Abstract

Every higher education institution in the territory of Indonesia is required to carry out these Tridharma. The term community service in Law no. 12 of 2012 paragraph 10 is defined as the activities of academics who utilize Science and Technology to promote community welfare and educate the nation's life. The academic community in question is the academic community consisting of lecturers and students. Pamulang University, especially the Informatics Engineering study program, always provides support and trust to academics to be able to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, one of which is community service. This Community Service activity for the Odd Semester 2022/2023 is being carried out at Al Muhtadin Vocational School. The material provided is in the form of Virtualization training using VMware licensed software, while the details of the activities include introduction and training related to network and virtualization concepts.

Abstract

Abstrak− PT. Uwais Group Berkarya is a company engaged in the health sector. As a company that focuses on customer service, PT. Uwais Group Berkarya needs to ensure customer satisfaction in order to maintain and improve the quality of services provided. To measure the level of customer satisfaction, PT. Uwais Group Berkarya decided to make a customer satisfaction survey application. This application will enable companies to obtain feedback from customers quickly and effectively. Thus, PT. Uwais Group Berkarya can find out what customers want and identify areas that need improvement. In designing and developing a customer satisfaction survey application, PT. Uwais Group Berkarya decided to use the prototyping method. This method was chosen because it allows companies to create a prototype model of the application before making the final version. Thus, PT. Uwais Group can identify problems and improvements that need to be made to applications before marketing them to customers. Through a customer satisfaction survey application built using the prototyping method, PT. Uwais Group Berkarya is expected to be able to obtain more accurate and valid data regarding customer satisfaction. In addition, with this customer satisfaction survey application, companies can also improve interaction and communication with customers, so that it can help improve service quality and overall customer satisfaction. The methodology used by the author in designing this library repository application is the prototyping method. PT services Uwais Group Berkarya. By identifying low levels of customer satisfaction, readers can understand that customer satisfaction surveys are an effective way to find out customer needs and expectations, so that more targeted improvements and service improvements can be made. 2. Remembering how important it is to use effective survey methods in collecting accurate data and describing overall customer satisfaction. With the application made, it can be used as evaluation material for PT. Uwais Group Work to improve service performance and find out the results of performance and the extent to which the level of community satisfaction with the services that have been provided and can measure the performance of PT. Uwais Group Berkarya is based on the criteria for questions about the services performed on it. Keywords: Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction Survey, Information Systems.

Abstract

Abstrak− Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa peranan sistem informasi manajemen terhadap pengelolaan sistem keuangan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode metode pengumpulan data dan metode pengembangan sistem dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei artikel dan analisis artikel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Dalam penelitian tersebut, hasil yang didapatkan adalah sistem informasi manajemen keuangan sekolah yang dirancang dan dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem ini memiliki beberapa fitur dan fungsionalitas keuangan di sekolah menjadi lebih efisien, akurat, dan terorganisir. Penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Keuangan berbasis web dengan mengimplementasikan kerangka kerja Laravel. Sistem Informasi Keuangan berbasis web dengan mengimplementasikan Kerangka Kerja Laravel berhasil dibangun sesuai dengan desain yang disepakati, dibuktikan dengan hasil uji yang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

− Penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) terbukti memiliki dampak positif dalam berbagai konteks. Penggunaan AI dalam sistem pengendalian internal dan sistem informasi akuntansi mengurangi kecenderungan pelaporan keuangan yang curang. AI juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan melalui citra merek yang kuat. Implementasi AI dalam kehidupan manusia memberikan dampak dalam sektor sosial, bisnis, ekonomi, dan kesehatan. Dalam aplikasi Gojek, penggunaan AI meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan. Selain itu, AI dan digital marketing mempengaruhi niat pembelian konsumen, terutama pada generasi milenial. Kesimpulannya, AI memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan pengalaman manusia di berbagai aspek kehidupan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh AI terhadap beberapa bidang industri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan cara survei artikel dan analisis artikel. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI) memiliki dampak positif dalam berbagai bidang, seperti pengendalian internal, loyalitas pelanggan, pengalaman pelanggan, dan niat pembelian konsumen. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya penerapan dan pengembangan teknologi AI dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan interaksi dengan pelanggan di berbagai sektor.
