Abstract

The implementation of educational and training evaluations (training) on human resources in the educational organization environment is a necessity. The most prominent weakness of resources in the madrasa environment is the managerial competence of the madrasa head which is not supported by adequate educational qualifications and qualified leadership capacity. Another study said the success of a madrasa was an achievement of a madrasa head. The training program for madrasah head candidates with the on the job training method has been officially organized by the Education and Training Center for Education and Technical Personnel training in Education and Religion based on the Regulation of the Minister of Religion (PMA) Number 58 of 201. The results of the study stated that the training program for madrasah head candidates through the on the job training method can be applied and is very good because participants have had good knowledge and skills beforehand which are processed through madrasah leadership practices. Once they follow the training, those skills can be applied and continued. Based on the results of the evaluation through the EVALUATION OF CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) shows that the training program for prospective madrasah heads has a high success rate

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the performance and competitiveness of women entrepreneurs in the Tuka Tuku Purbalingga programme. Tuka-Tuku in Purbalingga serves as support for the development of start-ups in the field of local culinary specialties or other local products. Tuka-Tuku facilitates the expansion of local start-ups, preserves the authenticity of regional products, and promotes the cultural heritage of diverse culinary traditions. The current study employed a quantitative research design utilizing a survey method to gather data. The survey instrument comprised a 5-point Likert scale and was administered to female entrepreneurs participating in the program. To test ten research hypotheses pertaining to the relationships between marketing, capital, digital literacy, performance, and competitiveness, Structural Equation Modeling was applied. The findings of this research have revealed that marketing, financing, and digital literacy play a significant and positive role in enhancing the performance and competitiveness of women entrepreneurs participating in the Tuka Tuku Purbalingga program. Additionally, this study confirms that performance is a crucial determinant of female entrepreneurs' competitiveness in the program. These findings suggest that women entrepreneurs with strong marketing, financing, and digital literacy skills are more likely to achieve better performance and be more competitive in the market. Given these results, it is recommended that policymakers and stakeholders direct their efforts towards enhancing the marketing, capital, and digital literacy skills of female entrepreneurs in the Tuka Tuku Purbalingga program to improve their overall performance and competitiveness.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan cara memanfaatkan limbah rumah tangga dan dedaunan menjadi pupuk organik cair; meningkatkan keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam mendukung program pola hidup bersih dan bebas dari sampah; merangsang kreativitas masyarakat untuk menghasilkan sesuatu yang bermanfaat, dan meningkatkan daya keterampilan masyarakat dalam berwirausaha. Lokasi pengabdian dilaksanakan di Desa Senon Kecamatan Kemangkon, Kabupaten Purbalingga, melalui praktek demonstratif langsung yang melibatkan unsur-unsur pemangku kepentingan yakni anggota PKK Desa Senon. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Training of Trainner (TOT) dengan cara pemberian materi melalui ceramah, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung oleh masing-masing peserta. Tim PkM tidak mengundang seluruh anggota masyarakat di daerah sekitar, tapi hanya anggota PKK Desa Senon. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat menghasilkan berbagai macam bentuk usaha mandiri dan kreatif, salah satunya dengan membuat ”pupuk organik cair” yang berbahan dasar limbah rumah tangga dan dedaunan. Oleh karena itu kami memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan cara pemanfaatan imbah rumah tangga dan dedaunan menjadi pupuk organik cair. Diversifikasi cara pemanfaatan limbah rumah tangga dan dedaunan menjadi limbah rumah tangga dan dedaunan yang diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif untuk menjaga lingkungan bersih dan bebas dari sampah bagi masyarakat Desa Senon Kecamatan Kemangkon, Kabupaten Purbalingga.
