Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan pada Rumah Makan Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu. Menekankan pada Penerapan Rasio Keuangan Dalam Meningkatkan Laba. Sehubungan dengan judul penelitian, maka masalah yang dapat dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: “Apakah Penggunaan Modal Kerja Pada Rumah Makan Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Sudah Dilaksanakan Secara Efektif Dan Efisein?” Dan Tujuan Dari Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Analisis Penggunaan Rasio Keuangan Pada Rumah Makan Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu. Akuntansi adalah seni (keterampilan) dan ilmu mengolah transaksi atau kejadian yang setidak-tidaknya dapat diukur dengan uang menjadi laporan keuangan yang dibutuhkan oleh para pihak yang berkepentingan atas perusahaan yang nantinya akan digunakan di dalam proses pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Dalam penelitian ini metode analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa rasio likuiditas dengan melakukan tahapan perhitunan Current Ratio, Acit Tes Ratio, dan Cas Ratio. Dari pembahasan tersebut diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Rumah Makan Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Tahun 2019 berada pada posisi liquid karena pada tahun 2019 current ratio 392,85% atau berada pada posisi di atas 100% artinya Rumah Makan Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu mampu menutupi semua kewajiban pendeknya dalam 2 tahun terakhir (2019-2020). Rumah Makan Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu dapat mengembalikan kewajiban jangka pendeknya yang jumlahnya lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan jumlah ativa lancar yang tertanam dalam perusahaan, artinya perusahaan tidak akan mengalami kesulitan dalam membayar kewajiban-kewajibannya yang telah jatuh tempo. Pada Rumah Makan Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu penggunaan modal kerja sangat efisien karena pada tahun 2019 liquiditasnya 190% sangat baik dan tahun 2020 liquiditasnya 392,85% Gross Profit Margin Rumah Makan Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Tahun 2019 sebesar 8.78% dan pada tahun 2020 sebesar 5.74% berarti dari tahun 2019 dan 2020 Gross Profit Margin pada Rumah Makan Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu mengalami penurunan sebesar: 3.04%. Operating Profit Margin pada Rumah Makan Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Tahun 2019 sebesar: 8.78% dan tahun 2020 sebesar: 5.74%. Net Profit Margin pada Rumah Makan Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Tahun 2019 sebesar: 8.78% dan tahun 2020: 5.74%. Dengan melihat hasil rasio, penulis menyarankan agar sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan rasio keuangan atau peningatan liquiditas yang ada, dalam meningkatkan usahanya.Kata Kunci: Rasio Keuangan, Laba AbstractThis research was conducted at the Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Restaurant. Emphasizing the Application of Financial Ratios in Increasing Profits. In connection with the title of the study, the problem that can be raised in this study is: "Has the Use of Working Capital in the Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Restaurant Been Implemented Effectively and Ephisein?" And the purpose of this study is to find out the analysis of the use of financial ratios in sri rezeki kotamobagu restaurant. Accounting is the art (skill) and science of processing transactions or events that can at least be measured by money into financial statements needed by interested parties to the company which will later be used in the business decision-making process. In this study, the analysis method used was liquidity ratio analysis by carrying out the stages of current ratio, acit test ratio, and cas ratio. From the discussion above, it can be concluded that the Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Restaurant in 2019 is in a liquid position because in 2019 the current ratio of 392.85% or is in a position above 100%, meaning that the Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Restaurant is able to cover all its short obligations in the last 2 years (2019-2020). Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Restaurant can return its short-term obligations, which are smaller in amount compared to the amount of current ativa embedded in the company, meaning that the company will have no difficulty in paying its obligations that have matured. At the Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Restaurant, the use of working capital is very efficient because in 2019 the liquidity was 190% very good and in 2020 the liquidity was 392.85% Gross Profit Margin of Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Restaurant in 2019 was 8.78% and in 2020 it was 5.74% meaningful from 2019 and 2020 Gross Profit Margin at Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Restaurant decreased by: 3.04%. Operating Profit Margin at Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Restaurant in 2019 was: 8.78% and in 2020 it was: 5.74%. Net Profit Margin at Sri Rezeki Kotamobagu Restaurant in 2019 was: 8.78% and in 2020: 5.74%. By looking at the results of the ratio, the author suggests that it is better to further increase the financial ratio or increase the existing liquidity, in increasing its business. Abstract

Technological advancements and internet penetration have provided MSMEs with new opportunities to expand their market presence and strengthen their brand position. This phenomenon cannot be separated from the role of digital marketing for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to build brand awareness and interact with customers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify alternative digital marketing options that are effective and relevant for MSMEs in order to build strong brand awareness and increase their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.  The research methodology employs a literature review to determine the current trends and developments in digital marketing. Through social media, email marketing, influencer marketing, e-commerce platforms, creative advertising, and the use of video advertising, the findings of this study can provide alternative digital marketing strategies.  By implementing technology, MSMEs will be able to maximize their use of current digital marketing trends in an effort to increase consumer brand awareness of products and to bolster the competitiveness and marketability of MSME products.

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate interplay between pricing policy, investment decision-making, service quality, and financial performance within financial services companies in West Java. Employing a quantitative research design, data was collected from 152 companies through a structured survey and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The measurement model confirmed the reliability and validity of the chosen indicators, while the structural model unveiled significant relationships. Results indicate that strategic pricing policies, informed investment decisions, and high service quality positively influence financial performance. The synergistic effect of integrating these elements contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the strategic dynamics in West Java's financial services sector.
