Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the condition of the Rin Pamu forest farmer group tapping pine resin in Tombasian Atas Satu Village, Kawangkoan Barat District, Minahasa Regency. Condition are the situation in pine resin tapping related to labor, transportation, road access, income, companiy, government and environmental conditions. The research was conducted from March to May 2021. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Sampling used purposive sampling method. Interview conducted to 7 forest farmers as informants. The method used in this study is a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The research results showed that workers from forest farmer groups still need to be assisted by expert workers, from company, to improve the quality of the tapped pine resin, the transportation used by members of the tapping farmer groups is a trail bike that has been modified to suit the conditions of steep unpaved road access, the income earned by the tappers is in accordance with the number of days they go to tap so that they tend to be unstable, the company is a partner of forest farmers who provide assistance and equipments, the government provides permits and equipments and environmental conditions, especially in hot weather, the amount of pine resin that is tapped. more than rainy and windy weather.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of land area, capital and labor on pineapple farming production as seen from the results of the pre-survey and farmer's share in Bulud Village. The research was carried out in Bulud Village, Passi Barat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency from November 2020 to August 2021. The data collection method used the "purposive sampling" method, starting with making a population frame from 40 respondents who owned pineapple farms who had been active continuously for the last 2 years and obtained 15 active owner farmers to be used as research sampling. Data was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents to answer the questions that had been prepared, then secondary data was obtained through related offices/services. The data in this study were analyzed by quantitative description for the research variables used and followed by regression analysis. The regression analysis used is the Cobb-Douglas production function regression analysis. Based on the research results, the factors that have a significant effect on the production of pineapple farming in Bulud Village are the variables of land area and capital, while the variable number of workers has no significant effect on the income of pineapple farming.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of corn farming in Kawangkoan Bawah Village, South Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out from June 2021 to October 2021 starting from research preparation to the preparation of the research report. The data used in this study consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from the field through interviews using questionnaires with respondents while secondary data is data obtained from government agencies such as government agencies at the research location, Central Bureau of Statistics, Ministry of Agriculture and other related parties. Sampling in this study were corn farmers from the village of Lower Kawangkoan who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Respondents needed in this study were 30 (thirty) respondents. The results showed that the total cost of the production component of corn farming in kawangkoan bawah village was Rp. 5,103,379 per planting season. Net income on corn farming per ha in Kawangkoan Bawah Villaget Per one planting season is Rp. 21,246,430.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe local wisdom in lowland paddy farming in Balinese ethnic communities in Werdhi Agung Timur Village, Dumoga Tengah District. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from June to August 2021. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 1 resource person as the Secretary of Werdhi Agung Timur Village and 7 informants as the Subak Banyu Harapan group and also padddy farmers using questionnaires. Secondary data was obtained from the government office of Werdhi Agung Timur Village. The sampling method was carried out using the snowball sampling method. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that there were 15 forms of local wisdom in lowland rice farming in the people of Werdhi Agung Timur Village, Dumoga Tengah District.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the profit gap of chrysanthemum business in “Show Window” Land and Farmers' Land in Kakaskasen II Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research was conducted from December to April 2022. The selection of respondents was done intentionally. The data collection method is a survey method. Interview data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews based on questionnaires, to four farmers. Secondary data were obtained from related institutions, namely the Head of the Show Window Center and the Kelurahan Office. The results showed that the profit of the chrysanthemum flower business in the Show Window area was greater than that of the farmer, namely Rp. 13,635,049, while in the Farmer's Land, it was Rp. 7,705.822. The value of the gap in the profit of chrysanthemum business between the potential performance in the Show Window Land and the actual performance in the Farmer's Land is Rp. 5,891,726. The profit gap that occurs is caused by the cost factor incurred and the resulting revenue factor. Costs that can affect fixed costs are depreciation costs, and variable costs consisting of medicine costs, labor costs, and other costs (electricity and water). Acceptance at the Show Window is greater than that of farmers because production is influenced by land use, chrysanthemum production, cultivation methods, and competent workers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the development of nutmeg farming in Wioi Village, East Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection was obtained from field surveys and interviews with nutmeg farmers in Wioi Village. Field surveys using questionnaires, secondary data were obtained from government agencies, namely the Southeast Minahasa Agriculture Office, the Wioi Village office, the Ratahan Timur District Office, journals, theses and books. The results of this study indicate that the development of nutmeg farming in Wioi Village, Ratahan Timur District, Southeast Minahasa Regency has not yet developed, seen from several factors such as nutmeg cultivation, human resource (HR) factors, planning factors, farming results, processing factors, government assistance factors and development factors, namely factors of nutmeg farming opportunities, organizational factors and marketing and sales factors.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the profiles of peddlers in Malalayang Dua Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was carried out in the Malalayang Dua subdistrict, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was conducted for three months, from August to October 2022. The data collected in the research were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through direct interviews with mobile vendor respondents and direct field observations to see how mobile vendors interact with their buyers, then data triangulation was used to check data through interviews. Secondary data was obtained from documents from the Malalayang Dua Village which are related to research such as libraries and data from certain relevant agencies. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis where the collected data will be presented in tabular form and explained in descriptive words. The results of the study show that the profiles of mobile traders in Malalayang Dua Village, Malalayang District, Manado City are traders who sell various kinds of vegetables, spices and fish by traveling around for 8 hours every day. Traders from outside the region (Gorontalo and Makassar) trade in Manado for 7 to 20 years. The motivation to trade is due to encouragement from within and from outside the trader, such as the desire to move forward and generate income and family needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe consumer interest in chrysanthemum flowers sold on Flovist OLV and Florist CL in Kakaskasen II sub-district of Tomohon Temohon Town of Tomohon. This research was implemented for 2 months, from July to August 2022. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from direct interviews with consumers who buy interest. Secondary data was obtained from Kakaskasen II's kelurahan office and the owner of Florist. In this study the number of respondents as many as 16 people with the accidental sampling method, that is by taking the respondents who are buying interest. The data analysis method is a qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the research it could be concluded that consumer interest in chrysanthemum cut flowers in kakaskasen ii district of tomohon north of the city of tomohon. The chrysanthemum cut flower has a pretty good interest in the consumer, especially in the color, shape, and price of flowers. Chrysanthemum cut flowers are said to be an everyday consumer consumption, since every day it is bought for chrysanthemum flowers to be carried by the grave.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how important the role of agricultural extension workers is in farmer groups, especially rice farmer groups. North Bolaang Mongondow Regency is the third largest producer of rice in North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted in the Pangan Jaya rice farmer group with 10 farmer group members and the largest land area in Sangkub District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from May to July 2022. The selection of respondents was intentional. Primary data is data obtained from respondent farmers through interviews using a questionnaire. Secondary data is data obtained from the Village office, Agriculture Office, Agricultural Extension Center, and other related agencies. The results showed the role of agricultural extension workers in the Pangan Jaya rice farmer group.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Bumdes on community Awareness, Capacity and Empowerment in the Development of the Coastal Tourism Village of Pitu Beach in Tobelo Tengah District. Qualitative data analysis method to determine the role of community empowerment at the stages of Awareness, Capacity, and Empowerment. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and then interpreted to draw conclusions. Based on the results of research on the role of Bumdes on Awareness, Capacity and Empowerment of the community in the Development of the Coastal Tourism Village of Pitu Beach in Tobelo Tengah District, it can be concluded; Awareness aspect, behavior change from unwilling to willing, namely increasing awareness of the Village community in maintaining the cleanliness and security of the village settlement environment and tourist sites; Aspects of capacity, increasing the skills of community business actors in managing businesses at the Pitu Beach Tourism location, such as how to make food and drinks typical of Pitu village; Aspects of Empowerment, increasing business turnover managed by the community at the Pitu beach tourist location. Because of the trust of the village government through Bumdes, the Village Government provides grant funds from village funds for business capital.
