Abstract

The government has carried out a large-scale revitalization of vocational education tailored to the needs of industry and technological developments. Learning from industry players and industry practitioners is very important to be facilitated, including by increasing the weight of credits in learning from industry practitioners. There are eight aspects that need to be faced by the Indonesian vocational education world called Link and Match 8+i with industry. Industrial Work Practice is an educational, training, and learning activity for SMK (Vocational High School) students carried out in the business world or related industrial world with the competence of students according to the field they are engaged in. One of them is an Internship or Work Practice in the world of work for at least 1 semester. This aspect aims to encourage the quality of vocational school graduates to be in line with industry needs.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) education, graduates are expected to be ready to enter the world of work. There are problems that cannot be fulfilled, especially in the world of work industry, so that unemployment is increasing. At least the ability of students in the academic field on the work readiness of vocational students. The method used is meta-analysis which collects primary research data from seven sources of articles. This study uses correlation analysis consisting of effect size and summary effect to measure the research hypothesis. The result is that the accepted hypothesis is z = 8.378, p <0.001, 95% CI 0.482 and 0.777 with a positive correlation coefficient of 0.629 in the high category.

Abstract

Education is very functioning for the nation and youth, especially for children in the world of education in achieving goals. The implementation of useful education can be seen from qualified teachers who also teach wholeheartedly in conveying material. There are many factors that lead to success including learning methods where teachers are expected to be even more creative in developing learning methods, therefore there is an evaluation of learning. This research method is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana media sosial dan smartphone berkorelasi dengan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian jenis ini adalah kuantitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian korelasional. Metode pengambilan sampel proporsional random digunakan. Satu puluh siswa terpilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasilnya, kontribusi penggunaan smartphone dan media sosial terhadap minat belajar adalah 48,58 persen. Hasil uji pada taraf signifikansi α 0,05 (taraf kepercayaan 95%) menunjukkan nilai rx1y sebesar 0,259 dengan rtabel 0,235, karena rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel, sehingga hipotesis pertama diterima. Selanjutnya, hipotesis kedua diterima karena nilai rx 2y sebesar 0,299 dan rtabel sebesar 0,235 karena rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel. Selanjutnya, hipotesis ketiga diterima karena nilai rx1x2y sebesar 0,697 dengan rtabel 0,235 karena rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel. Selain itu, ada nilai Fhitung = 31,842 dan Ftabel = 1,494, yang berarti Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel (31,842 lebih besar dari 1,494). Oleh karena itu, hipotesis ketiga diterima: penggunaan smartphone dan media sosial memiliki korelasi yang positif dan signifikan dengan pengalaman belajar siswa.
