Abstract

The government has carried out a large-scale revitalization of vocational education tailored to the needs of industry and technological developments. Learning from industry players and industry practitioners is very important to be facilitated, including by increasing the weight of credits in learning from industry practitioners. There are eight aspects that need to be faced by the Indonesian vocational education world called Link and Match 8+i with industry. Industrial Work Practice is an educational, training, and learning activity for SMK (Vocational High School) students carried out in the business world or related industrial world with the competence of students according to the field they are engaged in. One of them is an Internship or Work Practice in the world of work for at least 1 semester. This aspect aims to encourage the quality of vocational school graduates to be in line with industry needs.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of showing how important the basic concept of educational supervision is to improving the quality of education. Educational supervision has a very significant role in improving the quality of education. The basic concept of educational supervision covers various aspects, such as the purpose of supervision, the process of supervision, the relationship between supervisors and teachers, supervision techniques, the competence of supervisors, and the focus on student learning. The main purpose of educational supervision is to ensure that educational goals are achieved and students can achieve their best potential. The supervision process involves supervising, directing, and coaching teachers or teaching staff to help them develop professional skills, solve problems, and improve the quality of learning in the classroom. By implementing the basic concepts of proper educational supervision, it is expected to be able to create an effective, efficient learning environment and improve the overall quality of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of prohibition in the school environment using the child-friendly school climate instrument based on the perceptions and experiences of students at Vocational High Schools in Ranah Pesisir District. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 170 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online using Google Forms to randomly selected students. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis to see the environmental friendliness of the school and the level of environmental friendliness of the school. The results of the study showed that friendship among vocational schools in Ranah Pesisir District was in the high category. The friendliness of the school environment is described by four main dimensions, namely a safe environment for children, teacher support, individual social relations and a family atmosphere at school. However, there are still students who feel uncomfortable because of bullying and mistreatment and ridicule while at school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran Proyeksi Gerak pada Pembelajaran Boga Dasar (2) Hasil Belajar Siswa Tidak Menggunakan Media Proyeksi Gerak Pada mata kuliah dasar memasak; (3) Pengaruh penggunaan media proyeksi gerak terhadap hasil belajar sembako. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu. Tempat penelitian adalah di SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara Medan Populasi Dalam penelitian ini, seluruh siswa kelas X jasa boga SMK SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara Medan, teknik sampling Sampel diambil secara acak sehingga total sampel adalah 30 siswa. Waktu penelitian desember 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah data deskriptif, pengujian Uji tren, normalitas, dan homogenitas digunakan untuk menguji persyaratan analisis data, dan uji "t" digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecenderungan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran boga dasar dengan menggunakan media proyeksi gerak berada pada taraf tinggi sebesar 88,57%. Tingkat kecenderungan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran boga dasar tanpa menggunakan media gerak proyeksi termasuk dalam kategori cukup sebesar 68,57%. Hasil analisis uji-t menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media proyeksi gerak pada mata kuliah dasar memasak mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa hitung > tabel (3,981 > 1,690) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Ini berarti bahwa menggunakan media gerak yang diproyeksikan dapat mempengaruhi Hasil Pembelajaran boga dasar.
