Abstract

The implementation of educational and training evaluations (training) on human resources in the educational organization environment is a necessity. The most prominent weakness of resources in the madrasa environment is the managerial competence of the madrasa head which is not supported by adequate educational qualifications and qualified leadership capacity. Another study said the success of a madrasa was an achievement of a madrasa head. The training program for madrasah head candidates with the on the job training method has been officially organized by the Education and Training Center for Education and Technical Personnel training in Education and Religion based on the Regulation of the Minister of Religion (PMA) Number 58 of 201. The results of the study stated that the training program for madrasah head candidates through the on the job training method can be applied and is very good because participants have had good knowledge and skills beforehand which are processed through madrasah leadership practices. Once they follow the training, those skills can be applied and continued. Based on the results of the evaluation through the EVALUATION OF CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) shows that the training program for prospective madrasah heads has a high success rate

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is very important theoretically, but also practically. Thus, it is interpolated into university study programmes. In this study, we will explore how the implications of entrepreneurship education as a field of study for the advancement of research and practice. To do this, we draw on entrepreneurship education practices that have been analysed by previous researchers. This reflection will enable a better understanding of the current state of entrepreneurship education theory and practice. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that entrepreneurship education into a study programme does not only teach students futuristic thinking, but real action. Students need to know how classroom learning can inspire entrepreneurial practice. This condition has theoretical and practical consequences because it can demonstrate the purpose of entrepreneurship education which is job creation. Entrepreneurship education is very important because entrepreneurs should have a great social impact. This situation is influenced as well as affecting the cognitive, affective, and behavioural studies of entrepreneurship theory.

Abstract

This study aimed to test hypotheses and produce empirical evidence about the effect of remote auditing, computer assisted audit techniques, and professional skepticism on audit quality. The data research were gathered using a questionnaires distributed to 100 external auditors working at public accountant firm in DKI Jakarta. The research sample was determined using the purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 26 software. The results toward the data showed that remote auditing have a positive effect on audit quality, computer assisted audit techniques have a positive effect on audit quality, and professional skepticism have a positive effect on audit quality. Meanwhile, remote auditing, computer assisted audit techniques, and professional skepticism simultaneously effect on audit quality.

Abstract

Kebutuhan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten yang memiliki semangat, kedisiplinan, dan integritas yang baik sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Dengan budaya organisasi yang baik dan manajemen kinerja yang baik akan dapat menciptakan sumber daya yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan budaya perusahaan dalam menunjang manajemen kinerja surveyor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif, yang memiliki karakteristik alami (natural setting) sebagai sumber data langsung, deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan keberhasilan manajemen kinerja karyawan hampir selalu dikaitkan dengan budaya yang kuat. Berdasarkan analisa SWOT diketahui bahwa salah satu strategi yang perlu dijalankan oleh Asuransi Astra Buana adalah memanfaatkan budaya perusahaan yang baik dan kemampuan SDM yang dimiliki untuk menghasilkan layanan yang terbaik pagi pelanggan dan juga meningkatkan kinerja surveyor. Penerapan visi, misi, budaya perusahaan, strategi layanan, dan tata nilai perusahaan yang baik ini merupakan perwujudan dari penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang telah dijalankan dengan baik di PT. Asuransi Astra Buana dan dapat menunjang manajemen kinerja Surveyor.

Abstract

Hustle culture adalah budaya bekerja terlalu keras dan mendorong diri Anda ke batas Anda untuk mencapai tujuan kapitalis kekayaan, kemakmuran, dan kesuksesan secepat mungkin. Fenomena ini mulai berkembang, terutama untuk generasi milenial dan gen Z, karena mereka memprioritaskan produktivitas, pekerjaan, dan pendapatan atas kesehatan mental, hubungan dengan orang lain, dan kebahagiaan pribadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu manfaat dan cara untuk menghindari budaya hustle. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa selalu produktif dan aktif dalam menyadari pencapaian tertentu bukanlah hal yang buruk; pada kenyataannya, sangat direkomendasikan bagi Anda yang benar-benar ingin mencapai kesuksesan dalam hidup. Namun, juga perlu untuk menghindari budaya hustle, yang sebenarnya akan memiliki dampak negatif, baik secara mental maupun fisik. Budaya sibuk adalah salah satu di mana seseorang bekerja terlalu keras dan memaksa dirinya untuk bekerja terus-menerus tanpa berhenti atau memikirkan kesehatan dirinya sendiri.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology and internet penetration, the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector has undergone significant changes. The digital era presents new opportunities and challenges for MSMEs, enabling them to leverage technology to enhance productivity, marketing, and market access. This research aims to contribute additional insights to the existing literature, focusing on the sustainability of MSMEs amidst the dynamics of the digital era. The study adopts a qualitative approach with an emphasis on literature review, drawing data from Google Scholar during the period 2009 to 2023. The findings indicate that community support plays a crucial role in maintaining the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. Awareness of the importance of local products, financial support through investment and crowdfunding, and social support in the form of promotion and active participation form a strong foundation for MSME growth. The strong bond between MSMEs and the community creates an environment in which MSMEs can develop and compete effectively in the dynamic digital market.
