This study aims to determine how much influence the Implementation of the Work Ethic In Improving Quality of Life Scavenger Muslim village, hamlet Jatirejo Mask District of Tikung Lamongan. Subyek research is Scavengers Muslims in the village Jatirejo Ticking subdistrict in Lamongan some 50 people. The data collection method using a questionnaire. Methods of analysis using logistic regression models. The results showed that the implementation of the work ethic of individual Muslims who mostly have a high work ethic can increase its revenue, so their quality of life can be improved. In this case can be seen from the quality of life Nagelkerke R Square of 0.551, this means 55.1% of the variable quality of life can be explained by the variable Work Ethic, while the value of R Square Negelkerke revenue of 0.552, this means that 55.2% Income variables can explained by the variable Work Ethics. There is a strong relationship between the two that the higher a persons work ethic, the higher the level of quality of life and the lower the persons work ethic the lower level of the quality of life it also affect the level of income.Â Keyword :Â work ethic, quality of life, scavengers

Perkembangan dunia ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pada saat ini mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat. Sebagai akibatnya banyak bermunculan perusahaan baru dan selanjutnya persaingan tidak dapat dihindari. Berhasil tidaknya suatu perusahaan dalam pencapaian tujuan tergantung pada manajemen yang ada dalam perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas menunjukan bahwa koefisien lebih besar dari r tabel dan dinyatakan valid, pada uji reliabilitas mempunyai koefisien alpha yang cukup besar dari 0,6 dan dinyatakan reliabel. Perhitungan regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 0,013 + 0,798X1 + 0,274X2Â Ì¶Â 0,129X3,Â uji F menunjukan nilai F = 105635,3 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,00<0,05 dan secara parsial uji t dari variabel X1 sebesar 8,013, X2 sebesar 2,744 dan X3 sebesar -1,278. Untuk itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial dari ketiga variabel bebas yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di UD. Lupy Bakery Lamongan adalah pemasaran (X1).

Studied, salary has a dominant influence on productivity in CV. Anugrah Walet Indonesia. Economic growth in Indonesia is very rapid and causes the competition of the market is getting tighter. This study aims to determine the determination of training, motivation, salary, and compensation for CV production. Anugrah Walet Indonesia.This research uses descriptive method, in qualitative form using Probability Sampling technique. The sample of this research is 40 employees. This research uses validity test, reability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. This study uses EVIEWS 9 program. Partially there is significant influence between training, motivation, salary, and compensation to production at CV. Grace swallowed Indonesia. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between training, motivation, salary, and compensation on production in CV. Grace swallowed Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan ( tangible, reliability, responsiveness, asurance dan empathy) terhadap kepuasan nasabah bank pada Bank BCA KCP Lamongan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 500 nasabah denga jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 nasabah yang diperoleh dengan rumus Slovin. Untuk menguji alat ukur, digunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bukti fisik dan empati berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Sedangkan variabel kehandalan, daya tanggap dan jaminan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Glasses are a mandatory requirement for someone with problems with their eyes. Glasses are a tool so that someone has no difficulty in seeing their views both at close range and at a distance. This study uses quantitative methods and SPSS 24 data processing tools. Obtained a tcount for people of 3.338> ttable 1.679, tcount for physical evidence of 3.222> ttable 1.679 and tcount for product of 5.784> ttable 1.679 which means people variable (X1 ), physical evidence (X2) and product (X3) partially have a significant effect on the purchase decision (Y) of Mitra Jaya Optik Lamongan. From the F test, the results of Fcount (15,544)> Ftable (2.81) which means that the people variable (X1), physical evidence (X2) and product (X3) have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) Mitra Jaya Optik Lamongan . While the results of multiple linear regression results Y = 1.324 + 0.365 X1 + 0.338 X2 + 0.563 X3, product (X3) has a greater influence than people (X1) and physical evidence (X2). From the above results it can be concluded that people (X1), physical evidence (X2) and product (X3) have a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) partially or simultaneously, and it can be seen that product (X3) is the most dominant variable influence purchasing decisions (Y).

Following writing will try to work through how relationship among accepting region taxes and region retribution to PAD'S step-up by use of approaching Error Correction Model( ECM) by use of annual data begins year 1990 until years 2010. It utilizes error correction's approaching with consideration that this model feels equal to word relationship among variable one is analyzed well that in the short term and also on a long term.Â

In financial policy where the dividend policy becomes an important consideration,not only in terms of company management, but also from shareholders. Shareholderswill propose dividend distribution if the company is in profit. Growth in manufacturingcompanies that tend to be good and generate (profits) will be easier to see profitabilityaffecting the dividend payout ratio and of course with a stable dividend distribution.The purpose of this study: 1) To find out whether profitability has a positive andsignificant effect on cash dividend policy on manufacturing companies and 2) To findout the effect of liquidity that is owned, can it strengthen the relationship betweenprofitability on dividend policy on manufacturing companies. The approach taken inthis research is a quantitative approach. The sample selection method in this study ispurposive sampling, which is the sample selection method using certain criteria so thatit can get 10 samples of manufacturing companies. The analytical method used isdescriptive statistics, simple regression analysis (simple regression analysis) andmoderation regression analysis (Moderate Regression analysis) with pure moderatortest, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The test results prove thatprofitability has a positive and significant impact on cash dividend policy onmanufacturing companies. Liquidity as a moderating variable is able to strengthen therelationship between profitability and cash dividend policies in manufacturingcompanies. The results of this study are expected to provide information to the publicand outside parties or investors to make investment decisions and can assess thefinancial performance of a company.Keyword : Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Dividen Tunai dan Likuiditas
