Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in Cimahi City, as well as the variables that promote and limit its implementation. This research employs a qualitative, descriptive method. Through interviews, observations, and documentation, data were gathered. Emergency PPKM was implemented in Cimahi City from 3 to 20 July 2021 as a follow-up to Micro PPKM, including the phases of socialization, preparation, implementation, and assessment. Emergency PPKM in Cimahi City includes the following: restrictions in the workplace, implementation of online teaching and learning activities, regulation of operating hours in various essential sectors, restrictions on activities and operating hours for restaurants/warung/ and similar businesses, restrictions on the capacity of places of worship, enforcement of strict health protocols in public facilities and social activities, and continued implementation of the 5M Health Practise. The supporting factors for the implementation of Emergency PPKM in Cimahi City are the existence of a PPKM derivative based on Minister of Home Affairs No. 15 of 2021 into a Decree of the Mayor of Cimahi, which regulates the Cimahi City Covid-19 Task Force, the availability of a budget based on Perwali No. 44 of 2021, the availability of human resources, and the public's willingness to comply with health protocols. The inhibiting factors for implementing Emergency PPKM in Cimahi City are the existence of the Cimahi City area as a transit city, the presence of travel agents, and the level of community saturation with PPKM rules.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a comprehensive corruption eradication model through dynamic system modeling with corruption systemic factor analysis. The method used in this research is systematic literature review (SLR), where SLR is a research method to identify, evaluate and interpret all relevant research results related to certain research questions, certain topics, or phenomena of concern. The results show that dynamic system modeling produces a comprehensive corruption eradication model. This research provides an overview of corruption research with a dynamic system model approach based on causal relationships between variables related to economic, social, political, legal and cultural factors, through causal loop diagrams that provide a broader picture of the dynamics of corruption. The resulting comprehensive policy model must be that all these factors are interrelated with each other.

Abstract

Renewable energy is currently an alternative to reducing the use of fossil energy. In addition, renewable energy also has the benefits of increasing electrification in remote or rural areas. Many researchers have carried out various studies on renewable energy. However, research on renewable energy in remote or rural areas is rarely conducted. This study analyzes the scientific literature to find the most influential trending publications, author articles, journals, and countries on rural renewable energy research. This study used a bibliometric methodology using data from the Scopus database from 2003 to 2022. Data visualization and analysis used biblioshiny and then exported using excel and the VOSviewer application. The research results yielded several main findings, 1) The publication of research on renewable energy in rural areas has increased significantly from 2011 to 2022; 2) Journal of Energy for Sustainable Development is the most influential journal in terms of the number of sites, publications, and most influential articles; 3) Writers and academics from developed countries are more productive than developing countries in producing scientific articles on renewable energy in rural areas; 4) The keywords rural development, developing countries, and energy transition are research topics that are rarely carried out and may become future research topics.
