Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess and determine the cause dependence Indonesia tehadap beef imported from abroad, especially Australia and the state mafia beef imports that occur from year to year as if Indonesia can not be separated from its dependency on imports. Currently, Indonesia has not been able to meet the needs of domestic beef. So it still would dependency of imported meat products. Dependence is caused by demand (demand) continues to increase, is inversely proportional to the availability (supply) of beef nationally. To meet the needs of society needed policies that support the implementation of food self-sufficiency needs, then comes the beef import policy from abroad, especially the cooperation with neighboring countries (Australia). One of the factors that cause Indonesia's dependence on imported beef is in demand (demand) of beef from the supply (supply). The increased demand caused by Indonesia's population continues to increase with the average of 2,404 hundred million, or in other words grew by 1.38 percent. In addition, the majority of Indonesia's population, or as many as 207 176 162 inhabitants (87.18 per cent) of whom are adherents of Islam and the largest in the World. Which is where most eating beef, especially at the time of religious celebrations, such as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Mafia beef imports is caused by: (1) Mental businessmen, bureaucrats and people who do not boast, (2) trade system persapian less efficient and effective as well as supervision of the less maksaimal and (3) The management system of import that have not been integrated between the with other parties. As for the hope of the future, among others: (1) Improving the mental businessmen, bureaucrats and society. (2) To encourage businesses to become cattle ranchers large scale in the form of PT, CV, SMEs, Firm and Cooperatives (3) Tightening oversight against the rules that apply for example, farmers may not sell cows that are still productive (regeneration) (4) Promotion of cattle farms in Indonesia in accordance with a tropical climate and land area in the hope of Indonesia may be the exporter of beef to other countries, (5) Mapping of cattle and the need for beef, (6) Implement integrated farming practices in order to achieve national self-sufficiency in meat.. Keyword: Availability Beef, Mafia Import and Self-sufficiency National Meat

Abstract

The aims of this study are (1) to determine the contribution of the leading agricultural sector of Kutai Kartanegara Regency to the fulfillment of food needs in East Kalimantan Province. (2) Knowing the agricultural sub-sector and commodities that are the mainstay in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The data used in this study are secondary time series data from 2016 to 2020 sourced from BPS and the Agriculture and Livestock Service Office of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The analytical method used is contribution analysis, shift share and Location Quotient (LQ). The results showed that in 2016-2020 the contribution of the agricultural sector of Kutai Kartanegara Regency to the fulfillment of the food needs of East Kalimantan Province was 38.82%. From the shift share analysis, it is known that the growth rate of the agricultural sector has a positive value of 0.2. This is also reflected in the value of the differential shift (Cij). Cij agricultural sector has a positive value of 538.79 billion which shows that the agricultural sector has a competitive value. The growth rate (Dij) of Kutai Kartanegara Regency is 2209.47 billion.The leading sub-sectors are fisheries sub-sector, food crops sub-sector, and horticulture sub-sector. Aquaculture commodities are the flagship of the fisheries sub-sector. Rice is the leading commodity in the food crop sub-sector. Meanwhile, ginger and temu lawak are the leading commodities in the horticulture sub-sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine effect of regional original income, revenue sharing fund, and special allocation fund for capital expenditure and its impact on economic growth in the District and City in East Kalimantan. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data used is secondary data. Secondary data is data obtained from reports on audit results by the Supreme Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Representative of East Kalimantan Province from 2011 to 2020 and the Central Statistics Agency of East Kalimantan Province. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The results of the study show that regional original income, revenue sharing fund, and special allocation fund directly have a significant effect on capital expenditure. Regional original income, special allocation fund, and capital expenditure directly have a significant effect on economic growth. Revenue sharing fund directly has a unsignificant effect on economic growth. Regional original income, revenue sharing fund, and special allocation fund indirectly have a significant effect on economic growth through capital expenditure.

Abstract

In the 21stcentury, the tragedy of the pandemic shocks the world. This non-natural disaster is called COVID-19. Its dominant effect is also worrying about social and economic conflicts at local, national, and even international levels. The orientation of this research is to investigate the impact of COVID-19 on the socioeconomic aspects in Indonesia from 2020-2022. We set the research using official/secondary publications. Data analysis was interpreted in three formats: Pearson, Kendall’s, and Spearman’s correlations. It channelled empirical testing through Microsoft Excel and SPSS v.25. Social items include migration, mortality, domestic violence, and sexual harassment, while the nine economic items are per capita spending, well-being, unemployment, poverty, and labor productivity. Then, statistical instruments were reviewed based on the correlation coefficient and level of significance (5% for Pearson and 1% for Kendall’s and Spearman’s). The results are not much different between Pearson’s approach, Kendall’s and Spearman’s. In Pearson model, it proved a negative correlation when COVID-19 increases, so migration, unemployment, poverty, and labor productivity decrease. COVID-19 has had a positive impact on mortality, domestic violence, sexual harassment, per capita spending, and well-being. In Kendall’s and Spearman’s tests, poverty and labor productivity have actually increased because of COVID-19. Implementing semi-lockdown is a priority so that the social and macroeconomic constellations continue without ignoring the latent dangers of COVID-19. Abstract

The urgency of this paper is to expose the performance of the Indonesian government to encourage and stimulate the existence of MSMEs because of the economic crisis caused by Covid-19. The paper method uses the document study method based on the results of previous research, which is traced through journals of several electronic media, such as digital libraries, websites, and library journal connections. We carried journal searches out via Google Browser and Google Scholar. It carried journal searches out using keywords in MSMEs, the role of the Indonesian government, and the economy of the Covid-19. From each research result got, it is further analyzed, which is then used as a supporting journal to strengthen that the Indonesian government plays a role in improving performance of micro, small and medium enterprises. The Indonesian government has a policy to handle micro, small and medium enterprises in Indonesia. The regulates state financial policies, including state revenue, including policies in taxation, state expenditure policies, including policies in regional finance, and financing policies. Indonesia allows MSME business activities to be a guarantee for accessing business financing loans and government also provides a Special Allocation Fund (DAK) to support the empowerment and development of MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to discuss about analysis of the contribution of local taxes and regional levies to regional original revenue in Samarinda City. This research is included in the type of descriptive research. The data used is secondary data, namely the Realization of Tax Revenue Report and Regional Original Revenue Report in Samarinda City obtained from the Audit Report of the Republic of Indonesia Representative Office for East Kalimantan Province from 2016 to 2020. The analysis model in this study is a quantitative form. The research results show that the contribution of local taxes to regional original revenue in Samarinda City for the last 5 years is in the very good category. The contribution of regional levies to regional original revenue in Samarinda City is in the very low category.

Abstract

Covid-19 menyedot perhatian dan menganggu jalannya perekonomian dan ini dialami diseluruh Negara-negara di dunia, termasuk untuk Indonesia. Porak-porandanya ekonomi, khususnya bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) pengrajin ketupat juga mengalami efek kemerosotan pandemi. Perubahan ini tentu menjadi krisis tersendiri di dalam keberlangsungan UMKM tersebut. Bersamaan dengan ancaman kesejahteraan, pemerintah sebenarnya telah mengeluarkan kebijakan, alternatif, dan gagasan sebagai upaya membantu pelaku UMKM untuk bangkit ditengah degradasi ekonomi. Faktanya, tampak belum cukup, dimana kendala di lapangan memunculkan ketidakpastian. Selain sokongan finansial, mereka juga memerlukan pemahaman dan wawasan secara konkrit dari berbagai mitra (semisal akademisi). Dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini, kami konsen untuk menawarkan sebuah strategi yang merangsang UMKM pengrajin Ketupat untuk bisa beradaptasi dan mandiri, sehingga dapat menyesuaikan diri terhadap dunia marketing. Solusi praktis adalah menerapkan modernisasi penjualan produk secara online, aktualisasi promosi, dan mengemas sitematika dalam kecanggihan sistem tanpa mengesampingkan protokol kesehatan walaupun sekarang ini tengah beranjak ke era new normal. Pendampingan dan evaluasi berkala menentukan arah, prospek, dan eksistensi bisnis mendatang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan karakteristik organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai secara bersama-sama atau parsial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Dinas Pendidikan Propinsi Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model hubungan sebab akibat. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 125 pegawai. Dari populasi tersebut kemudian diambil sampel menggunakan formulasi Slovin menghasilkan sebanyak 96 sampel penelitian atau responden. Sesuai dengan permasalahan yang ada dan arah penelitian, maka model analisis yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan softwere SPSS versi 16. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan model hubungan sebab akibat, dengan menguji pengaruh diantara variabel. Variabel tersebut adalah karakteristik individu (X1), karakteristik pekerjaan (X2) dan karakteristik organisasi (X3) yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan karakteristik organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Propinsi Kalimantan Timur baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Secara parsial pengaruh karakteristik individu sebesar 44.4 %, karakteristik pekerjaan sebesar 26.8 % dan karakteristik organisasi sebesar 25.6 %. Sementara itu secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 71.20 %.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peranan Corporate Social Responbility Pada Kegiatan Pertambangan BatuBara Terhadap Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui upaya apa yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan pertambangan batubara untuk mengatasi dampak pertambangan. Jenis penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan pengambilan data dengan tiga cara yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa team Corporate Social Responbility ikut berpartisipasi dalam membantu sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Mulawarman dan dengan adanya team Corporate Social Responbility sangat mempengaruhi dari segi pendidikan, infrastruktur, kesehatan, sosial budaya dan lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pajak daerah di Kota Samarinda yang diukur melalui regresi berganda tahun 2006-2015.Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif data time series.  Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan spss tipe 20. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan diketahui bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pajak daerah Kota Samarinda tahun 2006-2015 yaitu Pertumbuhan ekonomi secara statistik tidak berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap Pajak Daerah Kota Samarinda. Pengaruh yang positif ini dapat diartikan bahwa  pertumbuhan ekonomi selama era desentralisasi fiskal memberikan kontribusi baik terhadap Pajak Daerah Kota Samarinda. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemungutan pajak kepada masyarakat bersifat baik. Petumbuhan inflasi pemerintah secara statistik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  Pajak Daerah Kota Samarinda pada era desentralisasi fiskal.  Pengaruh tidak signifikan ini dapat diartikan bahwa faktor sosial yang muncul dari inflasi yaitu menurunnya tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat, memburuknya distribusi pendapatan. Jumlah Penduduk secara statistik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  Pajak Daerah Kota Samarinda. Pengaruh yang signifikan ini dapat  diartikan bahwa dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk akan berdampak pada meningkatnya penerimaan pajak  daerah Kota Samarinda dari sisi realisasi penerimaan pajak daerah.
