in the internship program. Data analysis techniques conducted in this study consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the internship program must be done by students to learn and understand about the world of work. In addition, internship activities also have benefits to improve future career planning and development

Abstract

Human resources are a significant aspect of the progress and success of organizations in the current era of globalization. A dynamic world requires organizations to be more adaptive. It makes human resources a driving element whose organizational commitment is significant to maintain and improve at this time, covid-19 is the main focus of the government's attention to reducing the rate of spread of covid-19. Covid-19 is a major problem in the health sector and is of particular concern to many people, including volunteer organizations. Volunteer commitment is different from employees, and volunteer commitment is more influenced by internal or personal factors volunteers. This study aims to determine the organizational commitment of COVID-19 volunteers at SRPB Pasuruan City through personality variables, namely self-efficacy and locus of control. This research is in the form of quantitative research. The sample of this study was the Covid-19 volunteers at the Pasuruan City SRPB, totaling 180 volunteers. With multiple linear regression analysis models and using SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results of this study are Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Self Efficacy and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Professional commitment and self-efficacy variable has a stronger effect on organizational commitment than a locus of control. Sumber daya manusia adalah aspek penting dalam kemajuan dan kesuksesan organisasi dalam era globalisasi saat ini. Dunia yang dinamis menuntut organisasi untuk lebih adaptif. Hal ini menjadikan sumber daya manusia menjadi unsur penggerak yang komitmen organisasionalnya sangat penting untuk dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan pada masa sekarang ini covid-19 menjadi fokus perhatian utama pemerintah untuk mengurangi laju penyebaran covid-19. Covid-19 merupakan masalah utama dalam bidang kesehatan dan menjadi perhatian khusus bagi banyak orang termasuk organisasi relawan. Komitmen relawan berbeda dengan karyawan, dan komitmen relawan lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal atau personal dari diri relawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komitmen organisasional pada relawan covid-19 di SRPB Kota Pasuruan melalui variabel kepribadian yaitu self efficacy dan locus of control. Penlitian ini berbentuk penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah relawan covid-19 di SRPB Kota Pasuruan yang berjumlah 180 relawan. Dengan model analisis regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisisasional, Locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisisasional, Self Efficacy dan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen profesional,variabel self efficacy berpengaruh lebih kuat terhadap komitmen organisasional dibandingkan locus of control.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to develop a factor in selecting the business location of the Umrah Bureau in Malang through exploration of indicators and variables and finding new factors. Population and sample of study 41 respondents were administrators / owners of the Umrah Bureau both head office, branch and agent in Malang. Based on the results of the recapitulated questionnaire and fulfilled the requirements for analysis of 32. The analytical method uses factor analysis with the Explore Factor Analysis (EFA) approach, which collects respondents' responses to the variables and indicators of site selection first then processes through the factor analysis stages. The results of data analysis found 5 variables that were considered in choosing the business location of the umroh bureau, namely infrastructure, employment, community attitudes, costs and markets. These variables are translated into 14 indicators. Of the 14 selected indicators, there are 7 indicators with 2 new naming factors, namely the main facilities and supporting facilities. The main facilities factor consists of the availability of educated labor, the level of labor productivity, proximity to Islamic education institutions such as schools and huts, availability of roads and electricity. Factors supporting facilities that consist of ease of accessing information technology and business location security.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of operating strategies on culinary business performance in Malang which is currently developing rapidly. This research is very important in developing culinary business in Malang by first knowing the operation strategy and culinary business performance and then analyzing the effect of operating strategies on culinary business performance both simultaneously and partially. The total population of the study was 67 managers with the criteria applying the halal concept, from the total population only 30 respondents filled out the questionnaire completely. Operating strategy variables use cost, quality, flexibility and delivery. Data analysis was performed using a range of scales and multiple regression. The results showed that the first operating strategy and culinary business performance were generally very good, both operating strategies had an effect on culinary business performance, meaning that the more appropriate the operating strategy applied would be the better the culinary business performance. Quality variable has dominant influence on culinary business performance, which means culinary efforts emphasize quality over cost, flexibility and delivery. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada UMKM Batik Sendang di Kabupaten Lamongan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi tidak diketahui dan menentukan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus untuk populasi tidak diketahui dan mengambil untuk penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yaitu pelanggan UMKM Batik Sendang. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert untuk pengukuran data dari jawaban responden dan teknik pengumpulan data untuk dianalisis menggunakan kuesioner dengan media google form dan langsung datang ke lokasi. Uji instrument pada penelitian ini ada uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, dan untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis.. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat ditarik simpulan sebagai berikut: harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan keluarga ditentukan oleh kemampuan keluarga khususnya ibu rumahtangga dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga agar terjadi kesimbangan antara pemasukan dan pengeluaran. Keberadaan PKK terbukti mampu mewujudkannya yaitu melalui koperasi PKK yang mendorong ibu-ibu PKK dapat menyisihkan sebagai pendapatan keluarga untuk menabung dan meningkatkan kegiatan produktif. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mumalah dan ekonomi syariah anggota PKK meningkatkan keinginan anggota bahwa berkoperasi tidak hanya memberikan manfaat bagi individu, tetapi juga untuk meningkatkan kepedulian dan keadilan sosial bagi seluruh anggotanya. Pada prosesnya, penyuluhan dan pelatihan dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab hingga praktik langsung, dan untuk pendampingan dengan metode mendatangi dan memeriksa pekerjaan yang dikerjakan oleh anggota dan pengurus. Dalam mewujudkan keinginan tersebut, maka dilakukan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan koperasi PKK berbasis syariah. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah menyiapkan dan menerapkan prinsip syariah pada koperasi PKK ibu-ibu RT 05 RW 05 kelurahan Landungsari Dau malang. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah seluruh anggota dan pengurus koperasi PKK semakin memahami praktik koperasi syariah dan menerapkannya dalam berkoperasi. Dari penerapan ini telah dirasakan manfaat yaitu terpadunya kegiatan ekonomi yang komersial untuk yang mampu dan kegiatan sosial untuk yang tidak mampu, sehingga secara otomatis terjadi saling membantu diantara anggota PKK. Jadi, dengan menerapkan praktik koperasi syariah yang sesuai syariat akan memberikan manfaat dan kesejahteraan kepada seluruh anggota PKK.

Abstract

For a company the best way to maintain optimal company conditions is to implement Total Quality Management (TQM). This study aims to determine the effect of implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) which is then realized in 4 basic pillars, namely customer focus, employee empowerment, continuous quality improvement, and fact-based management on operational performance at UD. Restu Jaya. The research sample used was 44 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) is proven to have a simultaneous effect on operational performance variables. However, there are several variables that have no partial effect on the operational performance variable, while those variables are employee empowerment and continuous quality improvement. While the variables focused on customers and management based on facts have a significant partial effect on operational performance variables
