Abstract

The background to the implementation of this service is that the assessment of reading literacy competence is one of the assessments carried out by schools and the government in mapping the overall quality of students in the aspect of reading literacy. Therefore, students need to get reading literacy questions as their provision and experience to face the assessment. Teachers as the frontline in training and teaching students must also have the competence to make reading literacy questions based on AKM. Initial information was obtained by the teacher's obstacles in making reading literacy questions based on AKM. These constraints are 1. Setting an interesting stimulus and according to the student's level. 2. Create a question model that is in accordance with the AKM level. 3. Make a form of complex multiple choice questions. 4. determine the assessment criteria of each form of questions. 5. Determine the question indicators. These constraints become a reference and basis for giving workshops to participants. The results of PKM activities can be concluded that activities can provide experience to participants in making AKM-based reading literacy questions. Participants or teachers are very happy to get the training. As a result, it is expected that teachers can expand and create reading literacy questions that require critical thinking skills. Furthermore, it is hoped that all participants can inspire other teachers in their respective schools.

Abstract

Research on place names is very interesting to study. This is because the naming of places has a different background story. Research on place names can broaden social and cultural knowledge. Giving village names in Kuantan Hilir District, Kuansing Regency cannot be separated from natural elements and developing community stories. This research uses a descriptive method. The data in this study are the names of 15 villages in the Kuantan Hilir sub-district along with the history of the village based on the results of interviews and documents found. The problem that will be answered in this study is to describe the naming of villages in Kuantan Hilir District. After doing the analysis, it was found that the naming of villages in Kuantan Hilir District, Kuansing Regency was dominated by stories of developing people.

Abstract

This study aims to test students' abilities in analyzing the structure of drama texts and linguistic conventions in drama texts in class VIII students of SMPN 5 Tambang Kampar in the 2019/2020 academic year. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion conducted, students' ability to analyze the structure of drama texts can be categorized as good with an average score of 87.88. However, students' ability to analyze linguistic rules in drama texts is still quite good with an average score of 75.17. Even though most of the students could find the results of the linguistic rules of the drama text being tested, there were still some students who needed improvement in this regard. In order to improve students' ability to analyze language rules in drama texts, it is recommended that the school pay special attention to learning the language rules of drama texts for class VIII students of SMPN 5 Tambang Kampar. This can be done through more active learning strategies, such as group discussions, simulations, or role playing. In addition, the school can also hold special training for Indonesian language teachers to improve their ability to teach drama texts correctly and effectively. Thus, it is expected that students' ability to analyze linguistic rules in drama texts can be significantly improved.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini akan dilaksanakan di SDN 001 Empat Balai kecamatan Kuok. SDN 001 merupakan SDN yang sudah terakreditasi A dan menjadi Sekolah Ramah Anak. Berdasarkan hasil survey yang dilakukan sebelum pelaksanaan pengabdian, SDN 001 Empat Balai akan melaksanakan akreditasi dan harus segera mengisi SISPENA S/M untuk pengajuan akreditasi. Pelaksanaan akreditasi tahun ini menggunakan Instrumen Akreditasi Satuan Pendidikan (IASP) 2020, namun guru-guru dan kepala sekolah belum terlalu memahami mengenai pengisian IASP 2020. Hal ini terjadi karena selama ini pelatihan IASP 2020 yang diberikan pemerintah hanya melalui zoom meeting, selain itu kepala sekolah baru diangkat menjadi kepala sekolah pada Bulan April 2022. Permasalahan yang dihadapi guru-guru dan kepala sekolah SDN 001 Empat Balai terkait IASP 2020 adalah (1) belum memahami secara penuh tentang perubahan Instrumen akreditasi IASP 2020; (2) belum memahami perbedaan apa saja yang harus dipersiapkan untuk menghadapi akreditasi menggunakan IASP 2020; (3) belum memahami pengisian IASP 2020. Solusi yang ditawarkan kepada SDN 001 Empat Balai terkait instrument akreditasi IASP 2020 adalah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan melalui pendekatakan In House Training (IHT) selama 6 bulan mengenai butir-butir IASP dan lampiran IASP yang perlu diisi dalam SISPENA S/M. Berkat pelatihan dan pendapingan ini SDN 001 Empat Balai sudah berhasil mengisi instrument akreditasi.
