Abstract

Background of this research is there some infraction in code of ethics which is done by students collage. It is about akhlaqulkarimahand is also about how to good wear as like as Islam that wear of students collage of Institute for Islamic Studies Padangsidimpuan. This case is a decadence of moral in circle of students collage. The purpose of this research is to know how the emotional intelligence and how students collage for adapting. This research was done in code of ethic application at students’ collage of IAIN. Then, to know the resistivity factor of students collage in applying of code of ethic, and how is to adapt as students collage of IAIN. Furthermore, this research is to know the effort that was done of deputy of IAIN Padangsidimpuan in motivating students collage for doing the code of ethic IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Based on the data analysis, the researcher used descriptive qualitative method. This research was done to observe phenomena with scientific logic. Based on method, this research was phenomenological descriptive. It means that, this research was also to describe the true condition that had happened in field as natural. The result of this research showed that emotional intelligence and students adaptation was related with code of ethic IAIN Padangsidimpuan which was less. Moreover, still found some infraction in code of ethic. For this case, guidance and construction is needed for attitude of students collage in IAIN Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

Hukum Islam merupakan hasil konstruksi dua otoritas tertinggi dari ajaran Islam yaitu Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Khaled Abou El Fadl menawarkan sebuah kerangka metodologi dalam hukum Islam dengan pendekatan Hermeneutika. Ini berawal dari kegelisahan Khaled Abou El Fadl terhadap fatwa-fatwa yang dikeluarkan Council for Scientific Research and Legal Opinion (CRLO) di Arab Saudi. Lembaga ini mempuyai kepercayaan untuk mengeluarkan fatwa-fatwa, dimana mereka menggunakan hadis-hadis misoginis sebagai otoritas tertinggi untuk melegitimasi keabsahan fatwa yang mereka keluarkan. Fatwa-fatwa tersebut dinilai bersifat otorian dan diskriminatif, khususnya terhadap perempuan dan terkesan kaku, tidak bisa menyesuaikan dengan tuntutan zaman dan kondisi. Fenomena otoritarianisme ini muncul menurut Khaled Abou El Fadl disebabkan kesalahan metodologis dalam memahami tek-teks hukum, tidak menganalisis dan mempertimbangkan secara semestinya sumber-sumber penting yang menjadi landasan bagi keberwenangan. Hermeutika Khaled Abou El Fadl disebut sebagai hermeneutika negosiasi, karena analisisnya negotiating process antara kompetensi teks (text), pengarang (author), dan pembaca (reader). Hal ini dilakukan dengan lima syarat keberwenangan yaitu kejujuran, kesungguhan, kemenyeluruhan, rasionalitas, dan pengendalian diri. Ini menjadi paradigma moral dalam menafsirkan teks-teks suci dan demi menghindari keterjebakan dalam otoritarianisme penafsiran. Khaled Abou El Fadl berupaya mengkonstruk dan memadukan dua khazanah pemikiran klasik dan modern, khususnya dalam bidang tafsir hadis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh antara kualifikasi Pendidik dan Penerapan Konsep Belajar Sambil bermain Terhadap Kreativitas pada Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) di Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) se-kota Padangsidimpuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas anak ditentukan oleh faktor Kualifikasi Pendidik yang baik dan penerapan konsep belajar sambil bermain. Kemudian Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualifikasi pendidik dan penerapan konsep belajar sambil bermain secara bersama-sama terhadap pengembangan kreativitas anak usia dini dengan hasil perolehan sebesar 97.124%. Hasil ini menjelaskan bahwa kemampuan pengembangan kreativitas anak sebesar 97.124% ditentukan oleh faktor Kualifikasi Pendidik dan Konsep Bermain Sambil Belajar secara bersama-sama

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know the correlation between class management and lecturer’s characteristic to the students’ learning discipline. This research has been done by  correlation type. The instrument used in this research is questionnaires of class management, characteristics of the lecturer, and students’ disciplines. Data have been analyzed by statistical way by using SPSS. The result of this research was there was significant correlation between class management with students’ learning discipline (correlation between X1 dan Y), had correlation of coefficient was 0.47, it meant that class management can influence students’ learning discipline. Then, there was significant correlation between lecturer’s characteristic with students’ learning discipline (correlation between X2 and Y) had correlation of coefficient was 0.733. The correlation of coefficient was 0.61, it meant if class management and lecturer’s characteristic in unity, so it could influence students’ learning discipline. While, the significant between three variables was F count F table(13,05 3,22). So, there was significant correlation between variable  X1 and variable X2 to variable Y. It could be seen F count was bigger than F table. The hyphothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The research aims to know relation, (1) self-efficacy and achievement  of study, (2) social interaction and achievement of study, (3) with together between self-efficacy and social interactionwith achieviement of study in student environment guidance conceling Islamic Department Dawah Faculty and Communication science of IAIN Padangsidimpuan on academic 2013/2014. Kind of this research expost facto. Population of the research all of students guidance conceling Islamic Department Dawah Faculty and Communication science of IAIN Padangsidimpuan on academic 2013/2014, are totally 187 students sampling technique is used sampling nonprobability with saturate sample technique on often mentioned study cencus so sample totally 187 students.Collecting data method is used that questionarry method to measure self-efficacy and social interaction and record keeping method to measure of achievement study. Analysis data technique is used descriptive statistic analysis and regression analysis.The results showed that: (1) (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and the learning achievement with a correlation of 0.686. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between interaction social and the learning achievement with a correlation of 0.788. (3) Taken together there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and interaction social to learning achievement with correlation of 0.854. Based on these results, it was concluded that student achievement is influenced by self-efficacy and interaction social.
